VIDHEAS: Jurnal Nasional Abdimas Multidisiplin merupakan Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang menerbitkan dan menyebarluaskan hasil penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, dengan harapan masyarakat mampu mengembangkan teori keilmuan, konsep pemikiran, model, dan hasil penelitian. Jurnal ini merupakan jurnal abdimas multidisiplin yang menyajikan implementasi ilmu dan teknologi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat. Terbit secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan Juni dan Desember. Tujuan dari adanya jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan gagasan dan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi yang dapat diterapkan dalam masyarakat. Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pengembangan Masyarakat berisikan bermacam kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam menangani dan mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat dengan menerapkan ilmu dan teknologi yang kemudian dapat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This training activity was conducted to enhance the capacity of the staff at the Education and Training Unit (Diklat) of RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid, Kota Bekasi, in operating and implementing the Education and Training Information System (SIDIKLAT). The training was designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the features and functions of SIDIKLAT that support the management of education and training at the hospital. The methods used included presentations, live demonstrations, and system simulations by the participants. During the training, participants were actively engaged in each session to ensure optimal technical and operational mastery. Evaluations showed that the training successfully improved the participants' competence in using SIDIKLAT and increased awareness of the importance of technology integration in education and training management. It is expected that after this training, the Diklat staff will effectively implement SIDIKLAT in their daily activities, thereby supporting the improvement of the quality and efficiency of education and training services at RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid.

Abstract

Kelurahan Setia Mekar in Kabupaten Bekasi is experiencing rapid development in economic and infrastructure aspects, which results in an increase in the need for space for social and religious activities. Jami' An-Nur Mosque, as a center for religious activities, facing limited space to accommodate zakat activities, infaq and alms. To solve this problem, it is planned to build Baitul Maal near the mosque. This project involved the Community Service team from the Architecture Study Program of Pelita Bangsa University who designed the architectural plans for Baitul Maal An-Nur. The method used includes Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Function Identification, Site Analysis, environmentally friendly, inclusive and sustainable architectural design planning. The results achieved include building designs that are efficient, accessible and meet the needs of the local community. This program provides a sustainable solution for managing zakat and religious activities and becomes a model for community and academic collaboration in developing social infrastructure.

Abstract

Literasi Keuangan memiliki tujuan jangka panjang bagi seluruh golongan masyarakat, yaitu merupakan bentuk investasi jangka panjang yang bermanfaat dalam mengelola dan menjaga kondisi keuangan agar tetap terjaga atau stabil serta meningkatkan jumlah pengguna produk dan layanan jasa keuangan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, kami memberikan gambaran produk keuangan syariah diantaranya saham syariah, reksadana syariah, dan obligasi syariah. Kami juga menekankan bahwa imbal hasil produk keuangan syariah ini adalah merupakan tolak ukur rasionalitas sebuah investasi. Apabila imbal hasilnya jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan imbal hasil produk produk ini, maka investasi tersebut tidak masuk akal dan patut dicurigai sebagai investasi bodong.

Abstract

Digital literacy outreach is crucial for MSMEs to optimize product marketing in the digital era. This program aims to enhance the understanding and skills of MSME players in Villa Gading Harapan RW 021 in using social media platforms for digital marketing. The approach involves training and mentoring on WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook to create effective marketing strategies. Participants learned to manage business accounts, produce engaging content, and interact with customers using features like WhatsApp catalogs, Instagram Stories, and Facebook Pages. The program started with basic training on digital literacy and social media use, followed by practical sessions on creating visual content, using hashtags, and managing advertisements. Despite challenges like limited technical skills and content creation difficulties, participants showed enthusiasm and actively applied the knowledge gained. They created promotional content, handled customer interactions, and analyzed market feedback. Networking among MSMEs also grew, fostering collaboration and experience sharing. Evaluation showed significant improvements in participants' digital marketing skills, leading to increased customers and sales. A digital MSME community was formed to ensure the program's sustainability, serving as a model for similar initiatives in other areas.

