Abstract

To ensure the interoperability of information systems, data integration is very important, especially when facing the problem of data fragmentation between units. By conducting a library study of five journals from the public and education sectors, this study aims to spread the role of data integration in supporting the connectivity of information systems. The results of the study indicate that the use of technologies such as DHIS2, SIMPUS, Web Service, and Government Service Bus can improve service coordination, efficiency, and data accuracy. However, for sustainable and optimal interoperability, this integration also requires policy support, governance, and human resource readiness

Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of Madiun Regency is a Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) responsible for delivering public services in the field of population administration and civil registration. In an effort to improve service quality, Disdukcapil Madiun has developed several innovations, one of which is the ANDOK service. ANDOK is a collaborative-based service innovation focused on the delivery of population documents in partnership with PT Pos Indonesia. In its implementation, Disdukcapil collaborates with the Main Branch Office (KCU) of PT Pos Indonesia in Madiun as its collaborative partner. This study aims to examine the mechanism of collaborative governance between Disdukcapil Madiun Regency and PT Pos Indonesia in the ANDOK service innovation. The findings show that the collaboration mechanism in the implementation of the ANDOK service runs effectively and meets the established indicators. Both institutions share a common vision, mission, and background, and demonstrate a strong commitment to improving effective and efficient public service delivery through this collaboration. Communication between stakeholders flows smoothly through both formal and informal channels. Decision-making is carried out through deliberation to achieve consensus. Each actor has a well-defined role, as outlined in the memorandum of understanding (MoU). The collaboration is conducted transparently and has achieved a high level of public satisfaction. However, a weakness was found in budget planning, resulting in the suspension of the ANDOK service each mid-year due to budget constraints

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in maintaining the mental health of students at SDN Tambakaji 03 Bringin Semarang. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with PAI and counseling teachers, and documentation of school activities. The findings reveal that PAI teachers act as mental mentors through curricular activities, extracurricular programs (such as Quran reading and writing), and the habituation of religious practices (congregational prayers, Quran recitations, and dhikr). This holistic approach integrates Islamic values—such as patience, gratitude, and trust in God—to help students manage emotions and confront life challenges. Teachers also serve as role models and informal counselors, fostering a religiously conducive environment for students’ mental development. However, the study identifies challenges, including insufficient training in Islamic psychology for teachers and the negative influence of social media. Collaboration with parents and counseling teachers is proposed as a solution to strengthen mentoring effectiveness. The conclusion emphasizes that PAI learning, integrated with spiritual and moral values, significantly contributes to shaping students’ mental health, equipping them to become resilient, virtuous individuals prepared to navigate life’s complexities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation and impact of the habituation of reciting Asmaul Husna and prayer readings before learning activities in shaping students’ Islamic character at SDN Purwoyoso 03 Semarang. The background of this study is the importance of character education that integrates spiritual and psychological values from an early age, especially in public elementary schools. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the habituation activities were carried out regularly every Tuesday and Wednesday morning and involved students from grades 3 to 6 as rotating leaders. These routines instilled values such as discipline, responsibility, confidence, and religiosity. The role of teachers was central in mentoring, while school leadership provided full support for the program’s sustainability. Furthermore, parents expressed positive responses and felt that the spiritual training at school complemented religious education at home. This study confirms that consistent spiritual habituation contributes positively to students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. It also highlights the importance of synergy between school and family in character building. The findings of this research offer valuable insights into the practical integration of Islamic values into school culture and demonstrate the effectiveness of religious routines as a strategy for character formation in elementary education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of public service quality on community satisfaction and its implications for economic development. High-quality public services are believed to enhance public trust and satisfaction, which in turn contribute to creating a more favorable environment for economic development. The research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to the public as respondents. The analysis reveals a positive and significant relationship between public service quality and community satisfaction, with the latter acting as a mediating variable that strengthens the impact on economic development. These findings highlight the importance of improving public service quality as a strategic effort to accelerate inclusive and sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Tingkat kelahiran adalah kemampuan untuk menghasilkan keturunan dalam kaitannya dengan kesuburan wanita. Infertilitas adalah masalah populasi yang terkait dengan proses demografis, karena pengembangan dan dinamika kondisi sosial ekonomi di masyarakat terkait erat. Jumlah masalah hukum di Pemerintah Indonesia 52 pada tahun 2009 digambarkan sebagai poin terpenting dari pembangunan berkelanjutan Indonesia dan pengembangan keluarga, metode berkualitas tinggi. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Jakarta adalah salah satu kota terpadat di Indonesia, degradasi pada kesuburan Jakarta, yaitu tingkat kelahiran bayi di kota ini, memiliki tingkat kelahiran terendah di Indonesia. Penurunan tingkat kelahiran bayi di Jakarta dapat diamati karena rendahnya kesuburan kota Jakarta. Kesuburan keseluruhan adalah jumlah rata -rata anak yang lahir selama periode reproduksi. Waktu subur biasanya berkisar antara 15 hingga 49 tahun. Jakarta telah menemukan tingkat kesuburan 1,75 dibandingkan dengan negara lain. Jumlah ini jauh dari batas ideal 2.1 yang diperlukan untuk menjaga keseimbangan populasi. Selain itu, tingkat infertilitas  mengikuti tingkat kelahiran yang relatif rendah sebesar 13,94 dari 1.000 orang. Di kota  besar seperti Jakarta, biaya hidup sangat tinggi, dan banyak pasangan muda sedikit melahirkan anak karena alasan keuangan. Peningkatan tingkat kesuburan di Jakarta dapat distabilkan dengan meningkatkan kesadaran sosial akan perubahan sosial dan mencegah kemungkinan menghindari penggunaan fertilisasi in vitro atau IVF.

