Abstract

Inovasi saat ini lebih cenderung dilakukan oleh sektor swasta dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggannya. Keberhasilan sektor swasta dengan berbagai inovasinya memberikan suntikan motivasi bagi sektor publik dalam melakukan pengembangan inovasi untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Tetapi yang terjadi di Indonesia, inovasi masih identik dengan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam aktivitas proses administrasi publik. Oleh karena itu terdapat berbagai bentuk inovasi dalam sektor publik berbasis TIK yang telah dilakukan diberbagai sektor antara lain e-education, e-health, e-tourism, e-budgeting, e-procurement, dan lain sebagainya. Di era digital saat ini memberikan peluang besar kepada sektor publik untuk dapat mengembangkan berbagai inovasi dengan memanfaatkan TIK, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan dan implementasi inovasi aplikasi SIMPUS untuk mewujudkan integrasi data kesehatan di Kota Yogyakarta.  Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta dengan unit analisis Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas di Kota Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk inovasi aplikasi SIMPUS yaitu inovasi proses administrasi berbasis teknologi yang dibuat oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta pada tahun 2012 untuk diterapkan di seluruh Puskesmas. Setidanya terdapat 18 Puskesmas Utama dan 12 Puskesmas Pembantu, sehingga keseluruhan jumlah puskesmas yang ada di Kota Yogyakarta sebanyak 30 puskesmas yang menerapkan aplikasi SIMPUS. Stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pengembangan dan implementasi SIMPUS di Kota Yogyakarta antara lain : a) bagian Teknologi Informasi dan Telematika (TIT), Dinas Kesehatan dan seluruh Puskesmas di Kota Yogyakarta. Stakeholder yang paling berperan dalam implementasi SIMPUS yaitu Dinas Kesehatan dan puskesmas. Manfaat yang dirasakan dalam implementasi SIMPUS yaitu terwujudnya integrasi data kesehatan. Dimana Dinas Kesehatan dapat mengakses dan memanfaatkan data kesehatan yang ada di SIMPUS kapanpun dan dimanapun dengan mudah pada setiap puskesmas.

Abstract

Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan objek wisata sangat penting. Penting karena masyarakat merupakan pelaku aktif dalam kegiatan kepariwisataan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehjatraan masyarakat itu sendiri. Masyarakat harus dilibatkan dalam pengembangan objek wisata dikarenakan sesungguhnya masyarakat sekitar objek wisata yang akan menyediakan kebutuhan untuk para wisatawan serta mengembangkan daya tarik pada objek wisata. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang dalam terkait partisipasi masayarakatdalam pengembangan objek wisata Mangrove Karang Kiring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian yang digunakan adalah teori bentuk-bentuk partisipasi menurut Huraerah: partisipasi buah pikir, tenaga, harta benda, keterampilan dan kemahiran.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada indikator partisipasi buah pikir, masyarakat desa memberikan saran pada rapat yang mereka hadiri terkait desain tempat dan penambahan fasilitas pada objek wisata. Pada indikator partisipasi tenaga, masyarakat desa aktif dalam kegiatan kerja bakti baik pembersihan pobjek wisata maupun pembangunan objek wisata. Pada indikator partisipasi harta benda, masyarakat desa memberikan sumbangan berupa makanan dan minuman pada kegiatan kerja bakti. Pada indikator partisipasi keterampilan dan kemahiran, masyarakat memberikan keterampilannya dalam kegiatan pengecatan gladak untuk memperindah objek wisata.. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah Melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi kepada masayarkat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya ikut berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan objek wisata demi kelancaran program. Community participation in the development of tourism objects is very important. It is important because the community is an active actor in tourism activities that aim to improve the welfare of the community itself. The community must be involved in the development of tourism objects because it is actually the people around the tourist objects that will provide the needs for tourists and develop the attraction of tourist objects. This study aims to obtain an in-depth picture of community participation in the development of the Karang Kiring Mangrove tourism object. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of the research used is the theory of forms of participation according to Huraerah: the participation of ideas, energy, property, skills and skills. The results showed that on the indicator of participation in ideas, the village community gave suggestions at the meetings they attended regarding the design of the place and the addition of facilities at the tourist attraction. On the indicator of labor participation, the village community is active in community service activities, both cleaning tourism objects and building tourist objects. In the indicators of property participation, village communities make donations in the form of food and drinks for community service activities. On the indicators of skill and proficiency participation, the community provides their skills in gladak painting activities to beautify tourist objects. Abstract

