Abstract

Independent village is a village development concept regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which gives authority to the village government to build based on local potential and wisdom. This study aims to analyze the role of the Kalanganyar Village Government in realizing independent village development. The theory used in this study is the role theory according to Gede Diva (2009) which includes the role as a regulator, facilitator, and catalyst, as well as aspects of village development according to Hakim and Wibowo (2024) which include community empowerment, economic independence, management of natural resources, education and health, infrastructure and technology, and sustainability. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Kalanganyar Village Government has carried out its role optimally. As a regulator, the village government sets local policies based on culture and community agreements. As a facilitator, the government provides participatory space and supports training and development of village facilities. As a catalyst, the government collaborates with external institutions such as universities, related agencies, and CSR to support development programs. Although there are still obstacles, the Kalanganyar Village Government is able to resolve them collaboratively and gradually in order to realize village independence.

Abstract

This study discusses the business plan as a reflection of cognitive and behavioral processes in entrepreneurial psychology. The aim is to integrate psychological approaches into the understanding and formulation of business plans. Using a literature review method, this research explores how business planning shapes motivation, risk perception, and decision-making. The findings indicate that well-developed business plans are closely linked to self-efficacy, self-regulation, and entrepreneurs’ executive functioning. Additionally, technologies such as digital Business Model Canvas and AI tools support more systematic business planning. This study provides insight that applying psychological perspectives can enhance the effectiveness of business planning in facing the dynamic challenges of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Education plays an important role as the spearhead in determining the future of the nation, without education there will be no successor to the noble ideals to achieve the welfare and progress of the nation. Through quality education, society has a role in making changes and national development. Quality education can be achieved through Elementary School, Middle School, High School and Up to College. Education is useful for keeping up with the development of knowledge and technology. Students’ interest in continuing their studies to college is an important factor in determining the success of higher education. Factors that influence this interest include career information services and parental support. Effective career information services can provide insight and motivation for students in choosing an educational path that suits their interests and talents. Parental support, both emotionally and materially, also plays an important role in shaping students’ decisions to continue their studies to college.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of religious pluralism from an Islamic perspective, focusing on its theological and social dimensions through a thematic interpretation (tafsir maudhu’i) of relevant Qur’anic verses. The research employs a qualitative method based on literature review, using content analysis of the Qur’an and scholarly works from both Islamic and Western thinkers on pluralism. The main theoretical framework is the theory of religious pluralism, which emphasizes the acknowledgment of belief diversity, as proposed by figures such as John Hick and critically examined by Islamic scholars. The findings indicate that pluralism in Islam does not imply the theological equality of all religions, but rather recognizes religious diversity as a social reality willed by God. The Qur’an promotes values of tolerance, justice, and coexistence within diversity. Thus, Islam supports the principle of pluralism in social and ethical terms, while maintaining the normative truth claim of its own teachings.

