Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh politik organisasi terhadap kinerja individu di perusahaan sektor manufaktur. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menguji tiga hipotesis: (1) terdapat hubungan positif antara dominasi kelompok atau individu dengan kinerja individu, (2) terdapat hubungan positif antara praktik penghargaan organisasi dan kinerja individu, dan (3) terdapat hubungan negatif antara perilaku politik karyawan dengan kinerja individu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi, yang diadaptasi dari penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa dominasi kelompok dan praktik penghargaan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja individu, sedangkan perilaku politik karyawan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja individu. Koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 59,7% variasi dalam kinerja individu. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola politik organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti perlunya tindakan strategis untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan produktif, serta mengurangi dampak negatif dari perilaku politik di tempat kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh Instagram @batamtoursmpolytechnic terhadap keputusan calon mahasiswa untuk mendaftar di Politeknik Pariwisata Batam. Data menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden (82,9%) mengikuti akun ini setiap hari sebelum pendaftaran, mencerminkan keterlibatan tinggi dan ketertarikan terhadap konten yang disediakan. Dengan fokus pada mahasiswa baru angkatan 2024 di Program Studi Manajemen Kuliner, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari pertanyaan terbuka dan tertutup. Kuesioner ini dirancang untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi responden terhadap konten Instagram @batamtoursmpolytechnic dan bagaimana konten tersebut memengaruhi keputusan mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali pemahaman mendalam mengenai fenomena ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden aktif mengikuti akun Instagram @batamtoursmpolytechnic dan merasa konten yang disajikan memengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk mendaftar di BTP. Sebanyak (75,9%) responden menganggap postingan Instagram berpengaruh besar atau sangat besar dalam keputusan pendaftaran, dan 92,3% mengikuti akun tersebut sebelum mendaftar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa konten Instagram berperan signifikan dalam keputusan pendaftaran dan menawarkan peluang untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dengan calon mahasiswa melalui strategi konten yang lebih relevan dan informatif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang peran media sosial dalam keputusan akademik calon mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based meeting room reservation system at Greensa Inn & Training Center, part of the Business Development Center of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. The system development used the Waterfall methodology with Laravel 10 for the back-end and Bootstrap 5 for the front-end. The research methods included system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), as well as user-friendly interface design. The result of this system development is improved efficiency and transparency in the meeting room reservation process, allowing users to view room availability in real-time, make reservations, and manage bookings more easily. This system also supports the management and monitoring of meeting room usage by the administrators, thus enhancing accuracy and reducing schedule conflicts. This project not only provides valuable practical experience for students but also offers an innovative solution that benefits the operational efficiency of Greensa Inn & Training Center.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and workload on pro player e-sport performance through job satisfaction at Multiverse E-sport. The research method uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using SmartPLS software. The research sample amounted to 56 e-sport pro players who were taken with saturated sampling technique.The results showed that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, while workload does not have a significant effect on pro player e-sport satisfaction; (2) Motivation and workload do not have a significant effect on pro player e-sport performance; (3) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on pro player e-sport performance; (4) Satisfaction can mediate the effect of motivation on performance, but cannot mediate the effect of workload on pro player e-sport performance at Multiverse E-sport. The implication of this research is the importance of increasing pro player motivation and job satisfaction to improve their performance in the rapidly growing e-sport industry. Future research is recommended to add other variables that can affect the performance of e-sport pro players.

Abstract

Research on human resource management is highly intriguing, and employee emotional engagement can create a favorable environment for job happiness and productivity. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how leadership style and work discipline and impact employee performance. SPSS version 20 and a questionnaire for 102 respondents are used in this study. This study uses multiple linear regression techniques along with statistical analysis and quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis results for leadership style (X1) of 2.174 with a significance value of 0.032 and work discipline (X2) of 6.002 with a significance value of 0.000 were produced by researchers based on SPSS data analysis. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed a significance value of 0.000 and a score of 36.233. The conclusion of this study, the first hypothesis is that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, the second hypothesis is that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and the last hypothesis is that the two variables (leadership style, work discipline,) have a simultaneous influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur sektor tekstil dan garmen periode 2019-2023 Hasil laporan keuangan tersebut telah diuji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan dan uji determinasi dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract

Bima Sakti Bakti Persada is engaged in the production of pre-cast concrete in the form of girders and barriers. This company has problems related to the work productivity of production employees in the company. This research aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment and extrinsic motivation on the work productivity of employees in the production department of PT. Bima Sakti Bakti Persada. This type of research is quantitative with associative methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all production employees of PT. Bima Sakti Bakti Persada, numbering 50 people. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression (t test and f test). data processing with SPSS version 21 software. The results of this study found that the non-physical work environment and extrinsic motivation had a simultaneous and partial effect on the work productivity of employees in the production department of PT. Bima Sakti Bakti Persada.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Analysis of whether ROA <ROE in JII Companies in 2023. The type of research used by the researcher is quantitative descriptive with a survey method. The data used in this study is secondary data. The results of the study show ROA <ROE in companies listed on JII in 2023 as many as 24 companies, so companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) have good financial performance and are suitable for investors to invest in JII companies, especially in UNVR companies. Only 1 company has ROA> ROE, namely the ANTM company. This means that the ANTM company is not suitable to be selected as an investment because it only benefits the management, not the investors. Analysis of ROA data, it is known that the ROA level of 20% and above is only 3 companies, namely ADMR, ITMG, and UNVR where the company's large assets are owned by UNVR by 28.81% which has a high return impact. The ROA level below 20% is 22 companies. One of the smallest ROA values ​​is the MDKA company. While ROE is known that the rate of return on equity (ROE) in the UNVR company is 141.99%. This means that for every one rupiah of equity invested, UNVR will get a net profit of IDR 1.41. It turns out that the UNVR company is the highest ROE value in the JII Company in 2023.

Abstract

Steganografi telah menjadi solusi penting untuk mengamankan informasi sensitif dalam berkas yang tampak tidak mencurigakan seperti gambar atau dokumen. Makalah ini mengeksplorasi algoritma Pixel Value Differentencing (PVD) untuk menyembunyikan data rahasia dalam teks PDF, memastikan kerahasiaan tanpa menimbulkan kecurigaan. Penelitian ini menganjurkan penggunaan langkah-langkah keamanan yang kuat untuk mencegah akses yang tidak sah, menyoroti tanggung jawab organisasi dalam melindungi informasi sensitif. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem berbasis web yang menggunakan kriptografi Exclusive OR (XOR) dan steganografi PVD, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perlindungan data terhadap potensi pelanggaran dan kebocoran. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti noise pada gambar stego akibat karakteristik PDF yang disisipkan (teks, tabel, gambar), pendekatan ini secara signifikan mengurangi risiko keamanan, sehingga memperkuat langkah-langkah kerahasiaan untuk data perusahaan.

Abstract

Tourism is a key factor in income, job creation, business development, and infrastructure. Batam City, part of the Riau Islands province, lies along international shipping routes, making it a popular tourist destination in Indonesia. This research identifies the most impactful aspects of service and assesses the service factors. Using a descriptive quantitative approach. The researchers randomly took samples from customers of 4-star hotels in Batam City. The instrument used was a questionnaire containing questions about hotel services using a Likert scale. Interpretation uses the interpretation of results based on the average value and distribution of data to describe the impact of the most essential service factors and factors. The results of the study show that the 4-star hotel in Batam has had a positive effect, which means that customers are satisfied with the service provided by the hotel even though there are some minor improvements.