Village economic development can be increased through the capacity and skills of the community in managing existing tourism potential, one of which is through tourist villages. Pandean Tourism Village as a new tourist village object has achieved extraordinary achievements. However, behind its success, the community is less involved in its management and the income from tourism village activities has not made a special contribution to the village's original income. Therefore the purpose of this study is to describe and explain the participation of village communities in the management of Pandean Tourism Village. The method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation were then analyzed using an interactive data analysis model according to Miles and Huberman. While the research focus used is the theory of participation according to Cohen and Uphoff in Nurbaiti (2017) which includes a) the decision-making stage, b) the implementation stage, c) the results utilization stage, and d) the evaluation stage. The results of the study show that community participation in decision making is still low, but the community participates quite well in evaluation activities. The existence of this Pandean tourism village has benefited the village, administrators, district and especially the community. The community also actively participates in implementation activities, especially in providing material and labor contributions. In managing the Pandean Tourism Village, researchers suggest conducting outreach activities or informal activities to the community so that they are willing and brave to provide ideas, opinions and suggestions, establish distribution houses for MSME actors, the community is often involved in tourism village management activities and increase public awareness to care on environmental cleanliness. Abstract

Community participation in tourism development activities is a potential thing to do. Through the concept of community participation, it provides several benefits, one of which is increasing the success of development because it is based on the problems and needs of the community. As in the development of Sumber Banteng Water Tourism Village, it is in the process of developing towards tourist attractions. This research aims to describe community participation in the development of Sumber Banteng Water Tourism Village in Tempurejo Village, Pesantren District, Kediri City. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data source retrieval technique uses purposive sampling technique. While in the focus of this research can be seen from the forms of community participation ranging from the participation of ideas, participation of labor, participation of property, participation of skills and skills, and social participation. The results showed that community participation in the development of Sumber Banteng Water Tourism Village in Tempurejo Village has been running quite well. The participation of the surrounding community from planning to implementation is carried out independently. Then the lack of participation in the form of skills from Pokdarwis so that the skills they have still rely on the efforts of local residents in Sumber Banteng. The obstacles found not only come from community participation, but also come from funds which are an obstacle. Funds obtained only from the procurement of voluntary boxes and other entertainment venues. Keywords: Community participation, Tourism Development, Tourism.

