Abstract

Hypertension is still a health problem that must be followed up, World Health Organization (WHO) data in 2022 estimates that currently the global prevalence of hypertension is 22% of the total world population. Meanwhile, the hypertension report at the Salak Health Center in 2021 was 275 cases, in 2022 there were 324 cases, in 2023 there were 397 cases. Objective research to analyze the factors that influence adherence to taking medication in elderly people with hypertension in the Working Area of ??the Salak Health Center, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The research design used Analytical Survey method with Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients The population in this study were all elderly hypertensive patients in the Salak Health Center Working Area, namely 73 patients who were all made into research samples with total population techniques. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of logistic regression research show that there is an influence of knowledge p = 0.014, motivation p = 0.006, family support p = 0.004 and health worker support p = 0.031. While the dominant factor influencing compliance with taking medication in elderly people with hypertension is family support p = 0.004 with Exp (B) 90.993. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of knowledge, motivation, family support, health worker support and those that do not affect the length of suffering from hypertension and affordability of access to health services. The dominant factor, namely family support, influences compliance with taking medication in elderly people with hypertension in the Salak Health Center Working Area, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. It is suggested that the Salak Health Center is expected to be taken into consideration and input for the health center to be active in field counseling activities and use social media as a promotional medium, conduct home visits to patients' homes in an effort to monitor compliance with taking medication in order to increase the acceleration of healing of hypertension in the elderly, so as to improve health status in the elderly.

Abstract

Completeness of medical record documents is the assessment or review of documents, and contents of medical records related to documentation, services and/or assessing the completeness of medical records. Medical records are written or recorded information or notes regarding identity, which contain 1). Notes, which include a description of the patient's identity, patient examination, diagnosis results, treatment, actions and other services carried out by doctors, dentists or other health workers according to their competence; 2). Documents, which are complete records, include x-ray photos, laboratory results and other information by scientific competence. Types of medical records consist of conventional medical records; and electronics. Medical Records can be stored alphabetically and numerically. The record management process is carried out by Medical Records officers at the Hospital at RSIJ Pondok Kopi Jakarta starting from the stage of preparing the Medical Record document (Assembling), the Indexing process (list of illnesses, actions, doctors and deaths), Quantitative analysis of medical records (Analysing) and finally storage of medical records according to the applicable alignment system (Filling). The factors that influence incomplete medical records are: 1). HR; 2). Tools/Machines; 3). Method/Method; 3). Material; and 4) Finance/Money.

Abstract

Road traffic accidents are the leading cause of death worldwide, with the current global death toll reaching 1.24 million per year. This figure is expected to increase to 3.6 million per year by 2030. Indonesia ranks third highest in Asia, after China and India, with 38,279 deaths due to road traffic accidents in 2015. Jambi City, despite having a lower accident rate than other provinces, still faces significant challenges with 392 deaths in 2018. Lack of knowledge about first aid (P3K) is one of the factors contributing to the high death toll. Given the widespread use of online motorcycle taxis on the road, their drivers have the potential to become witnesses or victims of accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to improve knowledge and skills in first aid among online motorcycle taxi drivers to improve road safety. The study used the Pre - Experimental research method with a Prepost Test Design design with 28 respondents. The provision of material using educational videos and mnemonic cards related to initial handling of accidents. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test showed very significant results with a value of P = 0.0000 and Z = -4.658. A very low P value (less than 0.05) indicates that there is a statistically significant difference between the level of knowledge of respondents before and after the socialization. This negative Z value indicates that there is a significant increase in the knowledge of respondents after they have participated in the socialization program. The results of the study indicate that there is an Influence of the Socialization of "OJEK SIGAP” on Knowledge of First Aid for Accidents for Online Ojek Drivers in Jambi City.

Abstract

Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which generates metallo-?-lactamase (MBL), is the cause of infections linked to burn patients, and this is a growing global problem. The objectives of the  recent study were  to determine antibiotic susceptibility of P. aeruginosa isolates,  the presence of  MBLs genes, and Integron gene class-1 . One hundred burn patients at the Al-Hussein Teaching Hospital in Al Smawah, Iraq, were isolated clinically. Twenty (20%) of these were determined to be P. aeruginosa by 16sRNA and biochemical testing. To further identify the antibiotic sensitivity for each isolate was employed by Disc Diffusion Method . The phenotypic MBL production For detected isolates was evaluated by Combined Disc Diffusion Method (CDD). Integron gene class -1 (Int-1) and Genes  encoding  MBLs were identified by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). P. aeruginosa was shown to be totally resistant to ceftriaxone, ampicillin, piperacillin, gentamicin, and ciprofloxacin in this investigation. 90% of the isolates were determined to be multidrug resistant, and different levels of moderate to lowest resistance were observed in Amikacin, Meropenem, Aztreonam, Cefixime, and Levofloxacin. While 90% of the isolates possessed the Int-1 gene, our recorded the absence of  All MBLs genes (Bla IMP, Bla VIM,  Bla GIM ) From All isolates under investigation. Illustrating for the first time how crucial it is to put in place appropriate infection control measures in order to give patients the best care possible and stop the development of these resistant microbes among burn patients.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of central obesity in adolescents in Jambi City. This descriptive quantitative research used a cross-sectional study. In this study, the Solvin formula was used to calculate the sample size, which consisted of 96 adolescents living in the working area of ??the Putri Ayu health center in 2024. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data processing was univariate and bivariate analysis. The analysis used was chi-square. The results showed that there was no relationship between the use of gadgets (p=0.219) with the incidence of central obesity in adolescents there was a relationship between sleep patterns (p = 0.000), stress (p = 0.001) with the incidence of central obesity in adolescents in Jambi City. Factors that can cause obesity in adolescents include unhealthy eating habits, it is important to maintain a balanced diet, rich in fiber, and frequently consume fruits and vegetables

Abstract

Background: The direct cause of eating problems in infants is a mismatch between the amount of food that can be digested and the amount of food needed by the baby's body. This may lead to malnutrition and various diseases such as malnutrition and childhood obesity. In addition, illness is also a direct cause of eating problems because the child becomes less hungry to eat.In the Enarotali Health Center Working Area, there are 96 people suffering from malnutrition; toddlers suffering from malnutrition; and the number of toddler families implementing PHBS is 98.3%. Conclusion: There is an influence between knowledge, attitudes, and PHBS behavior on the nutritional status of toddlers. Suggestion: Mothers who have toddlers should continue to bring their young children to the integrated health post every month. So that if health problems are found in toddlers, they can be treated early.
