Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of promotions and electronic word of mouth (E-wom) on the decision to purchase cinema tickets on the TIX ID application (Case study in the management study program at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya). The sampling technique used in this research was students from Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya who had used the TIX ID application. The data collection tool in this research used a questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research partially show that promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) has a significant effect on cinema ticket purchasing decisions on the TIX ID application.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Daya Makassar Hospital Office. The object of this research is the Makassar Daya Hospital Office. The data used in this research is primary data with a sampling method using simple random sampling and a data analysis method using multiple linear analysis, while the sample taken was 45 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity, and classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions, multicollinearity assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions have also been tested. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the Motivation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have an effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the satisfaction of students of the Office Administration Education Program 2021 and 2022 cohorts as laboratory users. (2) identify the attributes that are high priority and low priority in student satisfaction as laboratory users. This research is a quantitative study involving the population of active student users of the laboratory facilities in the Office Administration Education Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret, namely students from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts totaling 280 students. Sampling from the quantitative data population used probability sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique involving 155 students. Data collection was conducted by distributing research questionnaires. Data analysis technique used the important performance analysis (IPA) method with the assistance of IBM SPSS version 22 software. The research results indicate that (1) students are not yet satisfied with the laboratory services of PAP FKIP UNS as evidenced by student satisfaction for all attributes being < 100% with an average conformity rate of 70%. The gap analysis results indicate that all statements have negative values with an average performance of 2.66 and an average importance of 3.79. (2) There are high priority attributes with an average importance > 3.79 but an average performance < 2.66, namely the competence of laboratory personnel, completeness, and suitability of laboratory equipment. Meanwhile, low priority attributes have an average importance < 3.79 and an average performance < 2.66, including the modernity of laboratory equipment, timeliness of service, readiness and responsiveness of laboratory personnel, as well as the availability of first aid kits in the laboratory.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate issues related to the phenomenon of internationalization of SMEs in Malang Raya, analyze the potential and challenges faced, and formulate future prospects. The method used in this research is qualitative phenomenology. The results of this research are that internationalization has become an important strategy for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in various parts of the world, including in Malang Raya. Malang Raya, with its rapidly growing economic potential and product diversity, offers great opportunities for SMEs to expand their market reach to an international level. However, to achieve success in internationalization, SMEs in Malang Raya are faced with various challenges, including capital issues, human resource management, technology and market access.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of internal control of drug inventory at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban and to assess the suitability of the implementation of drug supply management with the applicable standards at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is stop-or-go sampling. The level of reliability (R%) used is 95% and determines DUPL 5%. Based on data analysis conducted on the effectiveness of internal control of drug supply at the Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital in Tuban and the management of drug supplies at the Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital in Tuban, it has been carried out in accordance with applicable government regulatory standards, it can be seen that: The results of the study on the effectiveness of internal control of drug supplies at the Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban showed effective results. This can be seen from the test results of the three attributes that did not find any errors in the examination, where 5% AUPL is the same as 5% DUPL. The pharmacy installation at the Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital has implemented the Minister of Health Regulation Number 72 of 2016 on procedures for procurement of pharmaceutical drug supplies, procedures for purchasing pharmaceutical drug supplies, procedures for receiving pharmaceutical drug supplies, procedures for storing pharmaceutical drug supplies, and procedures for distributing pharmaceutical drug supplies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultanes and partial influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Assutarbiyyah Foundation Middle School teachers. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample size of 42 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The research results show that simultaneously work discipline and the work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Reward and Communication on Employee Work Productivity at SPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were employees of the SPBE operator PT. Buana Energi Raya partners are 45 people. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the research show that Rewards and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at PPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. Rewards partially have a significant effect on employee work productivity at SPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. Abstract

Performance management plays a crucial role in enhancing employee productivity and motivation in the workplace. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design to investigate the implementation of performance management and its impact on employee productivity and motivation in two different organizations. Organization A, a manufacturing company, implements performance management with a structured and measurable approach, while Organization B, a financial services company, adopts a more development-oriented approach. The findings reveal that both organizations successfully enhance employee productivity and motivation through effective performance management implementation. Factors such as clear goal setting, open feedback, and employee development are key to achieving positive outcomes. These findings contribute to the understanding of the importance of performance management in improving employee performance and motivation in the workplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the role of effective human resource management strategies in increasing employee work productivity. This article focuses on the role of HRM in business organizations and how HRM strategies can help organizations increase employee work productivity. This research was carried out using the literature study method, namely by analyzing and examining in depth the literature related to the research topic, including previous research. The main source for this research is literature that is closely related to the literature review, including books on research methods, scientific papers, online sources, and other relevant publications. The following are several important roles of human resource management strategies in increasing employee work productivity: human resource planning, effective recruitment and selection, employee development, effective performance management, providing compensation and rewards, conflict management and employee welfare, effective communication open and clear. In order to create innovation that can improve the company's competitiveness and quality, developing and improving employee performance must be a top priority for the company. The factor that a company must prioritize is the employee performance factor. To achieve the goals of a company, it is necessary to implement effective HR management strategies to increase employee work productivity.

Abstract

Every company has the responsibility to provide salaries to employees in accordance with applicable regulations. Providing wages according to standards aims to ensure that workers can earn sufficient income to meet the needs of a decent living. The compensation system is considered crucial in a company because it has a direct influence on employee motivation and performance. This research aims to analyze the compensation system in UKM XYZ, a company in the food and beverage industry. The data analysis method used is the salary mapping analysis method which includes the Adhered method and the Overlapping method. The research results show that the actual basic salary in UKM for several job titles is still below the West Java UMP. Based on the results of the comparative analysis of salary mapping according to the adhered and overlapping methods, it was found that the overlapping method is a salary mapping that is in accordance with the financial capabilities of UKM because it does not make much difference to the total salary available and the ability of UKM to afford this amount.
