<![CDATA[Conflict Management in Education: Strategies to Create a Harmonious Learning Environment" discusses the importance of conflict management in creating a conducive and productive learning environment. Conflict is a natural part of the educational environment, but if not managed properly, it can disrupt the teaching and learning process and damage relationships between individuals. Conflict can arise from various sources, such as differences of opinion, competition, lack of communication, limited resources, and inappropriate behavior. This article emphasizes the importance of effective conflict management as the key to creating a harmonious atmosphere in schools, by outlining proactive and holistic strategies, including conflict prevention, conflict resolution, and building a harmonious atmosphere. This article aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize various sources of literature relevant to the topic of conflict management in education, as well as provide an in-depth understanding of strategies in resolving conflicts to create a harmonious atmosphere.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to describe the personality of kholeris, melakholis, phlegmati, and sanuinis in the main character in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburahman El Shirazy. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The data source used in this research is the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi Karya Habiburahman El Shirazy and relevant theoretical books related to literary psychology. While the research data in this study are excerpts of sentences contained in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi. the instrument used is a documentation guide. Then the data analysis techniques in this study are, reading carefully the contents of the novel, noting and underlining character characters, analyzing data, describing data, and drawing conclusions. From the analysis, it can be concluded that in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi there is a personality structure that focuses on tolerant, melancholic, phlegmatic, and sanuinis in the main character named Rifa. The personality in Rifa's character is more in the personality structure of kholeris and sanguinis. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the optimization of implementing collaborative learning in the topic of norms and rules, integrating the Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach and Kahoot games with with assessments conducted both in groups and individually, along with observations by an observer. The study was conducted at MIN 1 Balikpapan with 28 students consisting of 12 male students and 16 female students. The assessment was designed to enhance students’ conceptual understanding and social skills through innovative and interactive methods. Observation results show that students are able to communicate and work together effectively in groups, while the presentation and question and answer stages encourage critical thinking skills and self-confidence. The group-based Kahoot game created a fun and competitive atmosphere, increasing students’ motivation and engagement in learning. Individual evaluations conducted at the end of the assessment measured the extent of students' understanding after the collaborative learning process. Overall, this assessment approach successfully fostered an active learning environment that supported the development of students' understanding of the material, social skills, and independent learning abilities. Final results showed that 29% of students achieved a perfect score of 100, 32% scored 90, 21% scored 80, and 14% achieved a passing grade with a score of 70. Only 4% of students did not meet the passing criteria, scoring 60. These findings demonstrate that the majority of students were able to achieve satisfactory learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to clearly describe the main character's character education contained in the Novel Cantik Itu Luka by Eka Kurniawan. The main reason the researcher chose the title of this research is to provide an overview to the reading public that novels are not only a medium of entertainment for readers, but furthermore, novels have an important role in instilling the value of character education for novel connoisseurs in general. This study used the descriptive-qualitative method. The data collection technique used by the authors in this study was the reading and note-taking technique. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction techniques and data presentation. The results showed that there were 7 types of character education values, including the values of responsibility, religious values, social care values, independent values, never giving up, romantic characters, and friendly and communicative.]]>

<![CDATA[Semantic is the science of the meaning of language. In this case, widespread change in meaning relating to the use of the word. Widespread change in meaning is a change that occurs in a word that lacks only one meaning. This research is motivated by language which aims to meet the needs in communication. The issues discussed are a form of widespread change of meaning (generalization) on Facebook's social media. The purpose of this study was to determine, describe the form of widespread meaning changes found on Facebook's social media. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The source of data in this study is Facebook's social media and sources or journals researching about Meaningful Changes (Generalization) on Facebook's Social Media Objects analyzed, namely the Changes in Widespread Meaning (Generalization) at Facebook's Social Media. The data collection techniques in this study are the author using Literature Study, please note. The researcher listened and noted the words experiencing changes in meaning found on the status and comments on Facebook as well as documentation.Lang measures in the study were identifying words with changes in meaning, noting identification, conducting data collection and processing conclusions and drawing conclusions. From the results of the discussion, there are 8 (Eight) forms of widespread meaning found. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the implementation of cooperative learning strategies in developing students' collaboration skills in learning in SD/MI based on a literature review. Cooperative learning is considered relevant because learning requires students to work together in groups to find solutions to problems given to them. The method used in this research is a literature study, where researchers collect and analyze various literature sources related to contextual learning and its application in learning. These sources include books, scientific journals, and previous research that supports contextual learning theory and practice. The results of this literature review show that cooperative learning strategies can increase student involvement and student collaboration skills in learning. Thus, this strategy can encourage student involvement in group activities and collaboration, forming a learning environment that supports the development of various crucial skills.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to evaluate the performance of educators and education staff at MTS Negeri 2 Jember using the interview method. Performance evaluation is an important aspect in measuring the performance of educators and education personnel in order to improve the quality of education and the effectiveness of school management. This research uses interview techniques to collect direct data from stakeholders regarding their perceptions of the evaluation system implemented, challenges faced, and suggestions for improvement. The findings show that even though the evaluation was carried out formally, there are several aspects that still require improvement, such as communication, consistency of implementation, and understanding of evaluation metrics. Therefore, better research is needed, dissemination of evaluation criteria, and a more collaborative evaluation approach.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model in improving elementary school studeny learning outcomes using a literature study methodology. The main focus of this research is onincreasing students understanding of sosial studies lesson the shortcomings and complexity of the STAD model,as well as problems that arise during its implementation. The STAD model encourages small groups to work together to improve understanding of the material. This research has been conducted using qualitative methods equipped with a descriptive approach, relying on data obtained from a literature review. Data sources include relevant scientific articles, books, and journals that support previous findings and are in line with the main topic of the study. The results of the analysis show that the STAD model has advantages such as encouraging social interaction, increasing group collaboraction, creating a conducive learning environment. However, there are shortcomings such as lack of teacher attention, difficulties in group work. As well as abstacles such as learning preparation and mastery of the material by teachers. In short the STAD model affectively improves learning outcomes and student participation.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to evaluate the extent to which the use of visual media can improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning at the elementary school level. This research has been carried out using descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely literature study. Data sources include books, journals or previous articles and theses that have the same theme as this research. This research shows that the use of visual media has a significant impact on improving student learning outcomes in social studies lessons in elementary schools. Visual media helps students visualize abstract concepts, so that learning material becomes more concrete and easier to understand. This not only improves student learning outcomes, but also encourages their involvement, motivation and creativity in the learning process. Thus, the use of visual media should be routinely integrated into learning activities to achieve optimal learning outcomes and improve the quality of good education at the elementary school level.]]>

<![CDATA[The religion of Islam, revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, continues to evolve over time, with Indonesia being a Muslim-majority country with a population of approximately 229.62 million people (87.2% of the total population). With the world's Muslim population projected to reach 2.2 billion by 2030, Indonesia accounts for around 13.1% of the global Muslim population. This study aims to examine the role of social media as a means of da'wah, the challenges faced, and solutions to overcome these challenges. Through a survey involving 76 respondents, it was found that the utilization of social media for Islamic da'wah content is still relatively low; the majority of respondents only occasionally search for and rarely share da'wah content. Challenges in da'wah in the era of globalization include laziness to access content, diverse preferences for preachers and methods, and the existence of invalid content. The findings suggest the need for more effective strategies to increase public interest and participation in da'wah through social media]]>
