Talent acquisition has become a strategic pillar of human resource management (HRM) as organizations compete for scarce skills in an increasingly digitalized labor market. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to investigate the intellectual structure, thematic evolution, influential publications, and collaboration patterns of talent acquisition research within the human resource management literature. The data were collected from the Scopus database using the keywords "talent acquisition" and "human resource management" and analyzed using VOSviewer to conduct keyword co-occurrence analysis, overlay and density visualization, citation analysis, co-authorship analysis, institutional collaboration mapping, and country collaboration analysis. The results show that human resource management, talent management, talent acquisition, and recruitment constitute core themes linked with organizational decision-making, HR analytics, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Based on citation analysis, key contributions such as artificial-intelligence adoption for talent acquisition, crisis-responsive HRM strategy, and HRM-driven knowledge management capacity significantly influence the field. The collaboration analysis demonstrates that India serves as the dominant contributor and central hub of an international research network extending to the United Kingdom, the United States, China, and several European and Asian countries, while co-authorship and institutional mapping reveal small, loosely connected research communities bridged by a limited number of prolific scholars and universities. Furthermore, thematic evolution indicates a transition from traditional recruitment and workforce-planning perspectives toward artificial-intelligence-enabled, data-driven, and predictive talent-acquisition practices. This study contributes by providing a comprehensive mapping of talent acquisition research development and identifying critical research gaps for future scholarship, particularly regarding cross-institutional collaboration and the integration of emerging technologies with human-centered talent strategy.

Abstract

Green data centers have become a central concern in computing infrastructure management as organizations pursue energy efficiency alongside environmental sustainability. In this study, an attempt is made to conduct a bibliometric analysis to investigate the intellectual structure, research trends, key contributors, and emerging themes in green data center and computing energy efficiency scholarship. The data were collected from the Scopus database using keywords “green data center”, “green computing”, and “energy efficiency” and analyzed using VOSviewer to conduct co-occurrence analysis, citation analysis, co-authorship analysis, institutional collaboration analysis, and country collaboration mapping. The results show that green computing, energy efficiency, and data centers form the core themes linked with cloud computing, virtual machine consolidation, cooling systems, and renewable energy integration. Based on citation analysis, key contributions such as energy-aware resource allocation heuristics, dynamic virtual machine consolidation algorithms, and thermal-aware cooling strategies significantly influence the field. The collaboration analysis demonstrates that the United States, China, India, and the United Kingdom serve as major contributors to the global research network, supported by a small group of highly prolific scholars, while institutional affiliation reporting across the field remains fragmented and generically labeled. Furthermore, thematic evolution indicates a transition from infrastructure-level cooling and consolidation concerns toward machine-learning-driven scheduling and carbon-aware resource management. This study contributes by providing comprehensive mapping of green data center research development and identifying critical research gaps for future scholarship, particularly in integrating renewable energy with intelligent workload orchestration.

Abstract

Since the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) issued IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 in June 2023, sustainability reporting has entered a phase of accelerated standardization. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to investigate the intellectual structure, publication trends, influential authors, and collaboration patterns of research examining sustainability reporting from the perspective of IFRS S1 and IFRS S2. Data were retrieved from Scopus using keyword combinations built around "IFRS S1", "IFRS S2", "sustainability reporting", "ISSB", and "sustainability disclosure", and analyzed with VOSviewer to construct keyword co-occurrence, overlay, density, co-authorship, institutional, country-collaboration, and citation networks. Results show that sustainability reporting functions as the central bridging term linking three clusters: an ESG-accounting and disclosure cluster, a sustainable-development and environmental-legacy cluster, and an IFRS S1–S2/ESG/climate-disclosure cluster, connected through a smaller regulatory-accounting cluster. The overlay analysis indicates that IFRS S1, IFRS S2, and core accounting terms are established anchors, while corporate governance, ESG reporting, and sustainability accounting are emerging themes. Co-authorship and institutional mapping reveal a field still dominated by small, tightly-knit, geographically concentrated teams, most visibly a single fully-connected Ghanaian cluster investigating IFRS S1/S2 implementation readiness. Country mapping identifies the United Kingdom as the principal collaboration hub, linked to South Africa, Italy, Egypt, and Indonesia. Citation analysis identifies ESG reporting and metrics scholarship and systematic reviews of sustainability reporting as the most influential works, alongside emerging implementation-focused contributions. This study contributes a structured map of this rapidly forming research landscape and identifies priority directions for future scholarship.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed the nature of work by creating new forms of interaction between humans and intelligent systems. In the technology sector, human–AI collaboration and digital competence have become important capabilities that influence employees’ ability to innovate and achieve superior work outcomes. This study aims to examine the role of human–AI collaboration and digital competence in shaping employee creativity and work performance in the Indonesian technology sector. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 130 employees from technology-related organizations in Indonesia. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3. The results indicate that human–AI collaboration has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity and work performance. Digital competence also significantly influences employee creativity and work performance. Furthermore, employee creativity demonstrates the strongest influence on work performance. These findings highlight that AI adoption alone is insufficient to improve organizational outcomes; instead, the effectiveness of AI-driven transformation depends on employees’ digital capabilities and their ability to collaborate creatively with intelligent technologies. This study contributes to the literature on digital transformation by providing empirical evidence regarding the interaction between technological capabilities and human resources in improving workplace performance.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the reading literacy skills of sixth grade students of SDN 101901 on recount text material in Indonesian Language subjects through the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Learning model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model, implemented in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were 20 sixth grade students of SDN 101901. Data were collected through reading comprehension ability tests, observation sheets of student and teacher activities, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of the STAD model can improve the reading literacy skills of recount text comprehension, marked by an increase in the average value from the pre-cycle condition to cycle I and cycle II, as well as an increase in the percentage of student learning completeness that reaches the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). In addition, student learning activities and motivation in group activities also increased. Based on these results, the STAD type Cooperative Learning learning model has proven to be effective and can be recommended as an alternative learning model to improve reading literacy and understanding of recount texts in elementary schools.
