Abstract

The low sense of caring for the environment becomes a need that must be met through real learning. Creating awareness and life skills is the best way to create culture. One way that needs to be improved in schools is by synchronizing the curriculum that can be used to improve the ability of practical life in caring and cultured environments. This research aims to develop an adiwiyata-based curriculum in shaping and enhancing the ability of practical life to care and be cultured. The setting of this study is Pangudiluhur Sedayu Junior High School Yogyakarta with the subjects of the principal, teachers, and students. This research method uses qualitative approach using the case study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the development of Adiwiyata-based curriculum in SMP Pangudiluhur has a unique characteristic that is the curriculum that is synchronized with adiwiyata to improve the ability of practical life. The findings of the research that has been done are identifying concepts and making new policies related to the adiwiyata program in the school environment. Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine and analyze: (1) Entrepreneruship-based curriculum planning; (2) Implementation of entrepreneruship-based curriculum; and (3) Evaluation of entrepreneruship-based curriculum in SMAN 1 Temon. This research is used qualitative study. Data collection techniques by obsercation, interview, and documentation. Research result, (1) Planning for entrepreneruship-based curriculum begins by determining the curriculum structure that will become planning, after the formation of the structure, the concept of structure which consists of the background, objectives, scope, competency standards, and basic competencies needed is considered. (2) The implementation of the entrepreneurship-based curriculum must regulate the stages in each class of students by the curriculum documents that have been prepared, each learning process is always integrated with aspects of entrepreneurship and some that produce products as learning outcomes. (3) Evaluation is carried out based on school quality objectives and taking into account the dimensions of the program and implementation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship Supervising Principal with the professionalism of teachers . The study subjects were 13 teachers who serve on SDN I Tarik Village Tarik, Sidoarjo regency. This study is a population. To obtain data on the Supervision of the Principal and Teacher Professionalism, used a questionnaire developed by the researchers. To achieve this goal, the data were analyzed by analysis of the product moment. This research is ex post facto. This study is a population, The population of this study were 13. Data were collected by using questionnaires with Likert scale and documentation. The analytical method used is the product moment analysis. For ease of calculation used SPSS Statistics 21 software. The results showed that : (1) Supervision Elementary School Principal I Tarik Village Tarik, is quite pretty, and the result is 65.38% (2) Professional Teacher SDN I Tarik Village Tarik, Sidoarjo regency quite well. Percentage of the value of questionnaires 79.23%, in the range of 76% -100% that can mean good. (3) There is a relationship between the Principal Supervising Teacher Professionalism SDN I Tarik Village Tarik, Sidoarjo regency. based on calculations that showed the acquisition of 0.366 which means "r" calculation is greater than the table either 5% significance level = 0.235, while the relationship is relatively weak incurred or low. Because based on the "r" calculation is 0.366 lies between 0.20 to 0.40 which interpretation is weak or low correlation.

Abstract

This study examines four factors that allegedly influence causality on the performance of lecturers in the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) in Aceh. So the purpose of this study is to find out whether or not there is a positive influence on organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational ommitment to the performance of PTKIN lecturers in Aceh province. The population in this study were all PNS lecturers in the PTKIN Aceh environment totaling 727 people and the sample was determined by the Slovin formula to be 258 people. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire composed of 154 questions that were previously tested for the validity and reliability of the instrument. Data analysis techniques used part analysis (path analysis) which was previously required to test requirements for analysis, such as tests of normality, linearity, homogeneity and correlation tests between variables. The results found that organizational culture, leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment directly influence the work performance of PTKIN lecturers in Aceh province. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study was 276 employees of PT. KarangMas Unggul (KMU) Bekasi. The sample used was 73 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This research proves that the effect of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of field employees at PT Jasuma Putri Putra. The population in this study were 40 field employees at PT. Jasuma Putri Putra. The sample used was the entire population of 40 employees. The sampling method uses Saturated Sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This study proves that the effect of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the charismatic leadership of kiai Moh. Hasib Wahab at the boarding school Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas, Jombang. The method in this study is qualitative with interview techniques, research observations, and document studies. Interviews were conducted with the board of the pondok, santri and the external community. Data analysis uses four paths, namely data reduction, data display, reduction and conclusion. This studies show that charismatic leadership KH. Hasib Wahab at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic boarding school Tambakberas, Jombang showed good development. This is evidenced by the construction of good character that has attracted the attention of the public, increasing the number of students who until now reached +5,500 and improving education through its policies. Abstract

The Integrated Islamic School (Sekolah Islam Terpadu) is known for its rapid development trend in the last decade. The development of the integrated Islamic School runs with the growth of interest to a pure Islamic Education. Appearing as an Islamic institution integrating both religious and secular knowledge, the Integrated Islamic School is able to master the market among the Muslim population. This article aims to scrutinize the characteristics and strategies of the school to expand amid the competitive Indonesian education market through human resource supervision. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the characteristics and strategies of the integrated Islamic School-based human resource supervision encompass political stability, strong Islamic symbols, Islamic personal development programs, inclusive scholarships, and incorporating Islamic populism. These characteristics and strategies attribute the integrated Islamic school as modern, advanced yet religious. In addition, the schools are exclusive in recruiting teachers, pragmatic in using Islamic symbols, and idealistic in the curriculum. Interestingly, this research evokes the integrated Islamic school’s two faces. Internally, it affiliates with an exclusive organization and ideology (Muslim Brotherhood), but simultaneously the school publicly shows inclusive nuances to the society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the kyai leadership style in developing the majelis taklim Islamic Boarding School Ar-Rahmah Sleman Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative method using descriptive analysis. At the same time, this type of research approach is a case study or field research oriented towards collecting data in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and interviews. The observation is used to determine the ongoing program of activities, leadership styles and activities with members of the majelis taklim. At the same time, interviews were conducted with 20 informants from the board of foundations and members of the majelis taklim. The results showed that the Kyai leadership style in developing the majelis taklim Islamic Boarding School Ar-Rahmah Sleman Yogyakarta uses a democratic leadership style with indicators that include: The leader makes plans together with members, evaluates ongoing programs, decision making is carried out based on deliberation, respecting the ability or potential of members, the familiarity of the leader with the members without any distance like siblings, having good communication, being able to provide motivation, provide protection, input, guidance, and direction to members to carry out their duties better.

Abstract

Organizational Culture in a school and Institution is highly reflected values and norms which is being the vision and mission of the institution in achieving its goals. The suitable culture in its application will have a positive impact on work motivation to improve teachers’ performance better. The good performances of Educators and education staff will make the achievement results in the organization increase. This analysis used the independent variable of culture organization and work motivation, and the independent variable is teacher performance. The sample in this study was the formal and informal teachers of MBI. In this study, the sample collection technique of the researcher used probability sampling in simple random sampling, and the data collection technique use questionnaire which was distributed directly to 60 respondents. The result of this study shows that organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) either partially or simultaneously. In the thin study, there is an effect between X1 and Y partially as seen from the t-test result that the t research is 2.655 > t table is 2.00247, for the effects is 54,5%. And there is an effect between X2 and Y partially as seen from the t-test result that the t research is 2,181 > t table 2,00247, for the effects is 44.7%. And find the result of the calculation of the effect simultaneously that is 96.8%.
