Abstract

Recruitment and selection are ways to find and get the ideal member or employee with a set number of quotas. Recruitment and selection are a series of processes used by companies or organizations in search of superior human resources with the required qualifications and standards. The purpose of this research is to learn about the recruitment and selection processes in the Solo Dreamers community, as well as the qualifications and standards of the Solo Dreamers community. The research is qualitative and descriptive, with a qualitative approach through interviews and observations. The results reveal that the recruiting and selection process has been well designed by the Solo Dreamer community in accordance with the needs and expectations of the community. The recruitment process is conducted using open methods and delivered through social media platforms. Selection process in the community of Solo Dreamer, i.e., (1) administrative selection, (2) interview selection, (3) probation or internship (kondisional). Nepotism is an interesting topic when discussing recruitment and selection in an organization or company. In this study, it is revealed that nepotism is forbidden and should be avoided in order to obtain ideal and quality human resources. Selection by looking at social media candidates is one of the most influential qualification assessments in the recruitment and selection process in the Solo Dream Community.

Abstract

System career is something very important in development system employment at a company. Meanwhile, from the employee system, a career can become an encouraging thing and increase rank or position. The mobility system of a career at the company covers promotion, transfer, or demotion positions. The purpose of doing this study is to know if the system of career at Varo Tech Indonesia Limited Liability Company already walks in accordance with planning and if the company already supports the development of career employees. Research This nature is qualitative-descriptive, with an approach that is qualitative, through an interview and study process. References. Research result This discloses that the Career System at Varo Tech Indonesia Limited Liability Company has been implemented in the company and delivered to employees. Where is the system of careers at the company? This is not rigid, so the employees can make it easier. If there is a constraint or desire to move positions within the company, Besides opportunity employee for promoted open for all over employee. Mobility careers in this company are flexible so that every employee can keep going and develop their career. Result of the study It can be concluded that the planning system career has been implemented by Varo Tech Indonesia Limited Liability Company in the city of Tangerang, and as far as this has already been accomplished.

Abstract

All business and organisations must own desired goal achieved. For reach, aim at a company that needs a factor source: Power Man. Source Power productive human is source Powerful humans who have high productivity, work hard to achieve the target already set by A company, and are capable of finishing tasks within the appropriate time. Employees, as part of the company, have a role important in determining the success of the company in terms of implementation duties and functions carried out. The purpose of doing it is to study This will benefit the readers in terms of information productivity. Workers at sharia institutions, especially cooperatives, save sharia loans and finance Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Surya Madani Boyolali. Study This is qualitative-descriptive with a qualitative method and uses descriptive analysis via interviews and observations. In improving productivity, work environment, work, and family environment are influential. Motivation from employees is also influential on target achievement. Abstract

Influencer marketing is a marketing strategy by carrying out sales promotions by someone who has influence (influencer) in influencing consumers to make purchasing decisions for Elizabeth bag products among students. In the ever-growing digital era, the role of influencers in marketing strategies has become an important factor in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This research aims to reveal the influence of influencers in marketing strategies on purchasing decisions for Elizabeth brand bag products among students. Elizabeth is a bag brand that has long been known in the fashion industry. Marketing strategies through influencers have become an integral part of efforts to reach the student market segment. The research method used in this research is a survey method, with data collection carried out through questionnaires distributed to students from various universities. The collected student data was analyzed using regression techniques to determine the extent to which the role of influencers had an impact on purchasing decisions for Elizabeth bag products. The results of this research show that the role of influencers in marketing strategies has the influence that the use of influencers in marketing strategies has been successful in communicating brand and product values to their target market.

