Abstract

Newborns lose heat 4 times more than adults. This heat loss causes a drop in temperature. In the first 30 minutes the temperature drops between 3-4 degrees Celsius. In addition, the body's heat regulation center is not functioning perfectly, which makes it easier for babies to lose heat through evaporation, radiation conduction, or conventions and cold temperatures in the environment where babies are born can make babies hypothermic. The initial survey conducted at PMB Sulistyo Rahayu in 2021 found 158 deliveries with an average monthly delivery of between 13-15 deliveries, and the number of newborns with mild hypothermia was 11 babies. The treatment for hypothermic babies at TPMB Sulistyo Rahayu uses the kangaroo method and cloth swaddles. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using aluminum foil swaddles in increasing the baby's body temperature. This research is a quantitative research, with an experimental study method with a pretest-posttest research design with a control group. The sample in this study was 36 babies using simple random sampling technique. The results of the study showed that the use of aluminum foil swaddles increased the baby's body temperature more effectively than cloth swaddles (p value = 0.000). The results of this study are expected to provide output in the form of articles in Sinta accredited journals and instant aluminum foil swaddles that can be used by midwives to treat hypothermia in newborns at the Mandiri Midwife Practice.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of dynamic capabilities, competencies, motivation, and information technology on innovation performance. The research was conducted at RSST Klaten with the object of nursing staff filling out the gform. The population is 410 people with a sample of 41 respondents or 10%. This is due to various problems such as limited ability of researchers, time and costs in researchers by means of accidental random sampling. The results showed a significant positive influence of dynamic capability variables on innovation performance Competency had a positive but not significant effect on innovation performance. Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Information Technology innovation has a negative and insignificant effect on innovation performance. The results of the F test show that all independent variables have a significant influence on innovation performance. R2 value of 0.359 means that innovation performance is explained by Dynamic Capability, Competence and Motivation, and Information Technology by 35.9% and the remaining 64.1% is explained by other variables outside the research model, such as compensation variables, work discipline and others

Abstract

The maternal mortality rate is still relatively high, so it needs continuous effort between health service providers and patients to make birth decisions. As per the SDGs program, to reduce the risk of maternal death in childbirth, childbirth must be carried out by trained professional health workers and in health services. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence third-trimester pregnant women in choosing to give birth at health facilities in the working area of Public health Center Siak Hulu 2, Siak Hulu 2 District. The research design was a correlational descriptive study. The research was conducted on the active site of the Public health center Siak Hulu 2. The population in this study was 35 pregnant women. The sample in this study was 35 pregnant women using total sampling. Data analysis was done univariately, bivariate, using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that there was a relationship between age and the choice of place of delivery in the Siak Hulu 2 Working Area, with a P-Value of 0.03, there was a relationship between parity and the choice of place of delivery with a value P-Value 0.01, and there is a relationship between distance and choice of area of delivery with a P-Value of 0.001. This study concludes that all factors related to the will of the place of delivery in third-trimester pregnant women have a relationship. Suggestions are expected for health workers to be able to provide more information to pregnant women that it is essential to give birth at a health facility.

Research purposes : To find out more in-depth information about the effectiveness of the BAAS (Foster Father of Stunting Children) program in the form of input, output and process indicators in order to reduce the incidence of stunting in Gintungkerta Village, Kari District, Karawang Regency in 2022. Types of research : The research was conducted in June 2023. The informants and key informants consisted of 16 people. This study uses in-depth interview techniques with a qualitative approach method. Process: "... my child was given food which remained to be eaten by the dede and the cadre, then told the midwife that it had to be eaten directly by the dede and could not be given to others" (IB5). Output: "... after evaluating the total assistance in implementing the BAAS program this month, the results were 21 out of 53 stunted toddlers who were declared to have graduated were not stunted anymore or it could be said that they were normal in terms of weight/height..." (BD2) Conclusion : Input: Involvement in the implementation of the BAAS program is not only BKKBN, DinKes, sub-districts and villages, but because there are many factories in the Gintungkerta Village area, there are several companies that are supporting the BAAS program for 53 people targeted for stunting toddlers. Process : The accompanying team/cadres deliver the BAAS program to the target in the form of ready-to-eat PMT that has been processed. Output: The results of the evaluation were 21 out of 53 targeted stunting toddlers who experienced a change in status from stunting to normal. Barriers and constraints : There is no program sustainability, target data is out of sync, there are no incentives for cadres.
