Abstract

This research uses a survey method using primary data obtained from questionnaire. The population in this study were Head of Service Level Officials and Heads of Divisions/Fields/Sub-Departments in the Regional Government of Karanganyar Regency. The samples taken were officials at the level of Head of Service and Head of Section/Field/Sub-Department in BAPPEDA, DPPKAD and BKD in accordance with the research permit letter from the KESBANGPOLINMAS Agency. The number of samples in this research was 43 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses the t test to test the hypothesis. The research results show that: (1) Participation in budget preparation influences the performance of regional government officials and H1 is supported by statistical testing at a significance level of 0.005 (p<0.05). (2) Leadership style influences the relationship between budget preparation participation and apparatus performance and H2 is supported statistically at a significance level of 0.032 (p<0.05). This shows that leadership style acts as a moderating variable which influences the relationship between budget preparation participation and apparatus performance. (3) Task complexity influences the relationship between budget preparation participation and apparatus performance and H3 is not supported statistically at the significance level of 0.136 (p>0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Ciamis Regency. In this study, the author used a quantitative research method, including subject selection, data collection techniques (such as questionnaires, observation and interviews). With the measurement scale used in this study is Likert. With the sampling technique using the total sampling technique, namely all employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Ciamis Regency in 2019 as many as 44 people. The results of the study showed that 1). There is an influence of competence on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.767 means that the better the employee's competence, the employee's performance will increase, 2). There is an influence of motivation on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.633 means that the better the motivation, the employee's performance will increase, 3). There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.672 means that the better the work discipline, the employee's performance will increase, 4). There is an Influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.839, meaning that the better the Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline, the more effective the employee performance will be. Based on the calculation, it is known that F count 31.785> F table 3.23, so the relationship between X1, X2, X3 and Y is significant. In other words, the hypothesis proposed by the author can be accepted because it has been statistically tested.

Abstract

Companies that have good performance can be shown when they generate profits for debt financing and capital owners. To achieve this direction, management must pay attention to sales and costs. This study aims to analyze working capital, sales, production costs, operating costs, and promotion costs against net income. The independent variables analyzed include working capital, sales, production costs, operating costs, and promotion costs, while the dependent variable is net income measured by profit before tax minus income tax expense. The results of the study indicate that working capital, sales, operating costs, and promotion costs have a significant effect on net income. Meanwhile, production costs do not affect profit.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the work environment on the turnover rate at PT Spesial Gold, with the method used in this study is a qualitative approach method. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling where respondents are determined with the criteria of being employees who work at PT. Spesial Gold with customer service or sales positions. The results of interviews with respondents show that high workloads and ineffective communication are the main factors causing turnover. Poor relationships between superiors and subordinates, as well as inadequate work facilities, also contribute to employee dissatisfaction. Employees often show a desire to leave after one to two years of work, because they feel there is no career development. An uncomfortable work environment can cause stress and feelings of being unappreciated, encouraging employees to look for other opportunities. Recommendations to reduce turnover include improving internal communication, training for superiors, adjusting workloads, and providing employee welfare programs. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of management in creating a conducive work atmosphere.

Abstract

This research was an action research or a research using action research method. Data of the research was collected through observations, interview, questionnaire and documentation. The selected units of analysis were 1 business owner, 2 marketing experts, 2 computer experts and 30 consumers. EPIC Model was used as a calculation tool for design effectiveness and buying interest in this research. The results of the research showed that the video advertising that has been made was included in the very effective category. That was proved from the results of the EPIC rate calculation for the effectiveness of the video advertising design that has been made was 4,7 and the value of buying interest from the video advertising that has been made was 4,43. From that results of the research, it can be concluded that the video advertising is effective as a promotional media and able to attract consumer’s buying interest. For Kedai Kopi Kembang Malang, it is recommended to make more video contents regularly so consumers will be more interested and add other social media as promotional media such as TikTok and the others.