Abstract

The general aim of the research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of digital marketing strategies on business growth in the digital era. The hypothesis of this research is that there is an influence of digital marketing strategies on business growth in the digital era. The subjects of this research are consumers who use e-commerce. The subjects of this research consisted of men and women aged 18-23 years, totaling 70 people at the time of the trial and 70 people at the time the research data was collected. The data collected through the scale is then distributed to research subjects. The data was then analyzed statistically using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 16.0 for Windows. The results of the analysis obtained a value of R = 0.965 with p = 0.000 (p<0.01). The coefficient of determination (R-Square) of digital marketing strategies on business growth in the digital era is 60.3% (0.603). The general conclusion from this research is that there is a very significant positive influence of digital marketing strategies on business growth in the digital era. The higher the digital marketing strategy provided by employees, the higher the business growth in the digital era. Thus, this research concludes that digital marketing strategies have a significant influence on business growth in the digital era. Businesses that are able to combine digital marketing techniques with a strong understanding of markets and technology will have a better chance of achieving sustainable growth and long-term success.

Abstract

This research aims to increase awareness in each individual and provide an understanding in order to achieve satisfaction for each individual. By providing a comprehensive understanding in terms of their interests, potential and abilities. Because with this understanding, it will make it easier for each individual in the process of preparing themselves for the level of career placement that will be chosen. Not to forget, an important task of human resource management is how the process of utilizing these human resources so that they want to work optimally for the achievement of organizational goals. The research method used is qualitative research using case study techniques through interviews with sources and direct observation. Qualitative method is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the intended source. In qualitative research, a researcher must speak directly and observe several employees and interact to study the behavior and physical and mental characteristics of the person under study.

Abstract

Human resource development is a key strategy undertaken by companies to improve production output and productivity. In the context of Sekar Bengawan Solo Limited Liability Company, employee job satisfaction is a critical factor in achieving this goal. Job satisfaction can be obtained when the employee feels that what they have contributed to the company is well received. This study aims to understand the relationship between human resource development     and job satisfaction on employee performance in the company. Through a qualitative approach, this study used interviews and observation methods to explore employees' views and identify patterns in the practice of human resource development and job satisfaction at Perusahaan Terbatas Sekar Bengawan Solo. The results show that influences in human resource development, such as training and skills development, directly affect employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction depends not only on financial aspects, but also on recognition, learning, and a supportive work environment. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to strengthen human resource development programs in this company. With increased job satisfaction, it is expected that employee performance will be optimized, providing a positive impact on the company in achieving production goals and sustainable growth.

Abstract

Work motivation is an internal and external drive that encourages     a     person     to     improve     the     quality     of     their performance. The right motivational factors can realize productive performance so that work becomes more effective and efficient. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of work motivation in improving staff performance in academic units with work environment characteristics based on Islamic higher education administration. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods through interviews and literature review. The results revealed various work motivation factors that contribute to staff satisfaction, performance improvement and productivity. Good motivation, self-development opportunities, and employee engagement proved to play an important role in creating job satisfaction in the academic environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Buddhist assembly organizations. The problem lies in the lack of understanding of the unique characteristics of Buddhist organizations, such as spiritual orientation and community values. The approach used is quantitative and survey methods, data is collected from 117 respondents who are active members of the organization. The research instrument was in the form of a validated questionnaire, while data analysis was carried out by a simple linear regression test using SPSS. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant influence on OCB, with the inspirational motivation dimension being the dominant factor in encouraging proactive and voluntary behavior of members. These findings emphasize the importance of vision, interpersonal communication, and individual attention in increasing organizational member engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Buddhist leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) from the perspective of Dasavidha-Rājadhamma. Dasavidha-Rājadhamma is the ten virtues of leadership taught by the Buddha, including generosity, morality, honesty, and other virtues that are relevant in building harmonious and productive organizational relationships. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto type. The study population consisted of 86 members of Buddhist assembly organizations, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire based on the Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression to test the influence of Buddhist leadership on the OCB. The results of the study show that Buddhist leadership has a significant influence on the OCB. This indicates that the principles in the Dasavidha-Rājadhamma can be an effective guide for leaders in improving the altruistic behavior, cooperation, and dedication of organizational members.
