In the current digital era, managing school data efficiently and effectively is crucial to supporting the learning and administration process. The background to this initiative is rooted in the need to store, access and manage school data in a more structured and systematic way. Problems often faced include limitations in storage capacity, difficulties in accessing data quickly, and challenges in ensuring data security. To overcome this, the proposed method is database creation training which is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of basic database principles, effective database design, as well as data management and security techniques. The aim of this training is to equip school staff and administrators with technical skills in building and managing school databases, so as to increase operational efficiency and ensure the integrity and security of educational data. This will enable schools to utilize information technology to better manage information resources, support strategic decisions, and improve the quality of education.

This research includes the design process, content development, animation, and evaluating the effectiveness of the educational videos that have been created. The approach used in this research is development (Research and Development) which involves students as respondents to determine their level of understanding and interest in the material presented through animated educational videos. The educational videos developed cover various learning topics that are adapted to the applicable curriculum, with the hope that they can become an interesting additional learning resource and increase students' understanding. The research results show that educational videos using animation techniques are able to increase students' interest in learning and make it easier for them to understand lesson concepts that were previously considered difficult. Evaluations carried out through questionnaires and interviews showed positive responses from students towards the use of this learning media. The sample taken was 51 respondents using census techniques, namely the entire population was sampled. The regression analysis method used is multiple linear regression and to test the hypothesis the t test and f test are used at the significance level or alpha = 5%. The research data were analyzed or processed using the SPSS version 17 program. Based on the research results thatof 0.696 or 69.6%. This shows that the compensation variable (X1) and work discipline variable (X2) can explain the performance variable (Y) by 69.6%, the remaining 30.4% (100% - 69.6%) is explained by other variables outside this research model. In the results of the multiple linear regression test, the following regression equation is obtained:Y = 3.975 + 0.620X1 + 0.245X2 + e. The results of the hypothesis test state that: H1 is accepted, this can be seen from the tcount value of 4.479 > ttable 2.009 and with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, compensation has an effect on the performance of the tutor (teacher). H2 is accepted, this can be seen from the tcount value which is 2.375 > ttable 2.009 and with a significance value of 0.022 <0.05 then work discipline influence the performance of tutors (teachers). H3 is accepted, this can be seen from the Fcount value which is 58.346 > Ftable 3.19 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so compensation and work discipline have a joint (simultaneous) effect on performance.

The population in this study was 249, while the sample selected in this study was34 students divided into 12 men and 22 women using purposive sampling techniques. Due to the limited sample size, the research design used was a pre-test and post-test group design. The instruments used to collect data are test sheets and observations. Then, data collection techniques were carried out using test and non-test techniques. The data analysis techniques applied in this research are non-parametric descriptive and inferential statistics because the prerequisite tests were not met. The results of data analysis in this study showed that the average student score was 74.91 at the pre-test stage and there was an increase at the post-test stage to 80.05. Then, at the pre-test stage the number of students who completed was only 16 students or 52.94% and there was a change at the post-test stage to 91.17% or 31 students who completed. The results of hypothesis testing also show significant differences between the pretest and posttest stages. NThe significance value in this study is (0.000) smaller than the generally chosen significance level (usually 0.05). This means that there is a significant difference in performance or test results between before (pretest) and after (posttest) a particular intervention or event in the sample being analyzed. Based on this, it can be concluded that the Mind Mapping method is effectively applied in learning Indonesian, especially the subject of biographical texts.