Abstract

This training program aims to assist elementary school students in developing their fine motor skills by utilizing Paint software. Fine motor skills, which involve coordinating small muscles like the hands and fingers, are essential for children's growth and development. In this activity, Paint is used as a tool to enhance both students' creativity and their motor abilities. Students engage in activities such as drawing, coloring, and pattern-making, which improve hand-eye coordination and establish fundamental artistic skills. The outcomes of this training reveal significant improvements in students' fine motor skills as well as their proficiency in using technology for creative purposes.

Abstract

Kertamukti Village faces challenges in increasing public awareness and participation in digital security in the technological era. This study aims to build public awareness through cybersecurity education, citizen data management, and implementation of CCTV-based security technology. Education is provided in the form of training that includes an introduction to cyber threats, how to protect personal data, and good online security practices. In addition, citizen data is inputted digitally with a secure system to support efficient village administration management. As a mitigation measure, CCTV installation in strategic areas of the village is also carried out to improve physical and digital security. The results of this program show an increase in public understanding of the importance of cybersecurity, efficiency in managing citizen data, and strengthening village environmental security. This initiative is expected to be a sustainable model to be implemented in other villages in order to support safe and inclusive digital transformation

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) bertema “Perancangan Aplikasi Berbasis Pengasripan Kelurahan Kota Baru Berbasis Web “Pengembangan Website untuk Meningkatkan Transparansi dan Akses Informasi Publik” bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pengelolaan arsip manual di Kelurahan Kota Baru yang selama ini kurang efisien dan sulit diakses. Melalui pengembangan website arsip kelurahan, informasi seperti data kependudukan, layanan publik, serta potensi ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya dapat dikelola secara lebih sistematis. Mahasiswa turut andil dalam perancangan, pengembangan, hingga pelatihan bagi staf kelurahan agar mereka mampu mengelola website secara mandiri. Pelaksanaan program ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan arsip, mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi, serta mendukung literasi teknologi perangkat kelurahan. Selain memberikan solusi berbasis teknologi, program ini juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan kemampuan mahasiswa melalui penerapan ilmu di lapangan. Hasil kegiatan ini menjadi langkah penting dalam mendorong transformasi digital di tingkat kelurahan, menciptakan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik, dan memastikan keberlanjutan sistem pengelolaan arsip digital untuk masa mendatang.

Abstract

The development of digital technology provides great opportunities in the world of marketing, including for Vocational High School (SMK) students who are prepared to enter the world of industry and entrepreneurship. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of SMKN 1 Cikarang students in digital marketing, so that they are able to utilize technology to market products or services more effectively. The methods used in this activity include training, direct practice, and assistance in creating digital marketing strategies. The materials provided include the use of social media, creative content creation, use of marketplaces, and digital marketing optimization techniques. The results of this activity show an increase in students' understanding and skills in managing digital marketing, which is reflected in their ability to create and implement digital-based marketing strategies. It is hoped that this training can provide long-term benefits for students in facing challenges in the world of work and in developing independent digital-based businesses.

Abstract

This WordPress Content Management System (CMS) based website development training activity is designed to help digitize the helmet washing service business in Karawang. The purpose of this training is to equip business owners with skills in managing online sales platforms to expand market reach and make it easier for customers to order services. The training is carried out offline with a direct practice method, including a basic introduction to WordPress, theme and plugin installation, to optimizing online store features. Based on the evaluation, this training received a participant satisfaction rate of 85%. Participants felt helped by the material provided and were able to practice creating and managing websites independently to support their business operations. This training is expected to be able to increase the competitiveness of the helmet washing business in Karawang by utilizing an effective digital platform to reach customers more widely.

Abstract

Pelatihan kewirausahaan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk pola pikir dan keterampilan bisnis bagi mahasiswa, terutama di era persaingan global saat ini. Program pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa ASM Insulindo dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan pengetahuan dasar bisnis, strategi pemasaran, manajemen keuangan, serta pengembangan ide usaha. Kegiatan ini melibatkan sesi teori, studi kasus, serta praktik langsung dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan bisnis. Dengan pendekatan yang interaktif dan berbasis pengalaman, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia usaha serta mendorong lahirnya wirausahawan muda yang kreatif dan inovatif. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dan menciptakan peluang ekonomi yang lebih luas.
