Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pengalaman kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Asstro Highland Ciater. Pengalaman kerja dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor kunci yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja individu dalam lingkungan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Karyawan yang memiliki pengalaman kerja yang lebih banyak cenderung lebih cepat beradaptasi, memahami alur kerja, dan mampu mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan efektivitas mereka. Selain itu, faktor-faktor lain seperti dukungan dari rekan kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang positif juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia, serta menekankan pentingnya menghargai dan memanfaatkan pengalaman kerja karyawan sebagai aset berharga untuk mencapai kinerja optimal. Dengan demikian, perusahaan diharapkan dapat terus berinvestasi dalam pengembangan keterampilan dan pengalaman karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan.Kata Kunci: Pengalaman Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Peran Pengalaman Kerja, Asstro Highland Ciater, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an effective and responsive landing page to increase awareness and sales conversion of probiotic-prebiotic supplement products. In the competitive supplement industry, an attractive and informative landing page is key to differentiating products and encouraging consumers to make purchases. This research uses the Scrum method to develop the landing page iteratively, with a focus on testing and collecting user feedback to ensure an optimal user experience. This research is expected to support digital marketing strategies and increase the conversion of Milk Supplement Products.

Abstract

Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan program nasional yang bertujuan memberikan kebebasan kepada mahasiswa dalam memilih mata kuliah dan pengalaman belajar yang relevan dengan minat, bakat, dan kebutuhan. Salah satu hal yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan program MBKM di Universitas Adhirajasa Reswara Sanjaya (Universitas ARS) adalah kurangnya sistem informasi yang memadai dalam mendukung program tersebut. Dalam upaya memperbaiki sistem informasi yang ada dan meningkatkan pelaksanaan program MBKM di Universitas ARS, penelitian terdahulu menyarankan pengembangan sistem informasi yang lebih baik dan terintegrasi dengan baik. Pada tahapan analisis kebutuhan observasi dan wawancara merupak metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Kemudian untuk pengembangan sistem menggunakan konsep MVC dan metode agile software development. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah data dari program MBKM di Universitas ARS, rancangan sistem informasi MBKM, dan evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi yang dikembangkan. Data kegiatan dan proses bisnis direpresentasikan dalam analisa sistem berjalan. Rancangan sistem informasi disajikan melalui Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan tampilan dari user interface dari sistem informasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi MBKM dapat melakukan pengelolaan data dan informasi program MBKM dengan hasil yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kondisi Keuangan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Audit Report lag akan berpengaruh terhadap Opini Going Concern. Penelitian ini melibatkan variabel bebas yaitu Kondisi Keuangan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Audit Report lag, dan juga melibatkan variabel terikat yaitu Opini Going Concern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 16 Perusahaan Energy yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018 - 2022 dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga terdapat 16 sampel dengan 5 tahun pengamatan yaitu 2018 - 2022 (80 data observasi). Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi logistik dengan menggunakan aplikasi bantuan Eviews 12. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, membuktikan bahwa diketahui nilai McFadden R Squared yang menunjukan nilai 0,311730 atau sebesar 31,173 %. Hal ini menunjukkan variasi pemberian opini going concern dapat dijelaskan sebesar 31,173% oleh variabel kondisi keuangan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, dan audit report lag terhadap opini going concern, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 68,827% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang diluar dari penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian hipotesis parsial, diketahui kondisi keuangan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pemberian opini going concern, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemberian opini going concern, dan audit report lag tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemberian opini going concern. Secara simultan kondisi keuangan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, dan audit report lag tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemberian opini going concern. Kata Kunci : Kondisi Keuangan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Audit Report Lag, Opini Going Concern.