Abstract

Inovasi e-Government merupakan hasil dari tuntutan kebutuhan masyarakat yang menginginkan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien. Seperti yang dilakukan oleh Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri dengan meluncurkan aplikasi android Sahaja Online. Inovasi ini merupakan komitmen serta sebuah jawaban untuk menjawab permasalahan yang masih terjadi di Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian yaitu faktor sukses inovasi e-Government oleh Kalvet (2012) terdiri dari enam variabel, meliputi kepemimpinan dan kemampuan sektor publik, pendanaan yang memadai, dukungan legislatif dan peraturan, pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi(strategis), kemitraan publik-swasta, kompetensi sektor swasta. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi aplikasi Sahaja Online cukup sukses dilaksanakan di Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri berdasarkan faktor sukses inovasi e-Government oleh Kalvet, yaitu: 1) kepemimpinan dan kompetensi sektor publik. 2) pendanaan yang memadai, inovasi ini dibuat dari pendanaan yang berasal dari APBD Kabupaten Kediri. 3) dukungan legislatif dan peraturan, terdapat peraturan khusus tentang aplikasi Sahaja Online serta belum adanya SOP khusus dalam pelaksanaanya. 4) pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi (strategis), dalam aplikasi menggunakan software, hardware serta seorang programmer. Sistem keamanan yang baik untuk menjamin data pengguna serta meminimalisir praktek percaloan. 5) kemitraan publik-swasta, terdapat kemitraan dengan pihak swasta namun hanya berperan dalam pembuatan aplikasi dan tidak disertai investasi. Terdapat juga koordinasi yang dilakukan dengan dinas terkait. 6) kompetensi sektor swasta, Webpakar memiliki kemampuan yang mumpuni dalam pembuatan aplikasi. Saran yang diberikan peneliti adalah pengadaan program sosialisasi yang dikhususkan agar semua masyarakat Kabupaten Kediri dapat merasakan manfaat dari adanya layanan aplikasi Sahaja Online. E-Government innovation is the result of the demands of the needs of the community who want effective and efficient services. As was done by the Kediri Regency Dispendukcapil by launching the Sahaja Online android application. This innovation is a commitment as well as an answer to address the problems that are still occurring in the Kediri Regency Dispendukcapil. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The focus of the research is the success factors of e-Government innovation by Kalvet (2012) consisting of six variables, including leadership and public sector capabilities, adequate funding, legislative and regulatory support, development of information technology infrastructure (strategic), public-private partnerships, sector competence private. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Sahaja Online application innovation was quite successful in the Kediri District Population and Civil Registry Office based on the success factors of Kalvet's e-Government innovation, namely: 1) public sector leadership and competence. 2) adequate funding, this innovation is made from funding originating from the Kediri Regency APBD. 3) legislative and regulatory support, there are special regulations regarding the Sahaja Online application and there is no specific SOP for its implementation. 4) development of information technology infrastructure (strategic), in applications using software, hardware and a programmer. A good security system to guarantee user data and minimize brokering practices. 5) public-private partnerships, there are partnerships with private parties but only play a role in making applications and are not accompanied by investment. There is also coordination carried out with related agencies. 6) competence of the private sector, Webpakar has qualified capabilities in making applications. The advice given by the researchers is to organize a socialization program specifically so that all the people of Kediri Regency can benefit from the existence of the Sahaja Online application service.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan kondisi balita mengalami kegagalan pertumbuhan tinggi badan sehingga balita lebih pendek dari balita-balita lain seusianya. Saat ini permasalahan stunting menjadi isu prioritas nasional yang diupayakan penurunan angka prevalensi nya dari 22% menjadi 14% di 2024 mendatang. Kelurahan Bulak Banteng menjadi daerah dengan prevalensi stunting tinggi di Kota Surabaya. Hal ini disebabkan belum optimalnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengentasan stunting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan deskripsi analisis partisipasi masyarakat dalam mencapai zero stunting di Kelurahan Bulak Banteng, Kecamatan Kenjeran Kota Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus pada penelitian ini memuat faktor penghambat partisipasi masyarakat yang meliputi pekerjaan, tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin dan kepercayaan pada budaya tertentu sedangkan faktor pendukungnya meliputi faktor adanya kemauan, kemampuan dan kesempatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari faktor pendukung mayarakat memiliki kemauan, kemampuan serta kesempatan untuk mengikuti program/kegiatan dalam pengentasan stunting di Kelurahan Bulak Banteng. Namun, masyarakat hanya sekedar mengikuti rangkaian kegiatannya tanpa menjalankan intervensi-intervensi dari pihak Puskesmas. Hal ini diketahui dari faktor penghambatnya bahwa pekerjaan masyarakat sebagian besar buruh kasar sehingga berpenghasilan rendah dan tidak mampu untuk memberikan makanan gizi seimbang pada anak, kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua pada pencegahan stunting, tidak adanya peran ayah atau suami dalam pengentasan stunting serta mayoritas masyarakat Kelurahan Bulak Banteng merupakan Suku Madura yang lebih memegang kepercayaan pada adat istiadatnya seperti memijat anak pada dukun bayi hingga kepercayaan pada budaya olehan. Stunting is a condition where toddlers fail to grow in height so that toddlers are shorter than other toddlers of their age. At present the problem of stunting is a national priority issue which efforts are being made to reduce the prevalence rate from 22% to 14% in 2024. Bulak Banteng Village is an area with a high prevalence of stunting in the city of Surabaya. This is due to not optimal community participation in stunting alleviation. The purpose of this study is to provide a description of the analysis of community participation in achieving zero stunting in the Bulak Banteng Village, Kenjeran District, Surabaya City. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The focus of this study includes the inhibiting factors of community participation which include employment, level of education, gender and belief in certain cultures while the supporting factors include factors of willingness, ability and opportunity. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the study show that from the supporting factors the community has the will, ability and opportunity to participate in programs/activities in stunting alleviation in the Bulak Banteng Village. However, the community only follows a series of activities without carrying out interventions from the Puskesmas. It is known from the inhibiting factors that most of the people work as unskilled laborers so they have low incomes and are unable to provide balanced nutritional food to children, lack of parental knowledge on stunting prevention, no father or husband's role in stunting alleviation and the majority of the Bulak Banteng Village community are Madurese who hold more faith in their customs such as massaging children at traditional birth attendants to belief in traditional culture.

