Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education in reducing social inequality and improving social stratification in society. The method used in this research is library research by collecting and analyzing relevant literature, including books, scientific journals, articles, and relevant research reports on the relationship between Islamic education and social stratification. This approach allows the author to explore theories and previous findings without being tied to limited primary data. The findings show that Islamic education has great potential to reduce social inequality through teaching universal values such as justice (adl), brotherhood (ukhuwah) and virtue (ihsan). Islamic education also plays a role in providing access to disadvantaged groups and strengthening social awareness that can drive structural change in society. This research implies that Islamic education can be an important pillar in creating a more inclusive and just society. Zakat, infaq, and sadaqah programs integrated in Islamic education have the potential to help marginalized groups, while practical skills-based curricula can open up opportunities for social mobility for individuals from low economic groups. The results of this study recommend the need for collaborative efforts between the government, private sector and communities to overcome challenges in implementing Islamic education, such as limited infrastructure and social stigma. A more integrated strategy for strengthening Islamic education is needed to accelerate the desired social change and create a society free from social inequality.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous research as the main reference which is then decorated and varied so that it is different from previous research. The data used in this study is quantitative data that researchers obtained from 350 Samsung Smartphone employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the hypothesis used in this article, namely the variable Trust in Superiors, does not have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence because the P-Values are not below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.52. This can be caused because not only Trust in Superiors can affect Employee Trust in the company such as Superior Behavior, Work Environment, and other things that can make Employees trust the company. In addition, the Work Engagement variable also cannot moderate the influence of the Trust in Superiors variable on the Employee Trust in the Company variable because the P-Values value is above the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.051. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in the study cannot be proven and accepted.

Abstract

The court's verdict in the sexual intercourse against children case substituted prison time and fines with vocational education as the primary penalties. The alternative to a fine for a juvenile offender who cannot pay it is either mandatory labor training with a grace period or incarceration. Judgmental decisions involving moral crimes perpetrated against children are based on both legal and non-legal factors. The elements of the articles charged to the juvenile offender must be proven by legitimate evidence in accordance with article 184 of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code and the judge's conviction; this is one aspect of the legal considerations. The presence of a community study report prepared by the Community, the judge's observation during the hearing, and other non-juridical factors Supervisor from the Correctional Center which contains the background, family, social, economic and association of the child defendant in his environment as well as the judge's knowledge and experience in examining cases of moral crimes, especially the crime of sexual intercourse.  Community advisors conduct community research only on child defendants and do not conduct community research on child victims, so that the recommendation, according to the judge, sees the best interests of the child defendant but is not necessarily the best thing for child victims. The judge in making his decision, correctly considered and based on the results of the research on the requirements but rarely accommodated the recommendations of the community's research results in his decision. This is because the Judge has an obligation to maintain a sense of justice for child victims and the benefits of sanctions for child defendants so that the verdict can be the best thing for both parties or parties related to the crime.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach (Lestari & Ghaby, 2018). The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from Financial Services Authority employees spread throughout Indonesia as many as 5000 employees. The data were obtained from an online questionnaire and analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool with the following hypothesis. The result in this article show the Education Level variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because it is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.045. This means that the higher the education of an employee, the more it can influence employees to be more careful in understanding superiors' directions, working intelligently, and solving every problem that exists well, which ultimately improves Employee Performance.. In the next line, the researcher's hypothesis can also be proven if the Training variable can strengthen the influence of the Education Level variable on Employee Performance because the direction of the relationship is positive and the ebrad is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.021, which is more significant than direct testing of 0.05. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.

Abstract

Public service transformation is a crucial strategic step in implementing more responsive and accountable government administration. For long-term success, this transformation must be supported by strong leadership, effective change management, and strategies that focus on sustainability and inclusiveness. This study explores the transformation of public services in the implementation of government administration, focusing on the impacts on efficiency, transparency, accountability, and public participation. This transformation, which is mainly driven by digitalization and technological innovation, is expected to improve the quality of public services and strengthen good governance. This transformation contributes significantly to improving operational efficiency, reducing bureaucracy, and accelerating the service process. In addition, transparency and accountability in government are strengthened through easier access to public information and a more effective performance monitoring system. However, this study also identifies challenges faced, including the digital divide that can widen the inequality in access to public services. Therefore, efforts are needed to bridge this gap and ensure inclusiveness in public service transformation.

Abstract

This research examines the transformation of public space in the digital era and its impact on the patterns and quality of social interaction. Digital technology, especially the internet and social media, has played a significant role in revolutionizing the way individuals communicate and interact. Through a comprehensive literature analysis, this research illustrates how technology has enabled global connectivity, expanded social networks, and created new platforms for cultural expression and collaboration. On the other hand, this research also identifies challenges that arise as a result of these changes, such as social fragmentation, the decline in the quality of face-to-face interactions, and the complexity of digital privacy and ethical issues. This research highlights the importance of societal adaptation to new social norms and the development of digital literacy to effectively manage the impact of this transformation. Thus, this research not only provides insight into the role of technology in changing the face of social interaction but also emphasizes the need for a critical and reflective approach in dealing with these new dynamics.

Abstract

Decision Number 10/PID. SUS-TPK/2021/PT DKI of the Jakarta High Court considers both legal and non-legal factors when handing down a criminal penalty. In order for the panel of judges to assume responsibility for the panel of judges from the court of first instance in relation to the proved elements of the article, it is necessary to use juridical considerations to state agreement with them. In addition, the purpose of using non-juridical factors is to shorten the defendant's sentence. The theory of the creative process and intuition, which is part of Mackenzie's theory, provides the theoretical framework for the factors taken into account when reaching the verdict. This is due to the fact that the issues raised in mitigation are primarily concerned with the Judge's discretion in imposing a criminal charge. The principles of non-discrimination, gender equality, equality before the law, and justice are not upheld in the Jakarta High Court Decision Number 10/PID. SUS-TPK/2021/PT DKI, which upholds criminal imposition. Furthermore, the imposition of a criminal sentence solely based on the defendant's gender violates the third purpose of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, which is to ensure that women's rights are legally protected on an equal footing with men's rights. In addition, pursuant to the criminal imposition theory, which encompasses the theories of retribution, relative or purpose, and combination, the sentence in Decision Number 10/PID. SUS-TPK/2021/PT You might think of DKI as part of the objective or relative theory. Reason being, criminalization serves no purpose in meeting the absolute requirements of justice, as stated in relativity theory. Just as retaliation cannot be useful in and of itself, it can only serve to safeguard society's interests.