Abstract

Work discipline is a crucial element in building a professional and accountable institution, particularly in the judicial sector. However, problems such as tardiness, rule violations, and low individual responsibility are still prevalent. This study aims to examine the influence of emotional competence and organizational culture on employee work discipline, both directly and indirectly through moral intelligence as a mediating variable at the High Court of Palembang. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 90 permanent employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS. The findings reveal that both emotional competence and organizational culture significantly influence work discipline, either directly or indirectly through moral intelligence. In addition, moral intelligence also has a significant impact on improving employee discipline. These findings highlight the importance of developing human resources that are not only technically competent but also emotionally intelligent, supported by a positive organizational culture and strong moral values to enhance work discipline within judicial institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of halal label, eco label, environmental knowledge, religiosity, and halal green awareness on purchase intention toward halal and environmentally friendly cosmetic products among female consumers in Indonesia. The research is grounded in the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), which suggests that behavioral intention is influenced by attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, targeting users of five halal and green cosmetic brands: Somethinc, Scarlett, MS Glow, Avoskin, and Wardah. The research design involved hypothesis testing, with data collected through a cross-sectional survey using online questionnaires completed by 200 respondents. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, as well as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using JASP software. The results show that halal label, religiosity, and halal green awareness significantly affect purchase intention, while eco label and environmental knowledge have no significant effect. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for cosmetic industry stakeholders in developing marketing strategies that align with values of halal compliance and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Function Value, Price Value, Emotional Value, Social Value, and Environmental Value on Consumer Satisfaction, as well as its impact on Willingness to Pay a Premium, Repurchase Intention, Positive Word of Mouth Intention, and Customer Lifetime Value in the context of energy-saving products. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method involving 262 consumers of energy-saving products in Jakarta. The research design involved hypothesis testing, and data were collected cross-sectionally through an online questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, along with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that most dimensions of Consumer Perceived Value significantly affect Consumer Satisfaction. Furthermore, Consumer Satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty outcomes, including Willingness to Pay a Premium, Repurchase Intention, Positive Word of Mouth Intention, and Customer Lifetime Value. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for industry players in developing marketing strategies that prioritize consumer satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Competence and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Plantation Office of South Sumatra Province, both directly and indirectly through Work Motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study consisted of all 82 employees at the office, and the census method was applied, meaning the entire population was used as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results show that Competence significantly influences Work Motivation, as does Work Culture. Both Competence and Work Culture also have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Moreover, Work Motivation was found to significantly influence Employee Performance. The study further identified indirect effects, where Work Motivation partially mediates the relationship between Competence and Employee Performance, and fully mediates the relationship between Work Culture and Employee Performance.The R² value for the latent variable Work Motivation is 0.787, indicating that approximately 78.7% of the variation in Work Motivation can be explained by Competence and Work Culture, while the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Meanwhile, the R² value for Employee Performance is 0.898, suggesting that around 89.8% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by a combination of Competence, Work Culture, and Work Motivation, with the remaining 10.2% influenced by external factors outside the model. This study recommends that the Plantation Office of South Sumatra Province continue to enhance employee competence through relevant training programs, foster a disciplined and innovative work culture, and strengthen work motivation through fair reward systems, clear career development opportunities, and transparent workload distribution. These efforts are essential to improving employee performance in a sustainable and optimal manner.

Abstract

Performance-Based Budgeting (PBB) at Tk. II Hospital Dr. R. Hardjanto Balikpapan Performance-Based Budgeting (PBB) is an budgeting approach that links resource allocation with measurable performance outcomes, aiming to improve organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. This research aims to analyze how PBB is implemented at Tk. II Hospital Dr. R. Hardjanto Balikpapan (RST), identify challenges and opportunities, and determine the budgeting model applied to support the achievement of the hospital's strategic goals. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study at RST. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with relevant parties and a review of documents related to budgeting and performance reports. The research findings indicate that the implementation of PBB at RST faces several challenges, including limited understanding of the PBB concept among staff, resistance to change, lack of an integrated performance measurement system, and sub-optimal management support. However, opportunities for improvement exist through increased socialization, continuous training, development of supporting information systems, and strengthened commitment from all relevant parties. The conclusion of this research is that PBB at RST is an evolutionary process carried out gradually. The understanding of PBB is still limited among leaders and staff, but it is practically underway. The budgeting model starts with a bottom-up budget planning process, remains fixed during the budget period, and evaluations are conducted periodically through internal and external audit systems.

Abstract

The research aims to understand and analyze the influence of Training, Motivation, and Compensation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT Agri Indomas Palembang, both directly and indirectly. This study employs a non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is the selection of samples based on certain considerations according to the desired criteria to determine the number of samples to be studied. The researcher used a sample in this study based on Slovin's formula, resulting in a sample of 49 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. Hypothesis testing statistically uses SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that Training does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a p-value of 0.060, Motivation does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a p-value of 0.539, Compensation has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a p-value of 0.002, Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.032, Motivation does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.410, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.042, and Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.000. The Training variable has a positive and significant indirect effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction with a p-value of 0.058, the Motivation variable does not have a significant indirect effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction with a p-value of 0.552, and the Compensation variable has a significant indirect effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction with a p-value of 0.008. Job Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Motivation on Employee Performance but can mediate the effects of Training and Compensation on Employee Performance.
