Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal relationship between landowners and Fuel Terminal operators in Baubau City regarding pipeline access practices, and to formulate an ideal legal protection model for affected landowners. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies, subsequently analyzed using the Miles et al. interactive model. The findings reveal that community land use for pipeline routes occurs without authentic deeds, comprehensive written agreements, or continuous compensation mechanisms, thereby creating a condition of nuda proprietas alongside juridical defects that open broad civil liability exposure through unlawful acts and strict liability doctrine. This condition substantively constitutes indirect expropriation, contravening Article 28H paragraph (4) of the 1945 Constitution. The ideal legal protection model requires the formalization of comprehensive land access agreements and the strengthening of regionally-based regulations grounded in distributive justice. From an SDGs perspective, this legal uncertainty perpetuates structural poverty and governance deficits, running counter to Goals 1, 10, 11, and 16.

Abstract

Domestic violence remains a serious threat to family wellbeing in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the key success factors of pre-marital guidance at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Mawasangka District in preventing domestic violence and to explore the value-internalization mechanisms that allow the preventive impact to endure without continued mentoring. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the head of the KUA, the marriage registrar (penghulu), and couples who participated in the guidance program, as well as documentation. Data analysis followed the model of Miles et al., comprising the stages of condensation, display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation, member checking, and peer debriefing. The results show five key success factors: strong institutional commitment, credible and high-quality facilitators, a comprehensive material structure, an interactive-participatory method, and support from a religious socio-cultural environment. The value-internalization mechanism occurs through cognitive-emotional-spiritual learning, self-reflection that builds personal awareness, concrete-applicative knowledge transfer, the formation of mutual commitment, and the cultivation of a continuous-learning mindset. These findings contribute to SDGs Goals 3, 5, and 16 by presenting a cost-effective and replicable model of pre-marital guidance as a strategy for preventing domestic violence. This study extends the theoretical framework on preventive educational programs by showing that maximum success can be achieved even under limited resources through an effective value-internalization mechanism.

Abstract

Bullying is one of the problems that still often occurs in the educational environment and can have a negative impact on the psychological, social, and academic development of students. One of the efforts that can be made to reduce bullying behavior is through the cultivation of egalitarianism or equality values that emphasize respect for individual rights, dignity, and differences. This research aims to develop learning media based on egalitarianism values as an educational means in reducing bullying behavior in students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with reference to the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The products produced are in the form of learning media that contain material on equality, tolerance, empathy, and appreciation for diversity. The results of validation by media experts and material experts show that the developed media is in the category of very feasible to use. In addition, the results of the trial show that the use of these media is able to increase students' understanding of equality values and contribute to reducing the tendency of bullying behavior. Thus, the media of egalitarianism values developed can be an innovative alternative in supporting the creation of a safe, comfortable, and inclusive school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of halal labels, lifestyle, and income on consumer preferences. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents and analyzed using SPSS 25. The validity test indicated that all questionnaire items were valid, with r-count values exceeding the r-table value of 0.196. The reliability test showed that all variables had Cronbach’s Alpha values above 0.60, confirming instrument reliability. The classical assumption tests demonstrated normally distributed data (Monte Carlo Sig. = 0.360 > 0.05), no multicollinearity, and no heteroscedasticity. The regression equation was Y = 7.091 + 0.248X1 + 0.337X2 + 0.111X3. The F-test indicated that halal labels, lifestyle, and income simultaneously affected consumer preferences (Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05). Partially, halal labels (Sig. = 0.002) and lifestyle (Sig. = 0.000) had significant effects, while income had no significant effect (Sig. = 0.114). The R² value of 0.475 indicates that 47.5% of the variation in consumer preferences is explained by the three variables, while 52.5% is attributable to other factors.

Abstract

Film as a cultural product does not merely function as entertainment but also serves as a site for the production and reproduction of discourses on gender, morality, religion, and power relations. This study aims to analyze the representation of women in the film Tuhan Izinkan Aku Berdosa using Critical Discourse Analysis from Sara Mills' perspective. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data in the form of scenes, dialogues, narratives, and visual elements featuring the character Kiran were collected through observation, documentation, and literature review. The analysis focuses on the subject-object position and the position of the reader or viewer. The findings indicate that Kiran is predominantly positioned as the object of narration, the object of moral judgment, and the object of violence. Male characters who possess social, academic, economic, and religious authority are afforded greater space to define reality and to evaluate Kiran. The study concludes that the film reveals a tension between women's resistance and the reproduction of patriarchal structures. Kiran's resistance is present, yet it is more often framed as an individual tragedy rather than a structural critique that fully empowers women.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and stock prices on Earnings Per Share at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) for the 2021-2025 period. This study employed a quantitative approach using secondary data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t-test) indicate that inflation and stock prices do not significantly influence Earning Per Share. Consistent with this finding, simultaneous testing (F-test) also demonstrates that inflation and stock prices together have no significant effect on Earning Per Share. The coefficient of determination test results show a value of 44.1%. This indicates that inflation and stock prices explain fluctuations in Earning Per Share by 44.1%, while the remaining 55.9% is explained by factors outside the research model, such as the company's internal fundamental performance or other macroeconomic conditions. It can be concluded that, during this research period, external factors such as inflation and stock price movements were not the primary determinants of earnings per share at Bank Syariah Indonesia.
