Abstract

Housekeeping plays a vital role in the hotel business, exerting a major impact on client pleasure and loyalty. In order to stay competitive, hotels must constantly adapt to changing client expectations and the impact of technological improvements on operational processes. This study examines current developments and contemporary methods in hotel cleaning, with a specific emphasis on technology advancements, sustainability efforts, and guest-centered techniques. Robotic cleaners, fueled by artificial intelligence, transform cleaning procedures, while intelligent sensors offer up-to-the-minute data for operational enhancement. Artificial intelligence optimizes operational efficiency and customizes visitor experiences, resulting in improved productivity and customer satisfaction. Hotels showcase their dedication to environmental stewardship by implementing sustainability initiatives, such as the use of eco-friendly products and the adoption of waste reduction techniques. In addition, the use of energy-efficient technology and customized services enhances the satisfaction of guests while simultaneously decreasing operational expenses. The implementation of health and safety protocols, specifically in relation to COVID-19, places utmost importance on the welfare of both staff members and visitors. Hotels may improve their operational efficiency, increase visitor pleasure, and show their dedication to sustainability and staff well-being by adopting these trends and using new approaches.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of perceived organizational culture and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, with additional multiple linear regression analysis. Involving 150 employees, the study adopted a quantitative descriptive approach with questionnaires as the main survey instrument. Although quantitative methods provide a measurable analytical framework, it is important to be mindful of some potential weaknesses, including bias in the measurement of complex constructs and the limitations of statistical analysis. The addition of multiple linear regression analysis allowed the researcher to evaluate the extent of the influence of perceived organizational culture and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior of PT. sumber cipta multiniaga (dso jombang) jointly, while controlling for other factors that might influence the results. However, interpretation of multiple linear regression requires caution, due to assumptions about linearity and independence between variables. The statistical analysis tool SPSS version 25 is also worth noting, especially in the context of this complex study. Multiple linear regression analysis may provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the relationships between variables, but a qualitative or mixed methods approach may be needed to capture deeper context and nuance. The results of this study highlight the importance of an innovation-supportive organizational culture, employee perceptions of the work environment, and the role of transformational leadership in driving innovative work behaviours. The practical implications include the potential development of more effective management strategies, but keep in mind that further research is needed to deepen the understanding of these complex dynamics. By combining holistic quantitative and qualitative approaches, future studies may make more substantial contributions to sustainable and innovative management practices.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of local wisdom into the criminal justice system in Papua, focusing on the handling of criminal actions in Wamena, Jayawijaya District. Papua's unique cultural context necessitates a nuanced approach to law enforcement, where traditional practices coexist with formal legal mechanisms. The research investigates how traditional fines, a form of customary penalty, are applied in conjunction with or as an alternative to state-imposed sanctions. The study employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing interviews, field observations, and analysis of legal documents to examine the procedural and cultural dynamics involved in these cases. It highlights the role of local wisdom in shaping legal outcomes and the impact of traditional practices on community perceptions of justice. Findings indicate that traditional fines, while sometimes seen as less formal or less effective than state penalties, play a crucial role in maintaining social harmony and resolving conflicts within the community. The research reveals that integrating these practices with formal legal procedures can enhance the effectiveness of the criminal justice system by ensuring that sanctions are culturally relevant and accepted by local populations. The study concludes that acknowledging and incorporating local wisdom into criminal law enforcement in Papua can lead to more culturally sensitive and effective justice practices. Recommendations include fostering greater collaboration between traditional leaders and formal legal institutions to create a more cohesive and culturally attuned legal framework.

Abstract

Indonesia has become one of the top priorities for global terrorist groups. The criminal act of terrorism that occurred in Indonesia is a severe crime and endangers state ideology, state security, state sovereignty, human values , and various aspects of social life. To improve law enforcement against the involvement of Indonesian citizens in global terrorist organizations, cooperation between multiple institutions and related stakeholders is very important. This research aims to determine the obstacles law enforcement faces regarding global terrorist organizations. This research uses normative research methods and primary, secondary, and tertiary legal material sources. Law enforcement related to global terrorist organizations faces several complex obstacles. The complexity of terrorist networks makes it challenging to identify members and collect sufficient evidence. The use of digital technology and covert communications by terrorist organizations makes monitoring and gathering evidence difficult. Jurisdictional limitations and barriers to international cooperation hinder the exchange of information and the extradition of terrorist perpetrators. To overcome these obstacles, inter-agency cooperation, increased technical capacity, effective exchange of information, and strong international cooperation are key factors in law enforcement efforts against global terrorist organizations.

Abstract

Purwajaya Village, located in Tempuran District, Karawang Regency, faces significant problems related to land certification. Many of these villagers do not yet have land certificates, which shows a lack of awareness about the importance of certification as proof of legal ownership. To overcome this issue, the village government carried out the socialization of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) to speed up the certification process. This research on efforts to increase public awareness uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. In this context, the theory of legal awareness by Soejono Sukanto is used as a reference to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. This theory includes four main factors: (1) knowledge of legal provisions, (2) recognition of legal provisions, (3) respect for legal provisions, and (4) compliance with legal provisions. Through the lens of this theory, PTSL socialization efforts are expected to increase community legal awareness and improve the problem of land certification in Purwajaya Village

Abstract

Inflation and unemployment are major economic challenges in Indonesia that are often influenced by sub-optimal economic growth. This study aims to examine the causality relationship between inflation and unemployment with a focus on Lampung Province. The methodology used is descriptive and quantitative, with secondary data analysis from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the period 1990-2023. The Granger causality test results show a one-way relationship, where inflation affects unemployment, with a Prob probability value of 0.02787 which is less than 0.05. This finding suggests the existence of a long-run causality relationship between inflation and unemployment, which is reinforced by the cointegration test results, where the probability values for both variables are also below 0.05. This study provides an in-depth insight into the interaction between inflation and unemployment and its implications for regional economic policy, which can help in formulating strategies to overcome economic problems in Lampung Province.
