Abstract

This research aims to examine in depth the philosophy of science, as a branch of philosophy that investigates the nature of science, formulating fundamental questions related to the ontology of science (the nature of the reality studied), the epistemology of science (the nature of scientific knowledge), and the axiology of science (values). -value in science). This writing uses the research method of Library Research, an approach that collects facts and materials from various sources in the library, such as books, research articles, journals, and references to previous research results. In facing the complexity of intellectual developments in the Islamic world, it can be seen that Islamic philosophy has a significant role in responding to world challenges and problems.

Abstract

Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers have a strategic role as facilitators in forming students' characters based on Christian values. As facilitators, PAK teachers not only present material openly, but also create an interactive, reflective and contextual learning atmosphere, so that students can understand and apply the teachings of the Christian faith in their daily lives. This research aims to analyze the role of PAK teachers as facilitators in supporting students' spiritual and moral growth. The research method used is literature study and descriptive analysis. The research results show that the role of PAK teachers as facilitators involves the ability to accompany students in understanding God's word, directing meaningful discussions, and encouraging students to actively participate in learning. Additionally, this approach has proven effective in building spiritual awareness, increasing theological understanding, and strengthening students' relationship with God. However, this role also faces challenges, such as time constraints, lack of curriculum support, and variations in students' levels of understanding. Therefore, special training and competency development for PAK teachers is needed to maximize the role of facilitators in learning.

Abstract

in today's digital era, various kinds of digital platforms or education-based website pages are easily accessible so that they can be used to improve the quality of learning to be more varied and interactive. In addition, digital platform can also be used in developing digital teaching materials, one of which is the digital module teaching materials. The purpose of this article is to see if the use of Game-Based Learning-based Digital Module can increase students' activity in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadist in the learning process at MTs Terpadu Berkah Palangkaraya. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D model. The results of this study show that there is an increase in student activity in the use of Game-Based Learning-based Digital Module as 95,8%.

Abstract

The resolution of default (wanprestasi) in verbal agreements is indeed an important issue in legal practice in Indonesia. Although verbal agreements are recognized by law, they often pose difficulties, especially in terms of proof when a breach occurs. The Supreme Court's decisions show that verbal agreements can still be debated in court, but the main challenge is the lack of written evidence to support the claims of the aggrieved party. Therefore, understanding the legal principles underlying verbal agreements is crucial to determine the appropriate legal steps. Lawyers play a vital role in resolving disputes related to default in verbal agreements. As legal professionals, lawyers assist clients in gathering relevant evidence, presenting legal arguments in court, and advising on ways to resolve disputes, both through litigation and alternative methods such as mediation. In this context, lawyers not only act as defenders but also as mediators who can help the parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement. This study uses a normative legal research methodology, which examines regulations and court decisions related to verbal agreements and default, to provide more effective solutions in handling disputes in the future.

Abstract

The legal profession in Indonesia plays a crucial role in providing legal aid to the public, particularly in the resolution of cases through regular and extraordinary legal remedies. Regular legal remedies, such as appeals, cassation, and judicial reviews, are conducted in accordance with established procedures to seek justice. Meanwhile, extraordinary remedies include actions like clemency and rehabilitation, which can only be taken under certain conditions and with special considerations. As a noble profession, advocates are responsible for defending their clients' rights both in court and in out-of-court dispute resolution. This research employs a normative legal research method to analyze the role of advocates in providing legal assistance and their contribution to the enforcement of law and justice in Indonesia. Despite the guarantee of equality before the law, obstacles such as high costs and legal ignorance can hinder access to justice. Therefore, advocates play an essential role in ensuring that the public, especially the underprivileged, receive their legal rights during legal proceedings. Through the legal aid they provide, advocates help facilitate the judicial process and promote the achievement of justice for all members of society.

Abstract

The use of learning media is a very important factor to improve learning outcomes and learner motivation in learning. Wordwall is an application-based learning media that can be used as a learning medium that is easy to use and is able to improve the results of the learners' abilities. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of students. The subjects in this study are students in class V of SD Negeri 241 Palembang which totals 28 students, divided into 13 boys and 15 girls. This type of research is a class action research with two cycles, the data collection technique used is observation and learning results test in the form of an evaluation sheet. Based on the research results, a completion percentage of 54% was obtained with 15 students in cycle I while cycle II obtained a completion percentage of 89% with 25 students. So it can be concluded that the learning results of students have improved after applying the wordwall application media in Pancasila Education subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the process of developing Edpuzzle-based interactive video lessons and to identify the factors underlying the development of the subject matter in the Jurisprudence class, in order to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes. Research and development (R&D) ASSURE model was the methodology used for the development. The research was conducted at MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya with a sample size of 20 students of class X A. There are two steps taken in the media validation process, namely media validation and material validation. Data sources were obtained through documentation studies, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that media feasibility was 76%, material feasibility was 80%, and student response to the use of edpuzzle-based interactive video learning materials was 87%. Thus, it can be said that the edpuzzle-based interactive learning video developed is feasible to use and can increase students' interest in learning Jurisprudence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Linggoasri karena termasuk wilayah yang pluralis dan masyarakat hetrogen. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah :Observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, mayoritas masyarakat Desa Linggoasri berprinsip : perbedaan keyakinan itu timbul dari kebenaran hatinya dan keyakinan masing-masing pemeluk agama, dan adanya faktor keturunan yang membuat kondusipnya Desa Linggoasri. Dalam hal ini fakta sosial di masyarakat yaitu, adanya identitas agama yang berbeda dalam satu rumah. Warga masyarakat yang berbeda pemeluk agamanya memiliki sifat kegotong-royongan yang membuat penduduk itu bisa rukun walaupun, ancaman dari luar berupa diskriminasi secara verbal dan non verbal akan tetap terus ada, hal itu tidak menjadikan masyarakat Desa Linggoasri terpecah belah. Sebaliknya apabila ada satu kelurahan mengadakan kegiatan Pernikahan, Karnaval, hari raya, dan lain lain. Para warga akan ikut meramaikan dan mendukung kegiatan tersebut, baik secara moril maupun materil atau secara financial semampuhnya mereka, tanpa membedakan agama dan mengikuti setiap aturan yang ada dalam masing-masing agama yang ada. Dalam siklus tersebutwarga Desa Linggoasri nampak adanya kebersamaan, sikap toleransi terhadap perbedaan agama, dan adanya kerja sama.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Scrum-based teaching module as an innovation to improve students' learning motivation in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI). The research method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model approach, which includes needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Scrum-based teaching modules can significantly increase student involvement and motivation in the learning process. The collaborative and interactive approach in the teaching module makes students more connected to the material being studied, thus having a positive impact on their understanding and learning outcomes. Thus, the development of this teaching module is expected to be an effective solution to overcome existing learning challenges and stimulate students' interest in learning SKI.
