Abstract

The subject of Islamic Cultural History is one of the subjects that has an important role in learning Islamic values to students. Realizing the important role that must always be instilled in the teachers of Islamic Cultural History, the researcher aims to examine the essence of the application of Islamic educational tools in optimizing the Islamic Cultural History learning process. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that these teachers are quite aware of the importance of the effective implementation of the Islamic Cultural History knowledge transfer process. Islamic educational tools, there are at least 5 types that according to the teachers' confessions are quite often used, although only a few. The 5 tools are; physical, method, environment, values and teacher role models, and modern technology. There are six functions of Islamic educational tools that have been applied by teachers of Islamic Cultural History, namely; clarifying learning materials, increasing learning motivation, helping to form habits and skills, facilitating a pleasant learning experience, increasing communication effectiveness and helping to evaluate learning. In addition, there are 5 other functions in the process of applying these Islamic educational tools to learning, namely; improve learning effectiveness, support creativity, improve student concentration, create a conducive learning environment and connect theory and practice.

Abstract

Gender equality in Islamic law plays an important role in supporting women’s participation in the professional world, especially in the digital era which offers many new opportunities. Even though the principle of equal rights and obligations is recognized, women often face challenges in the form of their dual roles as professionals and housekeepers, as well as obstacles related to social standards. Gender equality means that men and women have the same rights and responsibilities in the work environment. Islamic law, which regulates all aspects of life, strives to remain alive along with the times. This research is qualitative in nature and collects data through literature study and descriptive approaches. The collected data was then analyzed using a gender analysis approach. The results of this research show that Islamic law supports gender equality and recognizes women’s rights and responsibilities, including in their careers. In the digital era, opportunities for women to develop careers are increasingly open. Technology provides space for women to have a career from anywhere. Career women are not prohibited in Islam, as long as their professional activities are in accordance with the provisions of the Shari’a and Islamic principles. Islamic law allows women to play an active role in society without ignoring religious values.

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become one of the strategic efforts of local governments in encouraging the development of the tourism sector. An ICT-based approach, known as e-tourism, enables the marketing of tourist destinations globally without the limitations of distance and time. The implementation of an integrated information system through the Destination Management Organization (DMO) involves collaboration between the government, private sector, and the community, which aims to create sustainable and effective tourism management. However, obstacles such as suboptimal ICT infrastructure, limited resources, and less than optimal coordination between institutions are challenges in implementing this policy. By integrating the principles of good governance, technological literacy, and community participation, Kuningan Regency can strengthen the competitiveness of regional tourism, support local economic growth, and encourage balanced development. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the role of ICT in tourism development in Kuningan Regency and its impact on PAD. The results of the study indicate that optimizing ICT in the tourism sector has great potential to increase the attractiveness of regional tourism while strengthening the position of Kuningan Regency as a superior conservation district in West Java.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a major impact on the way humans interact and consume information. One of the media that has a strong influence in disseminating information and global trends is YouTube. YouTube not only functions as an entertainment platform, but also as a space for users to learn, express and participate in social phenomena. Among teenagers, YouTube has become one of the main platforms for consuming popular content, with trends often being adopted and imitated en masse. Challenge video content is a form of trend that often spreads widely among users, especially through the influence of well-known content creators. In this research, researchers used an interpretive paradigm. The interpretive paradigm is a methodological approach in social research that emphasizes the subjective understanding of individuals and how they give meaning to their experiences in a particular social context. Based on the results of research conducted and the results of our interviews, it shows that the challenge phenomenon is viral among KPI 5C students, which was inspired by content on the YouTube channel Mr. Beast, is a clear example of Social Imitation Theory (Social Learning Theory). In this context, students not only imitate the pattern of challenges that provide entertainment and great prizes but also adopt creativity and innovation in their own content creation.

