Abstract

This study aims to explain how Muslim societies respond to globalization issues, particularly in the context of preaching through the medium of film. One of the cases raised was a Malaysian production bid’ah-themed film that was being widely discussed, showing that preaching is now not only done orally, but also through the visual medium. Globalization and technological developments have facilitated social and religious activity, including in the spread of preaching. This study uses a qualitative method with a thematic interpretation (maudhu’I interpretation) approach, namely by tracing the relevant verses of the Qur’an using keywords, then analyzed through translation, interpretation, asbabun nuzul, and the meaning of their content. Data sources were obtained from reliable journals, books, and references. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of how Islam makes sense of globalization as well as the role of technological media, such as film, in communicating the values of preaching effectively and contextually.

Abstract

Provide a comprehensive review of disorders within the autism spectrum, specifically autism and Asperger’s disorder, as forms of developmental psychopathology that emerge in early infancy. The autism spectrum is examined through the lens of definitions, behavioral characteristics, communication and social interaction deficits, as well as biological and intrapersonal etiologies. Individuals with autism demonstrate qualitative impairments in social relationships, symbolic communication, and behavioral flexibility, marked by restricted and repetitive interests and activities. Additionally, autism is strongly associated with neurobiological factors, including abnormalities in brain structures such as the amygdala and increased white matter volume, as well as complex genetic components. The study also emphasizes early detection through behavioral observation during the first year of life and highlights the importance of early developmental-based interventions, such as integrative models and the Lovaas behavioral modification program. The distinction between autism and Asperger’s disorder is addressed in terms of language development and cognitive functioning. These findings underscore the importance of interdisciplinary understanding in identifying and treating autism spectrum disorders and the necessity of holistic, individualized intervention approaches tailored to developmental profiles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1. How the implementation of technology lightens the administrative burden of teachers at UPT SDN 13 Binamu. 2. What are the challenges and strategies for utilizing technology in lightening the administrative burden of teachers at UPT SDN 13 Binamu. In the context of technological disruption and globalization, teachers are required to integrate technology not only in learning, but also in increasingly complex administrative management. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and direct observation of teachers at UPT SDN 13 Binamu, this study found that applications such as e-reports and digital communication platforms (WhatsApp) significantly reduced the time and effort in recording attendance, managing student data, and communicating with parents. Teachers reported increased time efficiency, data accuracy, and ease of access to information, allowing them to shift their focus to core pedagogical tasks. However, the study identified the gap in technology adaptation among senior teachers as a major obstacle, leading to the delegation of technology-based administrative tasks to younger teachers. In addition, constraints on personnel administration applications and unstable internet connections are still significant challenges. Therefore, this study recommends targeted and sustainable technology training, as well as the provision of more reliable digital infrastructure to ensure equitable and maximum utilization of technology in supporting administrative efficiency and teacher professionalism at UPT SDN 13 Binamu.

Abstract

Focus and motivation to learn are two main factors that greatly influence student success in the learning process. The Hypno Teaching approach is an innovative learning method that combines light hypnosis techniques, relaxation, and positive suggestions to create a conducive learning atmosphere and improve students’ mental readiness. This article aims to review the literature related to the effectiveness of Hypno Teaching in improving students’ focus and motivation to learn based on educational psychology studies. The results of the study indicate that Hypno Teaching can improve focus and motivation to learn through relaxation mechanisms that reduce anxiety and positive suggestions that strengthen students’ intrinsic motivation. The implications of this approach are very relevant for teachers and education practitioners in creating more effective and enjoyable learning methods.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah memberikan pemahaman terkait Peradaban Islam di masa dinasti Utsmani di Turki meliputi penjelasan masa berdirinya dinasti Usmani Turki kemudian masa kejayaan sampai dengan faktor kemundurannya. Pemimpin dinasti Usmani Turki dapat mengembangkan beberapa bidang dalam pemerintahannya seperti bidang pemerintahan dan militer, pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, kebudayaan serta bidang keagamaan, dinasti ini menguasai wilayah Asia, Afrika dan Eropa. Meskipun dinasti Turki Usmani berlangsung hampir tujuh abad lamanya namun dinasti ini mundur karena adanya faktor internal yang dimana terdapat begitu banyak koruptor serta pemimpin yang menggantikan Sultan Sulaiman I tidak bijaksana dalam menerapkan sistem pemerintahan dan faktor eksternal meliputi ancaman dari dinasti Shafawi yang begitu kuat serta adanya kekalahan perang dalam melawan Rusia pada abad ke-18.

