Abstract

The aim of this paper is to conduct bibliometric analysis of value-based marketing studies and to identify patterns of their intellectual structure, research tendencies, and scientific collaboration by applying the approach of network analysis of publications found in Scopus. Bibliometric methods were used for analyzing the co-occurrence of keywords, author co-citations, institutional collaboration, country collaboration, citation impact, and topic evolution. The results demonstrate that the research in value-based marketing mostly relates to two major directions: customer-centered marketing and value assessment in healthcare. The results of the co-occurrence of keywords suggest that the major keywords include marketing, customer value, sales, commerce, value-based pricing, drug marketing, and cost-effectiveness analysis. The overlay network analysis proves the transition from classical topics like customer value and marketing strategies to new topics of health care economics, value-based pricing, reimbursement policies, and decision-making based on outcomes. Finally, density analysis also confirms the most studied topics to be marketing, sales, drug marketing, and drug costs. Collaborations demonstrate that the US remains the leading country in terms of international cooperation, while European and Asian countries contribute to the development of value-based marketing. Citation analysis highlights influential studies focusing on perceived value, digital marketing, customer engagement, relationship marketing, and value-based differentiation.

Abstract

Digital twin technology has emerged as a transformative innovation that enables the creation of virtual representations of physical systems, facilitating real-time monitoring, simulation, optimization, and decision-making across various domains. Given the rapid growth of scholarly interest in this field, a comprehensive understanding of its intellectual structure and research evolution is needed. This study aims to map the global research landscape of digital twin technology through a bibliometric analysis of publications indexed in the Scopus database. Bibliometric techniques were employed to examine publication trends, influential authors, institutions, countries, highly cited documents, collaboration networks, and keyword co-occurrence patterns. The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to visualize scientific relationships and emerging research themes. The results indicate a substantial increase in digital twin research, particularly after the widespread adoption of Industry 4.0 initiatives. Keyword analysis identifies digital twin as the central research theme, strongly associated with artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, machine learning, smart manufacturing, sustainability, and decision-making. Overlay visualization reveals that recent studies increasingly focus on predictive analytics, energy efficiency, and sustainable development, while density analysis highlights artificial intelligence and IoT as dominant supporting technologies. Country collaboration analysis shows that China, the United States, and several European nations are the leading contributors to the field, whereas citation analysis demonstrates the significant influence of foundational conceptual and review studies. The findings suggest that digital twin technology is evolving toward more intelligent, interconnected, and sustainability-oriented applications. This study contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive overview of the development, knowledge structure, and future research directions of digital twin technology.

Abstract

Behavioral finance has emerged as a prominent research field that challenges the traditional assumption of investor rationality by incorporating psychological, cognitive, and emotional factors into financial decision-making. This study aims to map the intellectual structure, research trends, and collaborative patterns within behavioral finance literature through a bibliometric analysis. Data were collected from the Scopus database and analyzed using VOSviewer to examine keyword co-occurrence, overlay visualization, density visualization, co-authorship networks, institutional collaboration, country collaboration, and citation performance. The results reveal that behavioral finance, finance, and decision making constitute the core themes of the field, with strong associations to investor sentiment, behavioral biases, financial literacy, risk perception, and investment behavior. Overlay visualization indicates a recent shift toward technology-oriented topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and data mining, reflecting the increasing integration of digital technologies into financial research. The co-authorship and collaboration analyses demonstrate that research activities are concentrated among a limited number of influential authors, institutions, and countries, particularly the United States, China, the United Kingdom, India, and Australia. Citation analysis highlights the enduring influence of seminal works on investor behavior, financial literacy, market efficiency, and social media sentiment. The findings suggest that behavioral finance has evolved into a multidisciplinary and globally connected research domain with expanding opportunities in fintech, digital finance, sustainable investing, and artificial intelligence applications. This study contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the development and future directions of behavioral finance research.

Abstract

Climate change has intensified the need for innovative financing mechanisms capable of supporting resilience-building initiatives and addressing the substantial adaptation financing gap. Among these mechanisms, blended finance has emerged as a strategic approach that combines public, private, and philanthropic capital to mobilize investment for sustainable development and climate-related projects. Despite growing scholarly interest in blended finance and climate resilience, a comprehensive understanding of the intellectual structure and evolution of this research field remains limited. Therefore, this study aims to map the development, knowledge structure, and emerging trends of blended finance for climate resilience through a bibliometric analysis. Data were collected from the Scopus database using relevant search terms related to blended finance and climate resilience. The retrieved bibliographic records were analyzed using VOSviewer to examine publication trends, co-authorship networks, institutional and country collaborations, citation patterns, and keyword co-occurrence relationships. The findings reveal that blended finance, climate change, finance, investments, and climate finance constitute the core themes of the literature. Overlay visualization indicates a recent shift toward research on renewable energy, energy transitions, carbon markets, and decarbonization, reflecting the growing integration of climate resilience and sustainable investment agendas. Collaboration analysis highlights the prominent roles of the United Kingdom and the United States as major contributors to the field, while citation analysis identifies climate finance governance and sustainable transition financing as the most influential research streams. The study concludes that blended finance has evolved into a multidisciplinary research domain that plays a critical role in mobilizing resources for climate resilience and sustainable development. These findings provide valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and investors seeking to advance innovative financing strategies for climate adaptation and resilience-building initiatives.