Abstract

The writing method used is qualitative by using action research methods. The unit of analysis of this research consisted of 2 design experts, 2 marketing experts, the owner of Blackjack Slowbar Coffeeshop Malang and 15 consumers. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews, questionnaires and documents. The EPIC Model and AIDA Model are used as measurement tools for design effectiveness and buying interest in this research. The results showed that in cycle I, the e-catalogue background theme was not used in sync with other themes and there were also some uninterested images. In the second cycle the e-catalogue is considered to be better than before with the value of the effectiveness of using the EPIC rate in the range of 4.65 which is classified as a very effective scale and the value of the effectiveness of buying interest using the AIDA rate in the range of 91% which is classified as a very effective scale. Based on the research that has been done, the conclusion that can be drawn is that using of the EPIC rate design and buying interest according to the AIDA rate guidelines is very effective. However, through this research, suggestions that can be given by researchers regarding the form of promotion that through online catalogues released on the Instagram and ShopeeFood platforms can help promote Blackjack Slowbar Coffeeshop Malang.

Abstract

The Influence of Service Quality, Customer Experience Management and Trust on User Satisfaction of KM. Makassar C2 in Samarinda under the guidance of Mr. Dr. M. Zaini, M.Si. This study aims to test and analyze whether there is a significant influence of service quality, customer experience management, and trust on user satisfaction of KM Makassar C2 services in Samarinda. This study uses a quantitative research method with sample determination using the lemeshow formula. The population used is KM Makassar C2 Service Users in Samarinda. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a total of 96 respondents from KM Makassar C2 service users. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that partially service quality and customer experience management have a significant effect on user satisfaction, then trust does not have a significant effect on user satisfaction. However, the results of simultaneous testing show that service quality, customer experience management and trust have a significant effect on user satisfaction of KM Makassar C2 services in Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Core Tax Administration System (CTAS) in Indonesia on tax revenue performance, specifically on the efficiency of employee performance at the Directorate General of Taxes through qualitative approach methods. The sample collection technique used purposive sampling where respondents were determined with the criteria of being employees at the Directorate General of Taxes with the position of Tax Executor and Counselor. Coretax, as a digital technology-based tax system, is expected to increase the transparency of tax information and strengthen the supervision mechanism in tax management. This study aims to show that the implementation of Coretax contributes significantly to increasing the effectiveness of employee performance at the Directorate General of Taxes and strengthening the ability of tax authorities to search for transaction data, reduce opportunities for fraud, and accelerate the audit process of tax cases. The results of the study show that Coretax is able to improve service performance faster, more efficiently and transparently and. However, the challenges in implementation practice from early January 2025 to the end of April 2025 still have system error problems that do not always run smoothly and a series of other technical problems, both from the user interface of taxpayers and tax officers themselves.

Abstract

This study to describe the mechanism for implementing dividend policies at the Koperasi Karyawan Tjiwi Kimia based on Law No. 25 of 1992. The focus of the research is the fair and transparent distribution of the Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) based on member participation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to depict the dividend policy implementation mechanism at the Koperasi Karyawan Tjiwi Kimia. The research subjects are it’s management, and data is obtained through interviews and documentation. Data validity is ensured through triangulation and member checks. The results show that the Koperasi Karyawan Tjiwi Kimia applies principles of open membership, democratic management, member economic participation, community concern, profit orientation, and socio-economic welfare. The Koperasi Karyawan Tjiwi Kimia’s functions include economic empowerment of members, provision of goods and services, skill development, and security control. The research finds that SHU is divided into several parts: 60% for members, with the remainder allocated for reserves, management/employees, social purposes, and education. Factors influencing dividend policies include financial performance, decisions from the Annual General Meeting or Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT), and capital reserve.

Abstract

This study examines the application of Immanuel Kant's ethical principles in the use of autonomous technology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the academic domain. AI technology has significantly impacted academic efficiency and innovation but has also raised serious ethical challenges, such as algorithmic bias, dependency on technology, and threats to privacy and transparency. Using a Kantian ethical approach, this research identifies key issues and proposes an ethical framework that places justice, transparency, and respect for human dignity at the core of the design and implementation of autonomous technologies. The findings indicate that algorithmic bias can exacerbate academic inequities, while excessive reliance on AI risks diminishing the critical and creative capabilities of academics. Additionally, privacy and accountability in the management of academic data emerge as major concerns requiring ethically grounded policy interventions. This study also highlights the need for a new paradigm ensuring that autonomous technologies uphold humanistic values in academic settings, such as inclusivity, intellectual autonomy, and justice.
