Abstract

This research highlights the influence of Fintech and digital banking on the share prices and trading volumes of digital banks in Indonesia. It is an empirical study aimed at exploring the relationship between technological advancements in the financial sector and the performance of digital bank stocks. Through a comprehensive assessment of market data, the study investigates how innovations in Fintech and digital banking services impact investor behavior and market dynamics. The study employs a quantitative approach, analyzing data from various digital banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The participants in this research include publicly traded digital banks with significant market capitalization and trading volumes. The data set spans over a period of five years, providing a robust basis for examining trends and patterns. This research reveals a notable gap in the literature regarding the direct effects of Fintech innovations on digital bank performance metrics, such as share prices and trading volumes. Moreover, the study identifies several deficiencies in the current market analysis frameworks, such as the lack of real-time data integration and the underestimation of Fintech's disruptive potential. To address these gaps, the research suggests the adoption of advanced analytics and real-time monitoring tools. The findings also indicate a significant increase in trading volumes and stock price volatility correlated with the introduction of new Fintech products and services. This underscores the critical role of technological innovation in shaping the future landscape of digital banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Cassava can be consumed through various processing methods, including boiling, frying, grilling over wood charcoal, and pounding and processing into a starchy paste known as getup. During its day, this tradition exhibited qualities that were commendable, pragmatic, and held significant worth. Nevertheless, successfully adopting these preparations and cuisines among the millennial age and age Z necessitates ingenuity and inventiveness. This study investigates the potential of cassava rice as a viable alternative to paddy rice while also proposing strategies to enhance the reputation and market perception of cassava rice to match that of paddy rice objects. The researchers employed a systematic literature review methodology, which was subsequently followed by a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the data put forth in earlier investigations. The findings of the study indicate that cassava rice has the potential to serve as a viable alternative to traditional rice on a national scale. Hence, cassava rice can be analogous to regular rice due to its significant carbohydrate content, allowing it to fulfill the same dietary role. The primary objective of this research is to establish a foundation for micro companies to conduct experimental trials in order to substantiate the advantages of cassava rice, both in terms of its nutritional value and its potential for use in various recipes. The research is constrained by its methodology, which relies on longitudinal and laboratory findings as the theoretical foundation.

Abstract

The retail industry in Indonesia is currently undergoing significant and competitive growth, leading businesses to explore effective strategies to enhance their financial performance. This study investigates how brand image, advertising and promotion spending, and capital expenditure investments impact the financial performance of retail companies in Indonesia. Drawing on data from 50 prominent retail firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the period from 2013 to 2023, a survey method combined with quantitative analysis was employed. Data collection utilized purposive sampling, and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to assess the relationships between independent variables and Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. Findings reveal that brand image significantly boosts financial performance, with a 15% rise in ROA for every 10-point improvement in the Top Brand Index (TBI) score. Additionally, increased advertising and promotion spending correlates positively, yielding a 10% rise in ROA with a 20% increase in spending. Meanwhile, capital expenditure shows a moderate positive influence, with a 5% increase in ROA for every 30% investment rise. Ultimately, this study underscores the critical roles of brand image and advertising expenditure in shaping effective business strategies for improving financial performance in Indonesia's retail sector, providing valuable insights for managers and stakeholders.

Abstract

Palm oil agribusiness drives agricultural economic growth the greatest. Developing palm oil agriculture can solve economic issues. Despite low productivity, swamp areas can be used to grow oil palm plants to increase palm oil production. Due to low plant cultivation technology use from sowing to harvest and soil amelioration, plant productivity needs to be maximized. This study will qualitatively synthesize all research data to investigate biochar and organic materials as soil fertility and productivity supplements in swamp terrain. This study summarises primary research using a systematic review. Peer-reviewed PDF-formatted scientific literature. Journal articles in Indonesian and English on Instagram's usefulness as a digital socialization medium, especially in government institutions, were chosen. The Harzing Publish or Perish software searched Google, ScienceDirect, and Emerald for relevant papers from the past five years. This literature review was synthesized using a narrative method to group similar retrieved data by outcomes measured to meet objectives. According to the results, palm oil biomass waste as compost or biochar is a realistic way to manage organic waste. Biochar can sink atmospheric carbon as a soil amendment by converting biomass into aromatic carbon, which degrades less. This article discusses how waste management increases biological decomposition.

Abstract

Despite the immense growth potential, implementing Islamic economics in Indonesia encounters substantial hindrances. An issue arises from the Muslim populace's constrained knowledge and comprehension of Islamic economics. This is evident from the customer base disparity between Sharia-compliant and conventional banks. The progress of the Islamic economy is evident in the gradual expansion of Sharia banking annually, albeit sluggishly. In the future, implementing Islamic economics will encounter obstacles, including a scarcity of proficient experts in Islamic economics, insufficient public knowledge of the Islamic economic system, and the nonexistence of an Islamic economics syllabus across different educational levels. These issues contribute to the public's unfavourable perceptions of the Islamic economic system. This study analyses the obstacles and potential advantages of integrating Islamic economic principles into Indonesia's economic development while considering the existing framework of conventional economic growth. The field of Islamic economics has achieved significant progress. However, there are still barriers that could hinder its ability to achieve its objectives. The data utilized for analysis consists of a blend of primary and secondary sources. Data collection primarily involved disseminating questionnaires, encompassing both closed and open-ended inquiries, to a cohort of 26 individuals. The secondary data for this study was collected from many sources, such as academic journals, official websites, and related literature published between 2013 and 2023. The article's findings indicate a favourable trajectory for advancing Islamic economics in Indonesia. The existing legislation explicitly recognizes the participation of Sharia economic practitioners and respects the fact that Indonesia has a predominantly Muslim population. Nevertheless, the study will thoroughly examine the various obstacles to advancing Islamic economics in Indonesia.