Abstract

Pembangunan manusia adalah aspek fundamental dalam kemajuan suatu negara, dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) menjadi indicator Utama untuk mengukur kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) per kapita, umur harapan hidup (UHH), dan harapan lama sekolah (HLS) terhadap IPM di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model regresi linier berganda, penelitian ini melibatkan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik untuk 15 kabupaten/kota selama periode 2020 hingga 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua variable independent secara signifikan mempengaruhi IPM, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Model regresi awal yang hanya menggunakan PDRB memiliki kemampuan terbatas dalam menjelaskan variasi IPM, sementara penambahan UHH dan HLS secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja model. Transformasi logaritmik diterapkan untuk memperbaiki spesifikasi model, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model log-log adalah yang paling efisien dengan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,955 dan AIC terendah. Kesimpulannya, PDRB, UHH, dan HLS memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan manusia di Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penambahan variable lain dan pengembangan model prediktif untuk penelitian selanjutnya guna meningkatkan akurasi dan daya jelaskan model terhadap IPM.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembangunan suatu wilayah ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia (SDM) berkualitas, yaitu SDM yang memiliki fisik kuat, mental kokoh, kesehatan optimal, serta tingkat prestasi yang baik. Pengembangan dan pembinaan SDM yang berkualitas tinggi dimulai sejak awal, yaitu saat masa sekolah. Anak yang berusia sekolah adalah periode transisi dari kanak-kanak menuju kedewasaan. Terdapat perkembangan mental, fisik, dan emosional yang cukup pesat pada periode ini. Anak-anak pada usia sekolah mulai lebih serius dalam mengekspresikan ide secara objektif dan mulai belajar untuk menerima hal-hal baru yang mereka lihat dan dengar. Setiap anak memiliki hak untuk hidup, berkembang, tumbuh, dan berpartisipasi secara layak, serta mendapatkan perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi. Mereka juga memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan jaminan sosial yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan fisik, mental, spiritual, dan sosial. Pendidikan gizi merupakan salah satu prioritas utama di berbagai daerah terutama daerah terpincil/pelosok. Kebutuhan gizi anak balita (di bawah lima tahun) sangat krusial, karena pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang cepat terjadi pada rentang usia ini. Pemberian gizi yang seimbang pada masa balita ini dilakukan agar dapat mendukung perkembangan mereka secara optimal. Kekurangan gizi pada anak-anak balita berdampak pada masalah pertumbuhan yang mengakibatkan gangguan perkembangan anak. Oleh karena itu, keadaan gizi sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services play a crucial role in supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development. With technological advances, counseling services can now be conducted online through cyber counseling. This study aims to discuss the implementation stages, media, effectiveness, and limitations of cyber counseling in schools. Using a literature review method, it was found that cyber counseling consists of three main stages: preparation, counseling process, and post-counseling. Various media, such as email, phone, chat, and video conferencing, are used to support this service. Although effective in reaching students who find it difficult to meet counselors in person, cyber counseling faces several challenges, particularly in terms of empathy and technical limitations. This study concludes that cyber counseling is a valuable alternative, provided that appropriate technology use and stable internet connection are ensured.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen risiko operasional dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian internal pada Bank BTPN Syariah Cabang Pangkajene. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan manajemen risiko dapat memperkuat sistem pengendalian internal perusahaan guna mencegah kerugian dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dalam sektor perbankan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari karyawan yang terlibat langsung dalam manajemen risiko dan pengendalian internal di Bank BTPN Syariah Cabang Pangkajene. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen risiko operasional di Bank BTPN Syariah Cabang Pangkajene sudah berjalan cukup baik, ditunjukkan dengan adanya sistem pemantauan risiko, identifikasi risiko yang rutin, serta upaya mitigasi yang sistematis. Selain itu, efektivitas pengendalian internal juga meningkat berkat sinergi antara kebijakan manajemen risiko dan pengawasan internal yang konsisten. Namun, penelitian juga menemukan bahwa perlu ada peningkatan dalam hal sosialisasi kebijakan risiko kepada seluruh karyawan serta penggunaan teknologi informasi yang lebih optimal dalam mendukung pengendalian risiko

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how risk management is used at the Bank Syariah Indonesia Padang Imam Bonjol Branch Office when distributing microfinance. Field research techniques are used in this study, which takes a descriptive qualitative approach. Through documentation, interviews, and observation, data was gathered. The findings of the study demonstrate that risk management has been correctly implemented in the distribution of microfinance at BSI KC Padang Imam Bonjol, taking into consideration the terms and conditions for potential users of microfinance. Furthermore, BSI KC Padang Imam Bonjol oversees the management of legal, market, finance, and strategic risks. To identify hazards in the distribution of microloans, the 5C principle, character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of economy is used.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of IPM, PMA, PDRB, RLS, and population density variables on income distribution inequality in Bali Province. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing panel data analysis processed with EViews. The results of this study indicate that HDI has a negative and significant effect, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has a positive and significant impact, RLS also shows a positive and significant effect, while GRDP does not show a significant impact on inequality, and Population Density has a positive and significant effect on income distribution inequality in Bali Province. Based on spatial analysis using the hotspot method, the area with high-income distribution inequality based on the Gini Ratio Index data for Bali Province from 2019 to 2023 is Denpasar City.
