Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly changed the scope of the marketing world. Marketing communication methods that were previously very conventional and traditional have now been integrated into the digital world. Digital marketing is a general term used to describe marketing activities that utilize digital technology. Digital marketing consists of interactive and engaging elements that facilitate communication between producers, traders and consumers. Here will also be carried out the stages of observation, interviews, implementation, and implementation. Dapoer Cesky, which has been active in the food and pastry industry since 2018, understands very little about digital marketing. In addition, partners are given socialization on how to create accounts on digital media such as Google Business and Instagram and how to manage them so that their reach is wider. Through the efforts made, digital marketing has a major influence on growth and development, especially Dapoer Cesky, which is starting to grow its name and business. With the strategy implemented, it is able to encourage economic growth for the Dapoer Cesky business actor to become a superior value and differentiator from other businesses amidst the large number of businesses engaged in the same business sector.

Abstract

The aim of aplication online attendance (Face Detector) at the BKPSDM Bali Province is to increase the discipline of employees, both PNS and non-PNS employees. However, in its implementation, there are still some problems, such as application that still often crashes, employee absences that are often rejected, and employee abilities that are not evenly distributed. This study uses indicators of effectiveness based on Duncan in Kharisma (2017) which consist of three indicators of goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. The results of the study show the effectiveness of implementing online attendance (Face Detector) at the BKPSDM Bali Province.

Abstract

In the process of increasing village original income by utilizing the natural potential and plantations owned by Taro Village, the active role of the village government is required. One way that can be done is to form a village-owned enterprise (BUMDes). The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in an effort to increase village original income (PADes). Based on the study using the theory of strategic management processes according to Wheelen and Hunger (2012) and SWOT analysis according to Rangkuti (2013), The results of this study show that the Sarwada Amwerta Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) has carried out a strategic management process, but there are several obstacles that prevent the Sarwada Amerta BUMDes from obtaining maximum income. The results of the SWOT matrix analysis produce three alternative strategies that can be used as alternative strategies for future strategic priorities, namely: (1) increasing BUMDes' human resources in the use of technology; (2) expanding collaboration with related parties; and (3) developing tourism units by collaborating. The results of this study show that researchers provide strategic recommendations for Sarwada Amerta Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in an effort to increase village original income

Abstract

In the business world, not a few people use superior marketing strategies, one of which is imc as well as the Joss Gandos restaurant which uses an imc strategy that is no less superior to other culinary businesses. This research was made with the aim of finding out how the implementation of the IMC strategy was carried out at the Joss Gandos restaurant with a successful PAKET BUKBER and PAKET BERKAH. This research uses a qualitative method with constructivism paradigm as the basis. The study was conducted by two researchers with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with Marketing Communication from Resto Joss Gandos as primary data and secondary data in the form of promo designs and promo recap results. The results of this study are that Resto Joss Gandos uses 8 kinds of IMC strategies, namely public relations & publicity, digital marketing, sales promotion, word of mouth, personal selling, event and experience, Point- of-Purchase Communication, and direct marketing. This strategy supports the success of Resto joss gandos in making promos, one of which is the buka Bersama promo with targeted results. In addition, resto joss gandos also uses IMC as an effort to align customers both online or on social media and those who come in person or dine in.

Abstract

Public health policy is important for reducing poverty as implemented by investing human capital such as in nutritional-sensitive and nutritional-specific programs. Indonesia is one of developing countries that has severe problems with stunted children, especially in the province of Aceh which currently has the highest percentage of stunting children. Thus, investment in human capital in nutritional intervention (specific and sensitive nutritional program) can be a solution to reduce a high percentage of stunting. According to many literature, the problem of poverty and malnutrition or stunted children can be overcome by nutritional and non-nutritional programs that should be carried out together so that nutritional problems can be addressed sustainably.

