Abstract

Method is a method used by an educator in applying learning in the classroom. The learning will be up to or accepted by the student/i if using appropriate methods. There are many learning methods used by educators, one of which is the singing method. Mts Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah Tembung applies the method of learning Arabic with a singing method. This study uses qualitative methods and the results obtained are the results of observations made by researchers. The singing method is able to foster the spirit of students/i Mts Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah Tembung in following learning. The method used is also effective which makes the student/i understand the learning material.

Abstract

Arabic is a language that every Muslim must learn. Islamic-based madrasahs make Arabic a compulsory subject. There are problems in learning Arabic in this Madrasah, namely many of the students when learning Arabic students feel bored, the assumption that Arabic is a difficult subject to learn, the lack of knowledge of mufrodat in students, and Arabic language learning that is less structured. The method used in compiling the study of this journal discussion is a qualitative method by conducting observations for research and library research sourced from books, journals and other articles as supporting references. There are internal and external factors that cause the emergence of Arabic learning problems. The internal factors are learning methods, media or facilities, student motivation, and learning resources used during the learning process. While the external factors are the environment and the absence of Madrasah programs on lesson plans. The efforts in overcoming this problem will be presented in the discussion.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem that was found that there were still many students lacking training in writing Arabic, especially in imla'. Therefore, research was carried out on the analysis of word writing errors using the imla' al-masmu' method which aims to describe the forms of errors and the causes of errors in writing Arabic at the student level. The type of this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with analysis applying the Rusydi Ahmad Tha'imah method, divided into three stages, namely three steps, namely error recognition (Ta'rif Al-Khatha'), exposure and error data (Tausif Al-Khata') along with the interpretation and explanation of errors (Tafsir Al-Khata') in the documentation results of Arabic language education students 1 Stambuk 2021 UINSU, totaling 33 documentations. This research collects data by applying methods, namely documentation, observation and interviews. The results of this research show that imla' errors were made 6 times. These types of errors include errors in identifying the sounds of Arabic letters, errors in connecting letters, errors in the use of tanwin, errors in the use of ta' marbutha, errors in the use of mad, errors in writing the hijaiyah form. The factors that cause errors in writing Arabic are the reader's lack of clarity in pronouncing the letters, dictating too quickly and students not really understanding the rules of imla' well

Abstract

Learning Arabic is learning a foreign language which is known to be very difficult for beginner students to learn, even though in reality learning Arabic is easy. Any language learning requires a strategy in the learning process, and Arabic language learning strategies are an important approach in facilitating the process of mastering Arabic by students. This research aims to investigate various strategies that can be used in the context of learning Arabic, as well as their impact on achieving learning objectives. The research method used was descriptive qualitative involving a literature review to identify various learning strategies that have been proposed and implemented in Arabic language learning. The research results show that the strategy used is direct. Therefore, Arabic teachers need to understand the learning profile of each student and develop strategies accordingly. By understanding and applying these various Arabic language learning strategies, it is hoped that students can achieve a high level of fluency in communicating using Arabic, strengthen cultural understanding, understand the Al-Quran, hadith, or Arabic books, and improve their abilities in various communicative contexts.

Abstract

Islamic education is an important aspect in forming a person's personality and spiritual understanding. In this context, philosophy of language plays a central role in understanding the nature of religious teachings and Islamic values. The study of philosophy of language is not limited to linguistic analysis, but also includes philosophical implications in the context of Islamic education.Understanding the philosophy of language allows you to delve deeper into the meaning of the verses of the Quran and Hadith and understand that language is the most important tool for communicating Islamic values.Therefore, the purpose of this article is to explain the relevance and contribution of language philosophy in the development of curriculum and teaching methods in Islamic education, thereby creating a deeper and more meaningful learning environment.

Abstract

The study of Arabic language there are four basic skills that must be mastered and the four skills are often heard as maharah, in Arabic language learning has four maharah namely istima' (listening), kalam (speaking), qira'ah (reading), and kitabah (writing). The purpose of this study is to provide an overview to students and teachers about the importance of learning maharah kitabah to Arabic writing. This research uses qualitative research methods and literature review studies. Maharah kitabah is a skill that focuses a person in writing hijaiyah letters from what he thinks from simple things to become an essay or rewrite the writing they have read into a book by following the rules of Arabic writing that are appropriate and relevant. The conclusion in the research that researchers found that the knowledge of students in class X.16 kinesthetic Man 1 Medan is still very lacking regarding the rules of maharah kitabah.

Abstract

Calligraphy is a beautiful and correct way of writing Arabic in accordance with the rules of writing. The science of calligraphy is not only concerned with the beauty of writing, but also concerned with the correctness of writing in accordance with the rules of writing. while Maharah Kitabah or writing skill is the ability to express, express and describe ideas, thoughts, and ideas in written form. Between learning calligraphy is very closely related to writing skills or maharah kitabah, so that from this linkage learning calligraphy has a great influence on maharah kitabah or writing skills. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out what influences arise from learning calligraphy on Maharah Kitabah. This research is qualitative by using literature study using descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that the influence of learning calligraphy on maharah kitabah or writing skills, including improving Arabic writing according to the rules of writing, and learning calligraphy can beautify Arabic writing, so that writing has aesthetic and spiritual values, and also trains someone to describe his ideas and thoughts in a structured written form.

Abstract

There are several types of techniques to improve the understanding of al-Kitabah, one of which is khat (calligraphy). Khat is the process of writing neatly, beautifully, so that in learning khat students not only write letters and form words and sentences, but also touch on aesthetic or beautiful aspects, so that it makes them comfortable and at home to continue writing. Therefore, the aim of learning khat is so that students are skilled at writing Arabic letters and sentences correctly and beautifully. The aim of this research is the importance of maximizing calligraphy in improving maharatul kitabah (writing ability) in Arabic. The results of this research are improving the ability to write (maharatul kitabah) in Arabic script, as well as improving the way of writing Arabic letters by studying calligraphy. As is known, calligraphy is the art of beautiful writing. By studying calligraphy, you can easily improve your Arabic writing to be better and in accordance with the rules of Arabic writing.

Abstract

Calligraphy is an art that can convey information to people who see it, both in terms of information from the past and information from Allah SWT because calligraphy is also found in the verses of the Koran. Calligraphy is also Arabic writing which has special rules for making letters, connecting letters, and also composing words and sentences and this is also a work of hand art that has its own beauty value. The method that the author used in this research was literature study and interviews with several informants or respondents who were several people from class XI at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Literature study was carried out by taking references from several books, journals, theses and several other references. The importance of calligraphy in the context of Arabic language education, both as a means of developing Islamic art, strengthening cultural identity, and beautiful writing skills. Based on the results of the author's research, it shows that Arabic calligraphy does not exist at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan, therefore some students' Arabic writing is still not good. However, for some students, their writing is already good because they are self-taught. That is why calligraphy lessons are both important and not according to some students

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools also develop systems in various fields, including personality development, social development, academic development and competency development. In addition, pesantren also offer learning and training courses to their students, including calligraphy training. This activity not only greatly influences the activities of students, not only meets aesthetic needs, but can also increase student creativity. In addition, it can generate material income (self-employed) from calligraphy works. They make it in various beautiful shapes so that it attracts people's interest because of its high selling price. This research uses the Library Research method or library research. The data obtained was then analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a positive correlation/relationship between the implementation of the Islamic boarding school system and training in the art of calligraphy with the life skills of students at the Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School. so that it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of the pondok system and calligraphy art training with the level of life skills of the students.
