In this study, the data were gathered by watching the movie, then selecting, classifying, analyzing, and describing the utterances that contain swear words utilizing the note-taking technique. The gathered data are then analyzed by using the following procedures: prepare the data for analysis, read and interpret the data, categorize and describe the data, re-watch the movie, present the findings and analyze the data, and draw conclusions. The data of this study were evaluated using Andersson and Trudgill's theory of swear word types, as well as Staley's theory of factors that cause characters to use swear words. The data analysis revealed that there were 34 data containing four categories of swear words used by all of the characters in the film "End of Watch," with several causal factors. There were 14 data include in expletive swearing with 9 factors, 16 in abusive swearing with 10 factors, 2 in humorous swearing with 2 factors, and 2 in auxiliary swearing without any factors influencing them. Abstract

Numerous studies indicate that consonants are more highly valued for lexical interpretation than vowels because of the richer and more powerful distinctions they can make. Consonants appear to be the most important phoneme for differentiating between lexical items in most language systems. Cross-linguistically, consonants are more common than vowels. The title "The Role Of Vowels And Consonants In English Language Learning" would be better served by a descriptive study. The purpose of this research is to examine how consonants function in language development, with an emphasis on their articulation and acquisition. The purpose of a descriptive study is to provide readers a thorough grasp of the subject of the investigation. Learners who experience immersion language situations or early exposure to English tend to acquire consonants more quickly. It is crucial to remember that every learner is different when it comes to the acquisition of consonants, and some students may find it difficult to make particular sounds correctly. The phonetic variations between the learner's native language and English may have an impact on this, making it harder for them to recognize and produce novel sounds.

Abstract

Government spending plays an important role in driving economic growth and improving people's welfare at the national and local levels. In the Indonesian context, both central and regional government spending has been analyzed to assess its impact on the economy and welfare. This spending includes infrastructure investments, social assistance, and improvements in public services, which significantly influence economic development. Studies show that well-managed spending can strengthen the economy, but if it is inefficient, it can have negative consequences. Analysis for 2024 shows a significant increase in the budget for various strategic sectors such as infrastructure, health, education and social. Although this spending aims to improve quality of life and economic growth, challenges such as diverse regional needs, financial constraints, and administrative coordination remain. Solutions such as administrative training and improved coordination are needed to ensure effective budget use. With the right strategy, government spending can be a major driver of economic growth and societal prosperity, although implementation challenges must continue to be overcome.