Abstract

The development of marine tourism at the Port of Pasuruan, carried out by stakeholders in this study, is based on collaboration between the government and state-owned enterprises (BUMN) as a means of equitable regional potential development. However, several issues remain in its implementation. The aim of this study is to examine the roles of stakeholders in the development of marine tourism based on five role dimensions (policy creator, coordinator, facilitator, implementor, and accelerator). This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by data analysis using reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the development of marine tourism has made progress through the active roles of stakeholders. The Secretary of State (Sekda) and PT Pelindo play the role of policy creators, but the involvement of relevant OPDs (regional work units) needs to be strengthened through formal agreements (PKS) to avoid role imbalances. The coordination role performed by Sekda, Dishub, and PUPR needs to be improved, especially regarding accessibility and parking. The facilitation role carried out by Sekda, Dispora, and Pelindo includes training and providing facilities, although the front area of the port still requires infrastructure improvements. Dispora and other OPDs are active as implementors, but pedestrian facilities remain suboptimal. As accelerators, Sekda and Dispora have  succeeded in speeding up tourism promotion and education, although information dissemination is limited due to the low digital literacy of the local community. It is expected that the Pasuruan City Government will optimize the cooperation agreements to include all stakeholders, strengthen coordination among OPDs with clear technical regulations and task divisions, and improve facilities and promotional strategies, both digital and conventional, so that the development of marine tourism at the Port of Pasuruan can become more inclusive and sustainable.

Abstract

Adolescence is a critical stage in the formation of self-identity, where junior high school students begin to explore values, interests, and social roles. Film media, as a form of strong visual communication, has great potential in supporting the development of students’ self-identity. This study aims to evaluate how film can be an educational and reflective medium in the process of forming self-identity. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative approach, by analyzing various studies, scientific articles, and theories of adolescent development. The results of the study indicate that films that have adolescent characters, positive values, and reflective narratives can improve students’ understanding of identity, life values, and future goals. The use of film in educational activities, especially guidance and counseling, can be an effective strategy in building students’ self-awareness and empathy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana kepuasan dan pengalaman merek mempengaruhi loyalitas merek di kalangan pengguna smartphone OPPO di Indonesia. Meningkatnya kebutuhan akan alat komunikasi, khususnya ponsel, serta tingginya tingkat persaingan dalam industri ini menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Kepuasan dan pengalaman merek dipandang sebagai faktor penting dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara pengalaman merek, kepuasan merek, dan loyalitas merek. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam bidang ilmu pemasaran dan menjadi acuan bagi manajer bisnis OPPO dalam meningkatkan daya saing melalui pengelolaan strategis terhadap kepuasan dan pengalaman pelanggan.

Abstract

The golden age  period (0-6 years) is a critical phase in shaping a child’s character, where effective communication serves as a strategic tool for instilling core values, thought patterns, and behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of effective communication in early childhood character development through a library research approach, reviewing relevant and up-to-date literature. The findings indicate that caregivers’ communication patterns influence not only socio-emotional aspects but also children’s neurological development, particularly in the prefrontal cortex and limbic system, which regulate emotions and morality. A democratic communication style proves most effective in fostering cognitive skills, creativity, and conflict resolution, compared to authoritarian or permissive approaches. However, challenges in the digital era, such as high screen time (averaging 3.5 hours/day), may reduce essential face-to-face interactions. In Indonesia, 62% of parents still use one-way communication, which hinders critical thinking development. This article emphasizes the need to balance technology use with direct interaction and highlights the importance of training parents and educators in effective communication to cultivate a generation with strong character and adaptability.
