Abstract

mempersiapkan mahasiswa perhotelan untuk bekerja di kapal pesiar. Berbicara merupakan keterampilan bahasa Inggris yang penting bagi mahasiswa kapal pesiar, karena memungkinkan mereka untuk mengekspresikan ide, keyakinan, dan keinginan. Dosen memiliki tanggung jawab ganda untuk memberikan pengetahuan, nilai, dan keterampilan sekaligus berperan sebagai mentor moral. Akan tetapi, beberapa dosen kesulitan dalam mengajar bahasa Inggris, sehingga sulit bagi mereka untuk mengajarkan berbicara kepada mahasiswa. Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa yang penting untuk komunikasi interpersonal dan interaksi sosial, sehingga penting bagi mahasiswa kapal pesiar untuk berlatih berbicara sebelum mereka mulai bekerja di atas kapal. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menemukan bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal berkontribusi terhadap masalah yang dihadapi dosen saat mengajarkan keterampilan berbicara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan berfokus pada tantangan yang dihadapi dosen dan mengidentifikasi strategi pengajaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana dosen dapat mengatasi tantangan ini dan meningkatkan pengajaran keterampilan berbicara di Prince of the Sea Yogyakarta. Dosen bahasa Inggris di Prince of the Sea Yogyakarta menghadapi tantangan dalam mengajarkan keterampilan berbicara, termasuk penggunaan bahasa ibu, memilih materi yang tepat, mengendalikan ego linguistik mahasiswa, dan mengelola kelas besar. Bahasa asli memiliki pengaruh pada kosakata dan pelafalan, sementara materi yang sesuai dengan usia dan kemampuan fonologis alami menyulitkan pengajaran pelafalan yang tepat. Fasilitas sekolah dan multimedia dapat membantu meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara, tetapi mengelola kelas besar tetap menjadi tantangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kesiapan guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Kemanggisan 10 Pagi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas I, II, IV dan V. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa pada dimensi pemahaman beberapa guru sudah memahami Kurikulum Merdeka dan beberapa lainya belum terlalu memahami Kurikulum Merdeka, persentase kesiapan berada pada kategori 80% siap. Pada dimensi kesehatan, keseluruhan guru sudah memenuhi indikator persiapan fisik, mental dan persiapan emosional dengan persentase kesiapan berada pada kategori 100% siap. Pada dimensi perencanaan pembelajaran, beberapa guru sudah memenuhi indikator persiapan perencaaan pembelajaran dengan persentase kesiapan berada pada kategori 85% siap. Pada dimensi pelaksanaan pembelajaran, keseluruhan guru sudah memenuhi indikator persiapan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan persentase kesiapan berada pada kategori 100% siap. Pada dimensi penilaian pembelajaran, keseluruhan guru sudah memenuhi indikator persiapan penilaian pembelajaran dengan persentase kesiapan berada pada kategori 100% siap. Hasil temuan tersebut menunjukan bahwa kesiapan guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Kemanggisan 10 berada pada kategori siap, namun belum secara keseluruhan siap

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the basics of fraud in the company environment. This research process was carried out observationally and exploratively using literature review techniques which aim to systematically examine forensic audits to identify fraud. For this purpose, digital literacy is achieved using electronic databases. The scope of this research includes all research papers and studies related to the field of forensic auditing for fraud detection. Sample selection was carried out in several steps. First, it is necessary to observe and analyze various sources of information related to the research. Second, by collecting and applying literature portfolio methods that are appropriate and relevant to similar research topics in the form of academic works in the form of journals, essays, news, books or other sources, digital is about promoting literacy. The research results are that economic actors must not cheat or manipulate financial reports, and company accountants must strictly comply with ethical principles and standards. If a company's finances are not good, the first step to take is to disclose it to interested parties because if they manipulate it, it will cause big losses and harm many people.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of profitability and solvency on profit growth at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Profitability is projected by ROA, and solvency is projected by DER as independent variables, while profit growth is projected by CR as the dependent variable. The population in this study consists of the Annual Financial Statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The sample in this study includes financial statement data consisting of balance sheets and income statements for the last 5 years from 2018-2022. This research uses a quantitative approach. The source of data is secondary data. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis at a 5% significance level using SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that profitability projected by ROA does not have a positive and significant influence on profit growth. Furthermore, solvency projected by DER does not have a positive and significant influence on profit growth. Simultaneously, profitability and solvency show no significant influence on profit growth.

