Abstract

This research discusses the nature of women from an Islamic perspective. To build equal gender relations, we need to do these things to eliminate the perception of great injustice between men and women in all aspects of life without ignoring the nature of women. Gender is not sex, but is the placement of things in human life that must be in their place and gaps must be completely eliminated so that women can achieve standing on an equal footing with men so that there is no priority over others based on gender discrimination.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the Indonesia.go.id website as an Indonesian information portal from the Ministry of Communication and Information. This research uses qualitative methods, data collection techniques using observation and literature study. This research was analyzed using one of the elements of PAPA, that is Accuracy, and the indicators used as a reference in conducting the analysis were the theory of 20 (twenty) dimensions of information quality from Knight Burn (2005), such as Accuracy, Consistency, Security, Timeliness, Completeness, Concise, Reliability, Accessibility, Availability, Objectivity, Relevancy, Useability, Understandbility, Amount of data Believability, Navigation, Reputation, Useful, Efficiency, and Value Added.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is a systematic process for identifying various factors to develop a company's strategy. Rocket Chicken is a franchise that offers reasonably priced food and drink items derived from chicken at a lower cost than other businesses. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of Rocket Chicken MSME goods' advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats on customer purchase decisions. Data for this study comes from previous research used as references and employs descriptive qualitative methodologies. According to the study's findings, Rocket Chicken has a great chance of expanding and succeeding in the fast food industry if it adopts a smart approach that takes advantage of its advantages over disadvantages.

Abstract

Qardh and Rahn is one of the contracts that does not require an excess when repaying the loan. In much literature, Qardh and Rah tend to be used with the social principle of helping each other. There are several differences of opinion among scholars regarding Qardh and Rahn, including the Hanafiyah opinion that what can be made Qardh is if an item has the same value, while the Malikiyah, Shaafi'iyyah and Hanabilah allow Qardh for assets that are permitted in the salam contract, whether in weight or measure. , such as gold, silver and food, or from items that have value such as animals. Apart from that, in Rahn, according to Hanafiyah Rukun Rahn is the Ijab Qabul from Rahin and Marhun like other contracts. According to other scholars besides Hanafiyah, there are 4 pillars of Rahn, namely Shigah (Ijab and Qabul), People who have a contract (Raahin and Murtahin), Marhun and Marhun Bihi.

Abstract

Digital investment can also be interpreted as investment activities carried out to gain profits through an online or digital platform. Electronic finance (Electronic Finance) is a form of financial transaction that uses information and communication technology to carry out financial transactions, such as payments, sending funds, etc. History of the ITE Law In Article 1 number 1 of Law no. 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Openness, 'information' is information, statements, ideas and signs that contain values, meanings and messages, whether words, facts or explanations that can be seen, heard and read which are presented in various forms. packaging and format in accordance with developments in electronic and non-electronic technology and communication. Forms of electronic investment consist of E-Gold, Mutual Funds, and shares as well as electronic finance usually found in E-Wallets. The Electronic Financial Investment Law Justice Institute (Electronic Financial Investment Dispute Settlement Agency) is a regulatory body in Indonesia which is responsible for handling disputes related to electronic financial investments, such as online trading, e-commerce and other digital financial transactions. The Electronic Financial Investment Supervisory Agency is contained in Law Number 21 of 2011 OJK (Financial Services Authority).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mempererat hubungan manusia dengan internet, sehingga mendorong pelaku bisnis untuk beralih dari model bisnis konvensional ke e-commerce yang lebih modern. TikTok Shop merupakan salah satu pemain marketplace terbesar di Indonesia yang memanfaatkan tren ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah promosi dan kesadaran merek berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli produk Jiniso di TikTok Shop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe explanatory dengan metode sampling non-probability dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei online menggunakan Google Form, yang disebarkan kepada pengguna produk Jiniso di TikTok Shop, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa STIE IBMT Surabaya. Sebanyak 60 responden dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert untuk menilai variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Analisis data dilakukan melalui serangkaian uji statistik, termasuk uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk memastikan keandalan instrumen, serta analisis koefisien determinasi, regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kesadaran merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli online di TikTok Shop. Pengaruh ini ditemukan baik secara parsial, di mana setiap variabel memiliki kontribusi sendiri-sendiri, maupun secara simultan, di mana kedua variabel bersama-sama mempengaruhi minat beli. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya strategi promosi dan peningkatan kesadaran merek dalam menarik minat konsumen untuk membeli produk secara online, khususnya di platform TikTok Shop.

Abstract

Carrying out job analysis can identify job requirements and ensure personnel alignment. Job analysis really helps improve employee performance and their job satisfaction. This research aims to provide an overall overview of the available literature on the role of job analysis and job satisfaction on employee performance through various sources and produce a summary and results based on the findings. The review was conducted by reading and analyzing 30 peer-reviewed journal articles. This study will summarize journal articles in tables; the first table explains the title, author, and year of publication; The second table describes the model, subjectively discussed, findings, and proposals. The results of this study have been documented; Employee performance is directly influenced by the relationship between workload, competency, and job analysis, which shows how important it is to align job demands with employee abilities. Job satisfaction directly affects employee performance, which shows how important it is for organizations to increase employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Money related administration of medium-sized businesses is regularly confronted with the failure of medium-sized businesses to isolated their individual accounts from their commerce funds, which can cause challenges in calculating the level of benefits and misfortunes for medium-sized businesses. In reality, money related administration is one of the markers that must be taken under consideration to decide the victory or disappointment of a commerce. In expansion, destitute monetary administration implies that medium-sized businesses are incapable to require preventive activity to anticipate potential mishandle in their commerce (Amaliyah Hetika, 2023). This research was carried out because the Seblak Gian business is increasingly crowded with visitors, this culinary delights that have entered almost all regions in Indonesia have unique and varied flavors. The reason of composing this work is to assess the viability of Seblak Gian’s budget in overseeing its financial resources and give proposals for enhancements that ought to be made within the future. The research method used is a qualitative research method, by coming directly to the field, conducting interviews, collecting data, namely observation and documentation. The results of this research state that Seblak Gian still needs to continue to reform its business so that consumers are interested in enjoying Seblak Gian and continue to carry out regular financial evaluations.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out what the paradigm and concept of knowledge integration are related to high specialization in varios disciplines which causes fragmentation of knowledge. This creates challengs in dealing with the complexity of global problems that cannot be solved with asingle discipline approach. A new paradigm is needed that encourages the ontegration of knowledge to be crucial in facing the dynamics of the times that demand comprehensive and collaborative solutions. The method used for this paper is qualitative research using library study data collection techniques. A paradigm is a person’s way of viewing themselves and their environment which will influence them in thinking , behaving and behaving. Apart from that , paradigm can also mean a set of assumptions, concepts, values and practices that are applied in viewing reality in the same community, especially in intellectual disciplines and integration is a combination of separate parts into one whole , in other words integrated means holistic or comprehensive. While syncretism is an effort to combine general knowledge with religious knowledge to create a new form of science and islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, competence, work motivation and organizational culture on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of employees of the Aceh Office of Energy and Mineral Resources. The sample in this study was taken using a data collection method called the saturated sampling technique (census). The number of samples used was 117 respondents. Primary data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) from the AMOS statistical software package for hypothesis testing. The results showed that descriptively organizational commitment, competence, work motivation, organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance had gone well. Then the test results directly show that: 1) organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) work motivation does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, 4) organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction has no significant effect on performance employees, 6) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, 7) competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance, 8) work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance, 9) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of Aceh Department of Energy and Mineral Resources staff. Then the results of this study found that the results of indirect testing of competence had a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Aceh Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (partially mediator).
