Abstract

This study aims to determine Organisational Communication in the Digital era in Improving the Quality of Transformational Leadership.The method used is literature analysis with the purpose of literature. Data collection is done through systematic searches of scientific literature on related articles, books, documents, and journals that discuss significantly related to the research theme, namely Organisational Communication in the Digital era in Improving the Quality of Transformational Leadership.The results obtained that Organisational communication in the digital era has undergone a significant transformation, from face-to-face interactions to dynamic and fast virtual communication patterns. In this context, transformational leaders are required to not only understand technology, but also master digital communication strategies that are able to create emotional connections with organisational members. Leadership success is no longer determined by physical presence alone, but by the ability to present a strong vision, deliver inspiring messages, and build collaboration through various digital media. The use of platforms such as video conferencing, collaborative applications, and social media has become an important instrument in strengthening interactions and accelerating the decision-making process. The quality of transformational leadership depends on the leader's ability to combine technological aspects and human values in communication. Leaders who are able to maintain message authenticity, show empathy, and adapt their communication style to the digital context will be more effective in driving change and motivating organisational members. The digital age is not a barrier to transformational leadership, but a great opportunity to expand influence, accelerate innovation, and strengthen working relationships across distance and time. Adaptive, strategic and human relations-oriented organisational communication is a key foundation in shaping transformative and relevant leadership today.

Abstract

High Tea Talks by Eugenia Communications merupakan sebuah event seminar kesehatan yang ditujukan bagi kalangan awam dan media. Mengangkat topik mengenai menopause, event kali ini menghadirkan dua pembicara yang ahli pada bidangnya dan turut dimeriahkan oleh fashion show dan kehadiran booth dari sponsor acara. Event merupakan sebuah cara bagi perusahaan untuk mencapai satu hingga beberapa tujuan tertentu. Agar tujuan tersebut tercapai, diperlukan pengelolaan event yang baik sehingga event berjalan dengan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui empat tahapan proses public relations, yaitu pendefinisian masalah, perencanaan dan pemrograman, pelaksanaan dan berkomunikasi, dan evaluasi dari event High Tea Talks by Eugenia Communications. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini didasarkan pada pendekatan deskriptif, dengan menggunakan konsep empat tahapan proses public relations oleh Cutlip, Center, dan Broom (2011). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Eugenia Communications telah melakukan pengelolaan event High Tea Talks by Eugenia Communications dengan cukup baik. Pada proses pendefinisian masalah, terdapat upaya analisis situasi melalui metode informal, yaitu kontak personal dan sumber online. Selanjutnya pada proses perencanaan dan pemrograman, Eugenia Communications mengidentifikasikan tujuan pelaksanaan dan publik sasaraan dari event ini dengan baik. Kemudian pada proses pelaksanaan dan berkomunikasi, strategi aksi dan strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Eugenia Communications berjalan dengan baik. Namun demikian, Eugenia Communications belum menjalankan proses evaluasi dengan maksimal karena evaluasi hanya dilakukan pada kalangan pihak internal saja. Secara keseluruhan, terdapat pengembangan dan perbaikan yang bisa dilakukan oleh Eugenia Communications agar event selanjutnya dapat berjalan lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

This study discusses the marketing strategy of public relations in increasing customer loyalty. Customers are the heart of the company so that customer loyalty is needed by the company, one of which is by implementing the right marketing strategy and adjusted to the company's target market. The purpose of this study is to systematically determine how the Marketing Strategy of Public Relations in Increasing Customer Loyalty of PT. Ciputra Golf. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive method analysis approach, the researcher conducted interviews with key informants, namely Public Relations of PT Ciputra Golf and Supporting informants such as Company Management, Field Guides and customers. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the marketing strategy carried out by Public Relations of PT Ciputra Golf uses three strategies consisting of Pull, namely an attractive strategy through social media, customers will understand what promos and events are at Ciputra Golf. Push, namely a strategy that encourages through social media and also two-way communication between employees and customers, so customer loyalty will be successfully achieved by PT. Ciputra Golf. Pass strategy, namely a strategy that influences by using social media content and taglines that attract customers to come back to enjoy the services provided by PT Ciputra Golf.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan bentuk kekerasan psikososial yang marak terjadi di perguruan tinggi, baik secara verbal, sosial, maupun digital. Fenomena ini memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kondisi mental dan relasi sosial mahasiswa. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi variasi bentuk bullying dalam lingkup pergaulan mahasiswa serta mengevaluasi peran konsep diri dalam meminimalkan dampaknya. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada tiga mahasiswa Program Studi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan konsep diri yang sehat cenderung mampu menetapkan batas, menjaga harga diri, dan menjauhi lingkungan yang toksik. Sebaliknya, mereka yang memiliki konsep diri rendah lebih rentan mengalami tekanan psikologis dan kecenderungan menarik diri. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan konsep diri sebagai langkah preventif dan kuratif dalam menghadapi bullying di kampus.