Abstract

Knowledge is a fundamental aspect of human life. One branch of philosophy that discusses knowledge is epistemology. In the development of philosophy, there are various schools of thought that try to explain how knowledge is obtained, and two of the most influential are rationalism and empiricism. This study is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data in this study is literature data used to see the epistemology of empiricism in the philosophy of science. The data collected is coded, then reduced and finally conclusions are drawn based on qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that Epistemology is a branch of philosophy that studies knowledge, its origins, limitations, and truth. In epistemology, there are fundamental questions such as: "What do we know?", How do we know something?", and "What makes knowledge valid?" Epistemology discusses concepts such as legitimate belief, justification, and truth, as well as various theories about how to acquire knowledge. Empiricism is one school of thought in epistemology that states that knowledge comes from sensory experience or direct observation of the world. According to empiricism, all knowledge we have comes from data obtained through the senses, such as sight, hearing, or touch.

Abstract

Prayer is one of the obligations that must be carried out by a Muslim. Taufiq Ismail and Emha Ainun Nadjib are writers who include religious elements in their works. This research aims to provide a description of prayer in the poetry of the two writers. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and comparative literature study. The poems Sajadah Panjang and Ketika Engkau Bersembahyang have similarities. However, besides the similarities, these two poems have differences in describing prayer.

Abstract

This research is entitled Bank Break-In Through Letter Of Credit L/C Transactions. The type of research used is normative juridical, namely to examine legal concepts related to law enforcement for misuse of letters of credit as a means of payment in transactions. The results of the study revealed that the presence of fictitious documents as a means of disbursing L/C clearly contains evil motives coloring bank break-ins, as a bank that is involved in the international trade area (International track Jurvice), operational risks have certainly been calculated in advance. Risk Management should understand the potential risks. The risks that can occur in connection with the involvement of the bank as a guarantor and mediator between sellers and buyers from different countries. Of course it is also riskier to provide dual facilities to one customer as an importer and exporter customer at the same time. Therefore, law enforcement for misuse of letters of credit is the application of the principle of knowing the customer which is the embryo of the principle of maximum caution in order to minimize crime in the banking sector.

Abstract

Dalam ekonomi mikro terdapat keseimbangan konsumen, yang menjelaskan bagaimana memilih untuk menggunakan sumber daya mereka yang terbatas untuk memaksimalkan kepuasan mereka. Untuk menganalisis keseimbangan konsumen, ada dua pendekatan utama: pendekatan cardinal dan pendekatan ordinal. Pendekatan cardinal berfokus pada urutan preferensi tetapi tidak mengukur utilitas secara langsung. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk membahas kedua metode tersebut, membandingkan keuntungan dan kekurangan masing-masing, dan memberikan contoh kasus yang relevan untuk menjelaskan ide-ide yang dibahas..

Abstract

Professional teachers have a very significant role in producing the next generation who are not only intellectually intelligent but also have noble morals. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0, teachers are not only required to be able to master technology, but also to be able to instill Islamic moral and ethical values in students so that they can develop critical and innovative thinking skills while still adhering to Islamic principles. This research discusses the concept of professional teachers from the perspective of the Al-Qur'an , as well as its relevance to Law no. 14 of 2005 Article 8 concerning teachers and lecturers, with the hope of being able to contribute and add new perspectives in order to increase teacher professionalism. This research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method, where primary data sources are the Al-Qur'an and hadith, while secondary data sources include related books and journals. The tahlili method is used to analyze and interpret the meaning contained in these two sources. The research results show that Al-Qur'an letter underlines the importance of effective communication and teaching based on human values, which is in line with the principles of teacher professionalism regulated in Law no. 14 of 2005. In addition, the role of teachers as educators is not only limited to transferring knowledge, but also includes developing the character and morals of students. The conclusion of this research confirms that the integration of Al-Qur'an values with legal provisions can provide a strong foundation for the development of teacher professionalism in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to identification and assessment, as well as the Activity of Daily Living (ADL) program applied to visually impaired students at SLB SATHITEN Malang City. This research was conducted using the literature study method and descriptive observation where the results of the study show that the role of assessment in identifying the needs of children with visual impairments is very important to understand the child's condition thoroughly and design appropriate interventions. The assessment also helps to identify the extent to which children can be independent in performing activities of daily living (ADL).
