Abstract

The study digs into the challenges, supporting factors, and research trends in guidance and counseling (BK) management in Indonesian secondary schools. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol, the team searched Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, Neliti, and various university repositories for works published from 2010 to 2025. Out of 103 articles, only 14 fit the inclusion criteria. The review exposes structural, technical, and cultural barriers: counselors overloaded with non-BK tasks, inadequate facilities, weak professional supervision, and little support from school policies (Pratiwi, 2012; Rahman, 2019; Abdullah, 2021; Yusuf, 2023). On the positive side, school leadership, counselor training, and inter-party collaboration help the process (Lubis, 2022; Irawan, 2022). Most studies rely on descriptive qualitative methods, but few focus on supervision models, technology, or longitudinal, evidence-based research. This paper calls for stronger guidance counseling management through institutional and policy reforms.

Abstract

The VUCA era characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity requires entrepreneurial actors to possess creativity and innovation as strategic capabilities rather than merely additional attributes. This conceptual article aims to examine the role of creativity and innovation in maintaining the relevance and sustainability of entrepreneurship amid rapid and unpredictable change. Creativity enables the generation of new ideas in a flexible and adaptive manner, whereas innovation functions as a proactive strategy for responding to the dynamics of the business environment. These capabilities are influenced by organizational factors, capital, knowledge, technology, and leadership that support the creation of continuous innovation.

Abstract

The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is a European Union policy instrument designed to equalize carbon costs between domestic and imported products in an effort to prevent carbon leakage and strengthen the transition toward a low-emission economy. This policy has the potential to have significant consequences for developing countries, including Indonesia, which has a carbon-intensive export structure including steel, aluminum, cement, and fertilizers. This research aims to analyze the impact of CBAM implementation on Indonesia's export performance, by examining carbon tariff mechanisms, national industry readiness, economic implications, and issues of fairness in international trade. A qualitative approach was used to examine secondary data from reports by international organizations, policy publications, and academic studies related to CBAM and global trade. The analysis results indicate that CBAM has the potential to reduce the competitiveness of Indonesian products due to increased carbon compliance costs and the industry's dependence on fossil fuels. On the other hand, this policy can be a momentum for Indonesia to strengthen its emissions reporting system, accelerate industrial transformation, and arrange more sustainable trade strategies. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the development of national policies in the face of the dynamics of international carbon regulations.

Abstract

Gotong royong, or mutual cooperation, is a local tradition that plays an essential role in strengthening social harmony and religious values within communities. This community service project aims to explore how the practice of gotong royong in RT 03 Dusun Gayam contributes to the development and preservation of the family sakinah values in the Islamic perspective. This study employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation during the implementation of Praktikum Profesi Makro. The results revealed that the spirit of gotong royong remains strong in various activities, including road construction, social support during communal events, and agricultural collaboration. These collective actions are based on the Islamic principle of ta’awun, which encourages mutual help as a form of worship and social responsibility. Moreover, the tradition serves as a medium for the intergenerational transmission of values such as unity, care, and collective responsibility. Thus, gotong royong in Dusun Gayam not only reinforces social cohesion but also serves as a practical implementation of family sakinah values in community life.

