Abstract

The advancement of industry and technology requires companies to possess competent human resources to support sustainable growth. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to identify, evaluate, and interpret all relevant studies on the topic. The objective of this research is to explore the roles of HRD, HRM, and IR in building sustainable organizational performance. The findings indicate that the integration of HRM, HRD, and IR forms a strategic foundation for sustainable organizational performance. HRM provides strategic direction and innovation, HRD develops competencies and adaptability, while IR ensures social stability and productivity. The synergy among these three functions results in organizations that are competitive, resilient, and sustainable, where sustainability is supported by high-quality human resource governance. The findings suggest that integrating HRM, HRD, and IR has the potential to serve as a human resource management model that supports operational efficiency, social sustainability, innovation, and long-term organizational competitiveness, warranting further implementation and research.

Abstract

The phenomenon of bundling, which is the combination of several products in a single sales package at a combined price, has become a widely used marketing strategy in modern e-commerce. However, this practice raises questions about the validity of the contract and its compliance with sharia principles, particularly in relation to the elements of clarity, fairness, and willingness of the transacting parties. This study uses a legal-empirical approach by examining the implementation of bundling at the Seltic_ID store through direct observation and analysis of DSN-MUI fatwas No. 111 and 112 of 2017. The results show that the bundling system implemented has fulfilled the principles of fiqh muamalah because it is carried out transparently, fairly, and on the basis of mutual consent (an tarāḍin minkum). The seller provides clarity regarding product specifications, prices, and purchase options, thereby avoiding elements of gharar, tadlis, and maysir. Thus, the bundling practice at the Seltic_ID store is declared valid and in accordance with Islamic law principles and reflects the application of fiqh muamalah that is adaptive to the development of the digital economy

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed Indonesia’s online transportation sector, including the rise of account-sharing practices among platform drivers. This study analyzes account lending in ShopeeFood services through a qualitative descriptive–interpretive approach using observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Findings indicate that account sharing is primarily driven by economic pressures and administrative barriers, yet it creates ethical issues such as identity mismatch, security risks, and potential moral hazard. From an Islamic business ethics and muamalah perspective, the practice involves elements of gharar and tadlis due to ambiguity in contract execution, violating the principles of ṣidq, amānah, and al-‘adl. Despite this, informants displayed ethical awareness and willingness to comply with legal mechanisms if more accessible registration pathways were available. The study highlights the need for stronger regulatory literacy, improved identity verification systems, and the integration of Islamic ethical values in digital platform governance. Overall, this research contributes to understanding the ethical implications of account lending and provides normative recommendations for platform companies and Muslim users in fostering integrity-based digital business practices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the forms, mechanisms, and effectiveness of partnerships established to strengthen the management of Guidance and Counseling (BK) services at SMA Negeri 2 Sutera. This study stems from the increasing diversity of student problems, limited service support facilities, and the lack of solid coordination between internal school stakeholders and external partners. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and document review, involving BK teachers, school principals, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, parents, and partner agencies such as the Community Health Center (Puskesmas), the Police Sector, psychologists, and community leaders. Analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which includes the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that BK services are operational but not yet fully integrated into the school management system. Internal and external partnerships have been established, but most remain spontaneous and are not supported by standardized SOPs or MoUs. Nevertheless, these collaborations continue to provide benefits in expanding service access and accelerating the handling of student cases. These findings emphasize the need for more planned, documented, and sustainable partnerships to strengthen BK management in schools.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of coaching and mentoring in improving employee performance and leadership through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. A literature search was conducted through Google Scholar using keywords related to coaching, mentoring, performance, and leadership, resulting in 161 initial articles. After screening for publication year, scientific validity, topic relevance, and Scopus accessibility and indexing, 11 articles met the final criteria for analysis. The study results show that coaching is proven to increase motivation, work engagement, and leader self-efficacy, which directly contributes to improved performance and leadership capacity. Mentoring has been found to be effective in developing intrapersonal competencies, accelerating career development, and enhancing generative behavior for both mentors and mentees. The effectiveness of both approaches is influenced by program design, alignment with individual needs, leadership support, organizational readiness for change, and the availability of adequate learning infrastructure. Overall, coaching and mentoring are complementary human resource development strategies that only produce optimal impact when applied within a supportive organizational ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the main factors contributing to the escalation of the conflict in 2025, examine its impact on the humanitarian conditions of civilians, and assess the extent to which the international community’s response has been able to address the crisis. Additionally, this research seeks to provide an overview of changes in patterns of violence, forms of resistance, and indicators of human rights violations that emerged throughout 2025. Thus, this study is expected to contribute academically to the understanding of contemporary conflicts and to the formulation of humanitarian-based recommendations. The method used is qualitative with a library research approach, analyzing literature from international organizational reports, journal articles, recent news coverage, human rights documents, and academic studies related to the Palestine Israel conflict. The data were analyzed descriptively and interpretatively to capture the conflict dynamics, global actors’ responses, and ongoing humanitarian conditions. This approach allows researchers to view the broader context without relying on field observations, which are difficult to conduct in active conflict zones. The results show that 2025 is marked by increased military attacks, limited access to humanitarian aid, and a growing number of internally displaced persons. Human rights violations have worsened, particularly among vulnerable groups such as children and women. The international community still faces major challenges in providing meaningful intervention due to differing geopolitical interests. In conclusion, the Palestine Israel conflict in 2025 demonstrates the urgent need for humanitarian-based approaches to conflict resolution and a stronger role from international institutions to protect civilians and ensure fair humanitarian access.

Abstract

This study examines the legal issue of whether Indonesia’s policy banning the import of used clothing is consistent with the WTO Non-Discrimination principles, namely the Most Favoured Nation and National Treatment obligations under GATT 1994. This issue is significant because Indonesia prohibits imported used clothing on the grounds of protecting public health and maintaining trade order, while domestically sourced used clothing remains permitted, raising concerns of unequal treatment toward foreign products. The research employs a normative juridical method through a statutory approach by analyzing the Trade Law, relevant Ministry of Trade regulations, and customs provisions, as well as a conceptual approach to assess the application of WTO principles. Legal materials were gathered through library research and analyzed qualitatively. The findings show that the import ban does not violate the Most Favoured Nation principle because it applies uniformly to all WTO members. However, the policy potentially conflicts with the National Treatment obligation since similar domestic products are still allowed to circulate. Nevertheless, GATT provides justification through Article XX if Indonesia can demonstrate that the ban is necessary to protect public health and consumer safety. The study concludes that Indonesia’s ability to defend the policy depends on meeting the necessity test, presenting scientific evidence, and ensuring consistent enforcement to avoid being perceived as protectionist.

Abstract

This study examines the legal position and compliance of Amartha’s peer-to-peer lending scheme within the framework of Sharia principles, focusing on the legitimacy of the wakalah bil ujrah contract and its alignment with Indonesian positive law. Using a normative juridical method, this research relies on primary legal materials including OJK regulations governing fintech lending and relevant DSN-MUI fatwas, supported by secondary materials such as journals, sustainability reports, and academic analyses. The findings indicate that Amartha’s business model featuring group-based financing, fixed service fees, and risk-sharing mechanisms generally aligns with the governance requirements stipulated in POJK and the contractual parameters defined in fatwas on wakalah, ujrah, and P2P financing ethics. This study concludes that while Amartha’s model is legally structured to comply with Sharia and positive law, stronger regulatory enforcement and standardized disclosures are necessary to ensure optimal consumer protection and Sharia-compliant financial practices.