Abstract

For most women, one of their most fundamental needs is cosmetics. Wardah is one of the halal cosmetic brands available in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine whether brand recognition and the halal label influence the purchasing decisions of Wardah products partially and simultaneously. Researchers utilize quantitative research with a descriptive research design and SPSS 25 to address this issue. Purchase decision (Y) is the dependent variable in this study, while brand awareness (X2) and halal labeling (X1) are independent variables. Customers who have the option to purchase Wardah products constitute the demographic under study. Following the Pao Purba formula, 100 sources are utilized to calculate the sample size for this research, resulting in a sample of 100 respondents. Participants will provide responses on a five-point Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, to strongly agree, used in this study. Subsequently, validity and reliability tests will be employed to assess the instrument's suitability. Tests for multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, and normality are used in testing classical assumptions. T-tests, F-tests, and R-square are used in hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that brand awareness and halal certification, both partially and simultaneously, influence consumers' purchasing decisions of Wardah products.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out references regarding strategic management in higher education. This research was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review method. The articles used were obtained from the Scopus database with a specific search, namely "strategic management in higher education". The results of the search revealed that there were 18 articles from 1999 to 2023. These results indicate that this keyword is still little used as a title in existing research. This research was conducted from various countries, namely England, USA, India, Sweden, Russia and Indonesia, Chile, Portugal, Jamaica, Poland, Vietnam, Ecuador and the United Arab Emirates. Articles are written using various research methods, but are generally presented as case studies. The research results show the diversity of discussions in strategic management carried out in higher education institutions. The article also covers concepts and implementation in strategic management in higher education. It is hoped that this article will provide an overview of research areas that can still be developed regarding management strategies in higher education.

Abstract

Acceleration of land registration is accommodated through Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency issued derivative regulations, namely the Regulation of the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN No. 1 of 2021 concerning Electronic Certificates. The problem of land registration in Banyuwangi is that there are 93,599 unregistered land plots, visiting Rogojampi Village, Rogojampi District, Banyuwangi Regency, the local community said that land registration was said to be too difficult and electronic registration did not provide a sense of security or certainty for the community. So in this case the author will discuss the Implementation of law and the benefits of electronic land registration for the first time faced by the Rogojampi village community. The study chose to resolve the legal issues in this paper using a normative research method, carried out through a legislative approach and a conceptual approach. Certificates as proof of ownership of land rights electronically through 2 authentication factors and encryption methods, a collection of certificates are stored in the database as a history to ensure that what was issued is correct.

Abstract

This study will discuss Indonesia's potential and challenges in developing a blue economy in increasing the country's economic growth. The issues that will be raised in this study include: (1) how much does Indonesia's blue economy support sector contribute to the economy; 2) what are the challenges of developing the blue economy in Indonesia; and 3) what strategies are being implemented by the government in developing the blue economy for a sustainable economy in Indonesia. Studies on the contribution of the marine, fisheries, and coastal tourism sectors to Indonesia's economic growth have been carried out several times. However, these studies are regional in nature or only focus on certain areas. Apart from that, the study above has not fully examined the supporting sectors for the blue economy in Indonesia. There are still few studies on the blue economy in Indonesia. This is because this concept is relatively new and Indonesia itself is still in the process of determining policies in implementing it. Studies in Indonesia on industrial sectors supporting the marine economy that have implemented the blue economy concept include those that still specifically study one industrial sector or are micro in nature

Abstract

This research seeks to uncover the potential meanings stemming from the domination of thematic structure in the lyrics of the Indonesian national song "Bagimu Negeri." The study employs a descriptive qualitative method, focusing on sentences, clauses, stanzas, and individual words, using documentation techniques such as listening, recording, and note-taking. The collected data are analyzed through theme-rheme analysis, examining topical, textual, and interpersonal themes in detail. The analysis reveals a single dominant theme in the song's lyrics, with an unmarked topical theme predominating and no interpersonal themes present. The unmarked topical theme consistently serves as the subject. Furthermore, many stanzas in the lyrics lack a rheme. The thematic dominance suggests a strong expression of love for the homeland. This potential meaning likely reflects the intention of the lyricist, Kusbini, to demonstrate his profound love for the country and to inspire a similar sentiment in those who sing "Bagimu Negeri," particularly through the use of the word "we/kami." This expression is meant to instill and reinforce a sense of patriotism in every Indonesian citizen.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efek kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Mitra Agung Sawita Sejati. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 76 pegawai sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data primer yang diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner secara langsung, serta data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari data perusahaan, buku, dan jurnal terkait. Metode analisis data yang digunakan mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan uji determinasi. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja secara bersama-sama berefek signifikan terhadap OCB dengan nilai R sebesar 0,811 dan nilai R Square sebesar 0,657 atau 65,7%. Artinya, variabel bebas, yaitu kepuasan kerja (X1) dan loyalitas kerja (X2), secara kolektif dapat menjelaskan variabel terikat, yakni OCB (Y), sebesar 65,7%, sementara sisanya 34,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