Abstract

The development of culinary tourism as one of the fastest-growing tourism segments requires strategic decision-making that is responsive to tourist preferences, market dynamics, and local culture. This article examines the role of intuitive decision-making in formulating and implementing business strategies for culinary tourism, with a case focus on Tanjungpinang. Using a literature review method, the article synthesizes theories and empirical findings on intuition in managerial decision-making as well as practices in culinary tourism development in Indonesia and the Riau Islands region. The results show that intuitive decisions—shaped by experience, tacit knowledge, and rapid information processing—play an important role when information is limited, time is constrained, or market conditions change quickly. However, intuition becomes effective when combined with data-based verification mechanisms and stakeholder collaboration. Practical implications for business actors and local policymakers include: (1) strengthening the experiential capabilities of culinary business managers; (2) integrating intuition with practices of monitoring visitor data and tourist feedback; and (3) developing culinary experience packages that highlight the local uniqueness of Tanjungpinang. Suggestions for future research emphasize empirical field studies on the relationship between intuition, business performance, and tourist satisfaction in Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how Lengayang 3 State Senior High School manages the management of problem students through a series of activities designed for initial identification, comprehensive assessment, intervention, and ongoing follow-up monitoring. The study used descriptive qualitative methods, using in-depth interviews, school environment observations, and document reviews as the primary data sources. The results indicate that students face various problems such as rule violations, decreased interest in learning, social conflict, and emotional stress influenced by family situations, friendships, and academic burdens. Guidance and counseling teachers handle cases through collaboration with subject teachers and homeroom teachers, followed by in-depth assessments and interventions based on a humanistic approach. Supporting factors include educator collaboration, principal support, and parental involvement. However, the limited number of guidance and counseling teachers, inadequate facilities, and the negative stigma surrounding counseling are major obstacles. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening guidance and counseling services and improving the professionalism of guidance and counseling teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between friendship quality and subjective well-being among students of SMA X Tambun Selatan. Adolescence is a developmental stage characterized by a strong need for peer support, making friendship quality an important factor that may influence adolescents’ psychological well-being. This research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The participants consisted of 130 tenth- and eleventh-grade students selected through purposive sampling. The instruments used in this study included a friendship quality scale based on Parker Asher’s (1993) theory and a subjective well-being scale adapted from Diener’s (1984) concept. Descriptive analysis indicated that most students had friendship quality within the moderate to high categories. Meanwhile, their subjective well-being levels fell within the moderate category. Pearson correlation analysis showed a strong and significant positive relationship between friendship quality and subjective well-being (r = 0.718, p 0.001). These findings suggest that the higher the friendship quality students experience, the higher their level of subjective well-being. Overall, this study highlights that positive and supportive friendships play an important role in enhancing adolescents’ psychological well-being. The results of this research may serve as a basis for schools, parents, and counselors to foster environments that support the development of healthy social relationships among students.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of promotion injustice on employee attitudes and loyalty using a PRISMA-based Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The findings show that unfair promotion practices reduce job satisfaction, weaken affective, normative, and continuance loyalty, and increase turnover risk. These results highlight the importance of transparent, performance-based promotion systems supported by consistent evaluations, clear communication, and career development initiatives. The study also strengthens theoretical understanding by integrating Social Exchange Theory and Organizational Justice Theory within the context of strategic human resource management.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has opened up opportunities for cybercrime, with online gambling becoming one of the deep-rooted social and legal problems in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the modes of utilization of national domain names in online gambling operations and evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement in Indonesia, given that the use of national domains is often an attempt at pseudo-legalization and avoidance of blocking. Using qualitative methods with a normative juridical approach as well as literature study and case studies, this study focuses on applicable positive legal norms. The results show that national domains are exploited through domain hijacking, misuse of academic/government domains, and domain switching to maintain operations. Although the government has carried out massive blocking through Kominfo and PANDI, this solution is only temporary. The conclusion confirms that the most effective action is through multi-layered criminal law enforcement by the Indonesian National Police, which not only prosecutes perpetrators under the ITE Law and the Criminal Code, but also with the Money Laundering Criminal Act (TPPU), as in the 1Xbet case, which successfully seized hundreds of billions in assets and provided a deterrent effect, while also urging the need for fundamental improvements to the domain registration system and cyber surveillance by public institutions.

Abstract

The Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) serves as a leadership laboratory for students and requires strong, competent human resources to act as agents of change within the school. This program aims to strengthen leadership values and shape positive behavior among OSIS members at SMK Al-Amanah through a Character Building Leadership approach combined with experiential learning methods. The activity was carried out on October 30, 2025, involving 42 OSIS members (core administrators and active members) through a series of interactive workshops, discussions, and educational games (outbound leadership games). The implementation method focused on three main simulations: Chain Sentences to train effective communication, Nail-in-the-Bottle to build team coordination, and Rubber Band Relay to develop focus and trust. Evaluation was conducted through behavioral observation during the games, value reflection, and pre-test and post-test trigger questions. The results of the activity indicate that experiential learning methods effectively enhanced participants’ understanding of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork. Qualitatively, participants showed significant improvement in group solidarity and organizational communication skills. It is concluded that the program successfully instilled positive leadership foundations and is recommended to be continued through weekly leadership coaching.