Abstract

Although data is now produced very quickly, databases remain a collection of structured information that is easy to access, manage, and update. To monitor sales transactions, product stock, customer data, and marketing strategies, companies need a good database system. The Database Management System (DBMS) is an important element in the process of managing and manipulating this data. In making decisions related to data security and efficiency, careful consideration is needed so that important information remains well protected. Understanding security risks in database systems and preventing them does require in-depth knowledge, considering that information is a very important asset for every company. Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is one of the keys to success in optimizing state revenues originating from taxes. However, the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector often experiences problems in fulfilling tax obligations. Barriers such as low understanding of tax regulations, limited resources, and minimal access to information cause the level of MSME compliance with taxes to be relatively low. This research aims to explore the role of tax consultants in increasing MSME taxpayer compliance and identify factors that influence their effectiveness. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that tax consultants contribute significantly to increasing compliance through education, administrative assistance and strategic consultation. However, the effectiveness of this service is influenced by cost factors, regulatory complexity, and the accessibility of consulting services. Therefore, policies are needed that support the continued access of MSMEs to tax consultant services, including subsidies and simplification of tax regulations.

Abstract

This article explores in depth the concept of money from the perspective of Islamic economics, focusing on its historical background, functions, and strategic role in economic development according to the thoughts of prominent Islamic scholars such as Imam Al-Ghazali, Ibn Khaldun, and Ibn Taymiyah. The study reveals that in Islam, money is not regarded as a commodity, but as a medium of exchange, a unit of account, and a store of value that must be used productively to achieve social justice and economic balance. Through a qualitative approach and literature study, it was found that practices such as usury (riba), hoarding (ikhtikar), and speculation are strictly prohibited as they contradict the values of Sharia. The classical thoughts of these scholars remain highly relevant as a foundation for developing an Islamic financial system that is just, ethical, and sustainable in the modern era. This study offers a conceptual contribution to the advancement of Sharia-based monetary policy and strengthens the understanding that Islamic economics is not only free from riba but also oriented toward the welfare of society.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness and optimization of the M-Passport service as an innovation within the e-government framework aimed at improving the quality of immigration services at the Denpasar Class I Immigration Office. In today’s digital age, developments in information technology are driving the transformation of public services toward greater speed, transparency, and efficiency, including in the field of immigration. The increase in the volume of passport applicants at the Denpasar Immigration Office has become a challenge that requires digital-based service innovations to support faster and more accountable administrative processes. The methods used include a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies of the service systems and processes. The research results show that the implementation of digitalization through the M-Paspor application has significantly improved the efficiency of administrative processes, reduced waiting times, and strengthened the transparency and accountability of services. The obstacles encountered include daily quota limitations, technical system disruptions, and a lack of public understanding of how to use the application. As a solution, plans are in place to construct a new building and increase outreach activities to support the sustainability of services. The conclusion of this study confirms that the M-Paspor digital service innovation has had a positive impact on improving the quality of immigration services; however, continuous optimization and increased human resource capacity are needed to ensure more responsive, reliable, and inclusive services.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the dynamics and challenges of secularism in various aspects of life, as well as Islam’s perspective on the concept, particularly through a thematic Qur’anic interpretation (tafsir maudhu’I This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, drawing on primary sources such as the Qur’an and classical exegesis, and secondary sources including academic articles and journals. The findings and discussion cover the definition of secularism, its development in politics, law, education, economy, and society, as well as the Islamic response to the ideology that separates religion from public life. The study concludes that islam is a comprehensive way of life (kaffah) that cannot be separated from worldly affairs. Islamic values remain relevant in addressing modern secular challenges. This research is expected to provide a critical understanding of the impact of secularism in Muslim societies. However, It is limited by the lack of empirical data on the actual implementation of secularism in Muslim-majority countries. Therefore, further research is needed to explore more practical and contextual approaches to the role of religion is modern public life.