Abstract

Kebudayaan dan pariwisata termasuk kedalam urusan pemerintahan pilihan bagi pemerintah daerah sehingga pengelolaan dan pengembangannya disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan potensi daerah. Dalam rangka pengembangan bidang kebudayaan dan pariwisata, Pemerintah Kabupaten Trenggalek melakukan kerja sama dengan Pemerintah Provinsi DI Yogyakarta. Naskah kesepakatan bersama telah ditandatangani pada tanggal 1 September 2022. Namun, terdapat masalah dalam prosesnya seperti tidak adanya regulasi, koordinasi yang terhambat, ketidakproporsionalan kerja sama serta kesulitan pengasimilasian bentuk kerja sama. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh terkait kerja sama Pemerintah Kabupaten Trenggalek dengan Pemerintah Provinsi DI Yogyakarta dalam pengembangan kebudayaan dan pariwisata di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Adapun fokus penelitian yang digunakan yaitu teori intergovernmental relations menurut Wright. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya inisiasi kerja sama dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Trenggalek disambut baik oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DI Yogyakarta. Kedua daerah memiliki rasa kepercayaan yang tinggi satu sama lain. Pemerintah Kabupaten Trenggalek hendak mewujudkan RPJMD Kabupaten Trenggalek Tahun 2021-2026 yaitu Panggul Little Jogja, sedangkan Pemerintah Provinsi DI Yogyakarta ingin mengenalkan budaya khas Yogyakarta. Namun, kerja sama ini cenderung belum proporsional, baik dari segi pembiayaan maupun imbal balik serta tidak adanya peraturan daerah tentang kerja sama daerah. Kemudian forum-forum formal setelah penandatanganan Naskah Kesepakatan Bersama jarang dilakukan dan hanya berkomunikasi secara informal. Kata Kunci: Kerja Sama Daerah, Pemerintah Daerah, Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata. Culture and tourism are included in optional government affairs for local governments so that their management and development are tailored to the conditions and potential of the region. In order to develop the field of culture and tourism, the Trenggalek Regency Government cooperates with the Provincial Government of Yogyakarta. The memorandum of understanding was signed on September 1, 2022. However, there are problems in the process such as the absence of regulations, hampered coordination, disproportionality of cooperation and difficulty assimilating the form of cooperation. Therefore, this research aims to find out and obtain a comprehensive picture of the cooperation between the Trenggalek Regency Government and the Provincial Government of Yogyakarta in developing culture and tourism in Trenggalek Regency. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation are analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The research focus used is the theory of intergovernmental relations according to Wright. The results showed that the initiation of cooperation from the Trenggalek District Government was welcomed by the Yogyakarta Provincial Government. Both regions have a high sense of trust in each other the Trenggalek Regency Government wants to realize the RPJMD of Trenggalek Regency in 2021-2026, namely Panggul Little Jogja, while the Yogyakarta Provincial Government wants to introduce the typical culture of Yogyakarta. However, this cooperation tends to be disproportionate, both in terms of financing and reciprocity and the absence of regional regulations on regional cooperation. Then formal forums after the signing of the Joint Agreement Script are rarely carried out and only communicate informally. Keywords: Interregional Cooperation, Local Government, Culture and Tourism.

