Abstract

The phenomenon of crisis communication in the social media era demands fundamental changes in organizational reputation management strategies. This study aims to construct a new conceptual model that explains the relationship between crisis communication, public risk perception, and digital ethics-based reputation management. Using a qualitative approach based on a systematic literature review, this study examines more than 60 Scopus and SAGE-indexed scientific publications (2015–2024) to identify conceptual patterns and research gaps. The analysis shows that traditional crisis communication models oriented towards message control are no longer effective in dealing with the two-way communication structure of social media. Public risk perception is now mediated by the dynamics of collective emotions and engagement algorithms, which demand an empathy- and data-driven communication approach. This study proposes an Ethical Data-Driven Reputation Management (EDDRM) model that integrates three main dimensions: data analytics, public communication ethics, and social empathy. This model has implications for strengthening organizational social legitimacy through transparency, adaptive speed, and moral integrity. The study's main contribution lies in updating the crisis communication paradigm oriented towards public trust and balancing strategic effectiveness with ethical responsibility in the contemporary digital ecosystem.

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the concept of adaptive education in the context of Society 5.0 by emphasizing the integration of technology, strengthening digital literacy, and internalizing humanistic values as the foundation for forming a human-centered education ecosystem. Through a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature review, this study synthesizes various theories and empirical findings to formulate a conceptual framework of adaptive education that is relevant to the demands of the digital age. The results show that adaptive education can only be realized if technological innovation is balanced with critical digital literacy skills and humanistic values that serve as a moral compass in the use of technology. Technology plays a role in increasing the flexibility and personalization of learning, but its success is highly dependent on the readiness of educators and students in pedagogical and ethical aspects. This article contributes novelty through the integration of the three main pillars of technology, digital literacy, and humanistic values into a single conceptual framework to build sustainable and future-oriented education.

Abstract

This study evaluates the relationship between decentralization, local democracy, and public welfare improvement in Indonesia through a systematic literature review of 38 academic studies published between 2015 and 2024. The findings indicate that regional autonomy has expanded democratic spaces and stimulated public service innovation, particularly in regions with strong fiscal capacity and progressive leadership. However, regional performance disparities remain evident, characterized by fiscal inequality, bureaucratic weaknesses, and patronage politics that hinder equitable welfare outcomes. This study highlights the need to strengthen local government capacity, enhance budget transparency, and promote meaningful public participation. It offers conceptual contributions by integrating governance and regional economic dimensions, and provides policy recommendations to ensure decentralization functions as an effective instrument for public welfare improvement.

Abstract

This study explores women’s experiences in seeking reproductive health care by examining how they navigate the limitations of conventional biomedical services and incorporate complementary therapies into their self-care practices. Using an interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with reproductive-age women who reported recurrent menstrual discomfort, hormonal complaints, or emotional distress despite receiving standard medical treatment. The findings reveal four major themes: (1) unmet needs within biomedical encounters, where clinical consultations focused primarily on physical symptoms and offered limited emotional support; (2) motivations for adopting complementary therapies, driven by the desire for comfort, stress reduction, and cultural familiarity; (3) dynamic experiences in integrating medical and complementary approaches, which provided a sense of balance, agency, and improved well-being; and (4) the need for holistic, empathetic, and women-centered reproductive care. These results highlight a significant gap between women’s lived experiences and the structure of current reproductive health services, emphasizing that a strictly biomedical paradigm is insufficient to address biopsychosocial dimensions of women’s health. The study underscores the importance of developing integrative care models that combine clinical accuracy with emotional support, clear communication, and evidence-based complementary options. Such an approach is essential for enhancing the quality, safety, and responsiveness of reproductive health services in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the application of prenatal yoga as a complementary care approach to enhance reproductive health and overall well-being among pregnant women. Pregnancy involves complex physiological and psychological changes that often lead to discomfort, stress, anxiety, and reduced physical mobility. While conventional medical care remains essential for monitoring maternal and fetal health, it often does not fully address the emotional, psychological, and musculoskeletal challenges experienced during pregnancy. This study employs a qualitative descriptive literature review, synthesizing findings from international and national journals, WHO, ACOG, UNICEF, and other clinical guidelines published between 2018 and 2025. The results reveal that prenatal yoga contributes to improved physical comfort, reduced back and pelvic pain, regulated breathing, and enhanced autonomic balance through parasympathetic activation. Psychologically, prenatal yoga reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep quality, and strengthens emotional bonding between mother and fetus. Furthermore, the integration of prenatal yoga with conventional antenatal care enhances maternal preparedness for childbirth and supports postpartum recovery. However, challenges remain, particularly regarding limited availability of certified prenatal yoga instructors and insufficient awareness among healthcare providers in Indonesia. Overall, prenatal yoga proves to be a safe, effective, and holistic complementary intervention that supports maternal health and aligns with modern reproductive care standards. Its integration into primary healthcare services may significantly improve maternal well-being and promote healthier pregnancy outcomes.