Abstract

Digital marketing, which is the use of the internet and information technology in marketing, has experienced rapid growth along with the widespread use of the internet. Even, there are still a few MSME actors, especially in the Responsibility sub-district, who understand the optimal use of digital marketing. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method is used to identify existing problems. The results of the study show that most MSME actors in the Respondent Village have a limited understanding of digital marketing. However, through socialization activities and digital marketing practices, MSME actors have succeeded in increasing their knowledge and skills in utilizing social media for marketing. This has a positive impact on increasing MSME sales and wider use of social media by MSME actors. This research contributes to building digital marketing awareness and capabilities for MSMEs, so that they can increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

The problem being studied is whether there is an effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Janji Jiwa Siswa Kampung Baru Café in Sorong City. This study aims to analyze and prove the influence between the independent and dependent variables in this study. In this research is causal research, researchers used 72 samples from customers of Café Janji Jiwa. How to collect data using a questionnaire and the answers using a four-gradation Likert scale. How to take the sample using Purposive Random Sampling. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression from each short answer that is expanded in the sub-chapters below in full. In this study using a quantitative approach. Data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. Test Instruments in this study used validity and reliability tests equipped with classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that product quality has the most dominant influence with a beta value of and with a sig value of 0.000 while service quality has the smallest influence on customer satisfaction, namely with a beta value of and a sig value of. This shows that product quality plays an important role in determining customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources are the engine of the company's activities and the company's most important asset. The theme developed at PT. Sinar Murni Indoprinting. an indication that employees have not worked optimally, this is an indication of performance that has not reached the target. Not all employees follow OCB behavior, pay attention to the work environment and some employees experience work stress. Health is the dream of every employee, both consciously and unconsciously. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of OCB on work stress, the influence of the work environment on work stress, the influence of work environment welfare, and the influence of OCB on employee welfare. The results showed that OCB has no effect on work stress, work environment has a significant effect on work stress, work environment has a significant effect on employee welfare, OCB has no effect on work stress on employee performance, and employee performance. environment shapes employee performance. Employees Do not disturb employees when work is stressful.

Abstract

In this study there are two variables, namely variable X1 (Leadership), X2 (Work Motivation) and variable Y (HR Development). This research was conducted to determine the leadership and work motivation of PT Pertamina EP Klamono Oil employees, PT Pertamina EP Klamono Oil HR development, and the influence of leadership and work motivation on HR development at PT Pertamina EP Klamono Oil, Sorong Regency. The data used are primary data collected through observation, distribution of questionnaires, and interviews. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on human resource development at PT Pertamina EP Klamono Oil, Sorong Regency. To measure the influence of these variables used multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination with the help of the IBM SPSS 23 computer application program. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression, this can be seen from the value of the multiple linear regression coefficient for (X1) of 0.314 and (X2) of 0.219, in addition to the value for > alpha 0.05 from the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) it can be seen that the R Square or the coefficient of determination is 0.056, and the Adjusted R Square value is 0.006 – 0.6% meaning HR development can be explained by leadership and work motivation of 0.6%. While the remaining 99.4% can be explained by other factors such as work discipline, compensation, quality of work, etc. so it can be concluded that the variables of leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a significant influence on the HR development variable (Y). The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on human resource development at PT Pertamina EP Klamono Oil Klamono Oil, Sorong Regency.

Abstract

PT. Indo Bismar adalah perusahaan distributor IT yang menjual dan melayani barang-barang elektronik. Pada bagian pemasaran khususnya pada bagian penjualan produk terjadi permasalahan penurunan jumlah penjualan. Dan salah satu caranya adalah dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran. Strategi pemasaran harus dilakukan secara efektif agar penjualan dapat meningkat. Kegiatan pemasaran umumnya berfokus pada produk, penetapan harga, kebijakan distribusi, dan metode promosi, yang dalam hal ini dikenal dengan bauran pemasaran. Kegiatan bauran pemasaran memegang peranan penting bagi kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan. Tujuan utama dari artikel ini adalah untuk meninjau strategi pemasaran PT. Indo Bismar dengan acara Gebyar Vaganza. Kemajuan ini dinilai sangat bermanfaat sebagai strategi pemasaran bisnis yang juga dilakukan oleh PT. Indo Bismar. Penggunaan E-business, E-commerce, social media, social chat bahkan advertising sangat mendukung PT. Indo Bismar dalam promosi, pemasaran dan penjualan. Hasil dari artikel ini menemukan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan produk pada PT. Indo Bismar. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran kepada pelaku usaha bahwa penerapan media sebagai strategi digital sangat efektif dalam menjalankan bisnis.