Abstract

The development of communication and information technology has threatened the print media industry. The most obvious threat is the reduction in print media readers who have switched to online media. Therefore, changes are needed to maintain the current print media industry, one of which is through media convergence. This study aims to determine how changes in the mass media business model in the digital era affect the quality of modern journalism at Sumatera Ekspres and the journalistic convergence model applied in the process towards media change carried out by Sumatera Ekspres. In this study, the researcher used qualitative research methods and a case study approach. The results of the study show that Sumatera Ekspres carried out a media convergence transformation by changing news platforms, improving quality, and utilizing social media. Sumatera Ekspres uses the journalistic convergence model according to Grant, namely newsroom convergence, newsgathering convergence and content convergence. In its application, Sumatera Ekspres has carried out newsroom convergence to the maximum because it uses rooms that have been combined in producing news on each platform. Newsgathering convergence where in this model reporters are required to be able to work multitasking and content convergence is a convergence model that provides content in multimedia form with a combination of images, videos, writing, andpodcasts.

Abstract

The proliferation of hoaxs in the digital era poses a significant threat to Indonesia’s social cohesion and national unity. This study explores Pancasila-based digital literacy as a culturally rooted solution to combat misinformation. Employing a literature review method, the research analyzes academic sources from Google Scholar, Sinta, and ScienceDirect, focusing. on the integration of Pancasila values into digital literacy frameworks. Thematic analysis identified three key areas: conceptual foundations, implementation strategies, and challenges. Findings reveal that Pancasila serves as an ethical framework, guiding critical information assessment through principles like humanity, unity, and social justice. Effective strategies include social media campaigns, community collaborations, and curriculum integration. The study concludes that combining technical digital skills with Pancasila values fosters responsible digital citizenship, offering a sustainable approach to counter hoaxes while strengthening national resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Green Marketing and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions at Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya both simultaneously and partially. This study uses a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling and the sample taken is 100 respondents. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that Green Marketing and Brand Image simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya. Green Marketing partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya. Brand Image partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana karakteristik komentar netizen terhadap konten politik yang ditayangkan di kanal YouTube @AkbarFaizalUncensored. Kanal ini dikenal menyajikan diskusi terbuka dan kritis mengenai isu-isu politik terkini, serta menarik partisipasi publik dalam bentuk komentar. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gaya bahasa, isi pesan, dan etika komunikasi dalam komentar-komentar tersebut dari perspektif komunikasi politik. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis isi kualitatif berdasarkan pendekatan Klaus Krippendorff, dengan fokus pada dua episode populer yang menampilkan isu sensitif terkait politik di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komentar netizen cenderung bersifat emosional, penuh muatan ideologis, serta sering kali mengandung ujaran kebencian, sarkasme, dan provokasi. Meskipun ada komentar yang bersifat reflektif dan mendukung, mayoritas komentar mencerminkan rendahnya etika komunikasi di ruang publik digital. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya edukasi komunikasi yang etis dan konstruktif agar media sosial, khususnya YouTube, dapat menjadi ruang diskusi politik yang sehat dan membangun.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between public budget transparency and local government expenditure efficiency in the context of accountable and participatory fiscal governance. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, data were collected through documentation and literature review from reputable sources. The findings indicate that budget transparency, as reflected in the availability of public documents, citizen participation, and digital oversight, significantly contributes to enhancing the efficiency of public spending. Expenditure efficiency is assessed by comparing planning, budget realization, and output achievement. Further analysis reveals that transparency not only directly affects efficiency but is also reinforced by implementation quality and public engagement. These findings align with previous studies that emphasize the positive correlation between information openness and fiscal efficiency at the regional level. Therefore, transparency policies must be supported by the development of information systems, public budget literacy, and strong bureaucratic commitment.

Abstract

The Standard Inpatient Class Program (KRIS) is a health service reform policy that aims to eliminate the class 1, 2, and 3 systems in the National Health Insurance (JKN) inpatient services in order to create equal access and quality of services. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of government intervention through KRIS in the context of public economics, especially from the aspects of social justice, efficiency of resource allocation, and distribution of health services. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach that examines policies, official documents, and evaluation results from various institutions and previous studies. The results of the study indicate that although KRIS has improved service equality and patient satisfaction in a number of hospitals, there are still significant challenges in terms of infrastructure readiness, budget constraints, and resistance from service providers. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of sustainable funding support, strengthening technical regulations, and an inclusive transition strategy so that the KRIS policy can be implemented optimally and sustainably throughout Indonesia.