Abstract

The efforts of Indonesian people who are on the poverty line, especially in urban areas, are to create their own jobs. One of the many informal workers is street vendors, generally these street vendors sell in public facilities and infrastructure without complying with the rules which were converted by street vendors to sell and with the construction of the Telkom Ketintang SDK it looks neater and cleaner in terms of urban planning. This research adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observation, and documentation. The research focus centered on the Collaborative Governance process by Ricardo S. Morse and John B. Stephens in 2012. The existence of Collaborative Governance was due to the work program of the Surabaya City Government to overcome flooding. Each party has a task, namely PT. Telkom in the form of human resources and funds to build the Telkom Ketintang SDK while the Surabaya City Government focuses on repairing culverts so they don't flood, and developing street vendors. Collaboration with PT. Telkom and the Surabaya City Government have a letter of agreement or MOU. This Collaborative Governance provides significant changes to the problems that occur. The assessment concluded that the presence of street vendors selling on the side of the highway and above water culverts caused problems, so the street vendors were relocated to culinary tourism centers; Initiation went well with the response given by the Surabaya City Government and PT. Telkom Witel South Surabaya in responding to the initiation that will be carried out; Deliberation went smoothly by discussing the basic rules of cooperation carried out by stakeholders; Implementation stakeholders are mutually committed to the results of the agreement and a cooperation agreement is implemented by the stakeholders. Upaya masyarakat Indonesia yang berada pada garis kemiskinan khususnya di perkotaan adalah dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri. Pekerja informal yang banyak salah satunya adalah PKL, umumnya PKL ini berjualan di sarana dan prasarana umum tanpa mematuhi aturan yang dialihfungsikan oleh PKL untuk berjualan dan dengan dibangunnya SDK Telkom Ketintang terlihat lebih rapi dan bersih dari segi perencanaan Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian berpusat pada proses Collaborative Governance yang dilakukan oleh Ricardo S. Morse dan John B. Stephens pada tahun 2012. Adanya Collaborative Governance karena adanya program kerja Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam mengatasi banjir. Masing-masing pihak mempunyai tugas yaitu PT. Telkom berupa SDM dan dana untuk membangun SDK Telkom Ketintang sedangkan Pemkot Surabaya fokus memperbaiki gorong-gorong agar tidak banjir, dan mengembangkan PKL. Kerjasama dengan PT. Telkom dan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya mempunyai surat perjanjian atau MOU. Collaborative Governance ini memberikan perubahan yang signifikan terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi. Hasil pengkajian menyimpulkan bahwa keberadaan PKL yang berjualan di pinggir jalan raya dan di atas gorong-gorong menimbulkan permasalahan, sehingga PKL tersebut direlokasi ke sentra wisata kuliner; Inisiasi berjalan baik dengan respon yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dan PT. Telkom Witel Surabaya Selatan dalam menyikapi inisiasi yang akan dilakukan; Musyawarah berjalan lancar dengan pembahasan aturan dasar kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh pemangku kepentingan; Pemangku kepentingan implementasi saling berkomitmen terhadap hasil kesepakatan dan perjanjian kerja sama dilaksanakan oleh para pemangku kepentingan

Abstract

The development of the Gunung Anyar Mangrove Botanical Garden in the city of Surabaya is an important step in promoting sustainable mangrove management and supporting the achievement of the 2045 SDGs goals. The fact that mangrove governance development still receives less attention shows the need for further research. This study aims to describe the increase in tourist attraction in the development of the Gunung Anyar Mangrove Botanical Garden. The theory of tourism development by Amerta (2019) is used as a basis for building research arguments. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data was collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and secondary data analysis. The research subjects involved 11 people consisting of managers and visitors. The results of the study show that the development of botanical gardens includes: (1) Attraction, realized through increasing plant collections, adding attractions, interesting activities and tour packages; (2) Amenities, realized through environmentally friendly and disability-friendly facilities such as jogging tracks, many garbage cans, the availability of gazebos, clean toilets; (3) Access, realized through the existence of adequate parking lots, directions, mobilization with buggy cars, free wifi, and clear marketing information; (4) Ancillary, realized through training, coaching, monitoring, evaluation and cooperation with local communities, private parties, universities and all OPDs in the city of Surabaya. Despite obstacles such as lack of community participation, narrow road access, limited capacity of toilets and prayer rooms, lack of public transportation and the need for training in human resources, the development carried out can be said to be quite successful, competitive, and able to increase visitor attraction and the sustainability of mangrove management at the Gunung Anyar Mangrove Botanical Garden. This research is limited to one location, but this research opens up further research opportunities to expand the scope of the research.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires agencies to be able to provide practical services, in this case the government seeks modernization of services through e-government. E-government implemented by DPMPTSP Gresik Regency is SiCantik Cloud. However, in its implementation, there are still several obstacles, namely applications that often error, slow loading and cannot download permits that have been issued on user accounts. From these obstacles, this study aims to analyze the quality of service for permits to operate private education units through the SiCantik Cloud application. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The focus of this research uses the theory of Measuring the quality of e-government from the user perspective by Kozak (2018). Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that in the ease of use indicator, it can be easily accessed in search engines supported by URLs that are easy to remember. Indicators of content and appearance of the information, SiCantik Cloud has an attractive appearance and is easy to understand and consists of several features. Reliability indicators, SiCantik Cloud is considered to have provided convenience for users, but there are obstacles experienced, namely applications that often error, slow loading and usernames and passwords that are not sent to user email. Citizen support indicators, the SiCantik Cloud application does not yet have an FAQ. In the trust/security indicator, DPMPTSP Gresik Regency guarantees the security of user data. Indicators of support in completing forms, SiCantik Cloud supports automatic form filling. Suggestions given include increasing the socialization of SiCantik Cloud, improving the download feature and adding an FAQ feature.
