Abstract

In a government agency or organization, it is one that requires serving the community well, community satisfaction is one of the factors to assess whether an agency or organization is good or not, work ability and service quality are the ones that can assess whether or not the community feels satisfied. This research aims to determine the effect of work ability and service quality on community satisfaction at the Ciruas District Office, Serang Regency. This research uses the literature review method, which is a research method used to collect, compile and synthesize existing research results. The research results in the study show that work ability influences community satisfaction, service quality influences community satisfaction, and work ability and service quality together influence community satisfaction.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a strategic role in supporting the increase in customer loyalty as one of the indicators of business success. Customer loyalty is not only influenced by the quality of products or services, but also by the interactions carried out by employees in various business lines, such as customer service, sales, and marketing. Customer service-oriented employee training is an important aspect of this strategy. By providing the right training, employees can better understand a customer's needs, respond effectively, and create a positive, memorable experience. In addition, the development of a corporate culture that focuses on superior service and employee empowerment also contributes to increased work motivation, which has a direct impact on the quality of interactions with customers.

Abstract

The phenomenon of digital transformation in MSMEs can be observed from several aspects, including: resource challenges during digital transformation because transformation, like any change, requires resources. Another phenomenon is organizational barriers: such as limited digital literacy, resistance to change, lack of skilled labor, limited capital, infrastructure, and technological barriers due to lack of knowledge. Apart from that, the lack of managerial support, a limited digital ecosystem, as well as concerns about data security and trust in technology are also obstacles. The technique for analyzing data in this research uses a literature review study. The research results show that there are multiple opportunities and attention for MSMEs, where there is a special need for MSMEs to carry out digital transformation in order to increase business competitiveness and expand market share. With digital transformation, the processes and operations of product downstreaming from producers to consumers will increase, speed of service, better trust, secure data exchange platforms, but also an opportunity for digital transformation to increase competitive advantage and expand market reach, increase operational efficiency. because it reduces time and costs for business activities, and increases market access.

Abstract

“Teh Kaling” is a drink that combines the iconic taste of tea with kolang kaling topping. Kolang kaling is processed from half ripe palm fruit that has been burned of boiled. Apart from creating viable business results in terms of management, marketing, financial, operational and environmental impact aspects. The research was also carried out to show that kolang kaling can be used as a main topping in tea drinks. The data obtained comes from market surveys and interviews with potential consumers. This business has high prospects, considering that kolang kaling has high nutritional value and is unique in combining it with fresh tea drink.

Abstract

A very supportive work environment and effective communication can create a very conducive culture. This research aims to analyze how a positive work culture can influence employee loyalty. And what strategies can be implemented in a company that aims to build a better work environment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare how PT Indonesia Nippon Saiki and PT Gaji Pintar Indonesia assess performance using a rating scale based on behavior (BARS). The BARS method was chosen because it can describe specific behaviors to provide a more objective and measurable assessment. The research was conducted through questionnaires and interviews with employees and managers from both companies. The analysis results indicate that the implementation of BARS at PT Indonesia Nippon Saiki is more structured and consistent. In contrast, the implementation of BARS at PT Gaji Pintar Indonesia tends to be more flexible but less systematic. These findings provide insights into the effectiveness of the BARS method in improving the quality of performance evaluations and offer recommendations for the best method to be applied in companies. It is hoped that this research will help other companies use better performance evaluation methods.

Abstract

The Influence of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction of J&T Express Sibuhuan Service Users, Padang Lawas Regency. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction among J&T Express Sibuhuan users. The research was conducted with service quality as the independent variable and consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved a population of 150,474 and a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, and data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis utilized SPSS version 21 for validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression, partial tests (t-tests), and determination tests. The findings indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, with a t-value of 2.272, exceeding the t-table value of 1.661 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination is 0.350, suggesting that service quality influences consumer satisfaction by 35%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work facilities on the performance of CV Alif Media Informatika employees. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this study were employees at CV Alif Media Informatika. The sample in this study was 32 employees with a sampling technique using saturated sampling. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the partial t test results of work discipline and work facilities variables influence the performance of CV Alif Media Informatics employees. The results of the F test simultaneously work discipline and work facilities influence the performance of CV Alif Media Informatics employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work communication, competence, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this study were 36 employees of PT Indo Putra Harapan Sukses. The sample in this study was 36 employees with a sampling technique using saturated sampling. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the results of the t test partially show the variables of communication, competence, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of PT Indo Putra Harapan Sukses Makmur employees. Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of Village Assets in Lembang Tondon Matallo, Tondon District, North Toraja Regency. This research includes qualitative research with data collection methods using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the management of Village Assets in Lembang Tondon Matallo has not been optimal. Of the series of stages in Village Asset Management, there are still several stages that have not been implemented by employees in Lembang, such as the asset security stage where there are still assets in the form of land and buildings that do not yet have land certificates because they have not been handed over. Apart from that, another Village Asset Management stage that has not been implemented by Lembang is asset write-off, where assets that have experienced depreciation and no longer have value are still recorded in the village asset report.
