Abstract

This article describes the implementation of lecturer service in providing scientific writing training material for students of Universitas Islam Indragiri, STMIK Indragiri, and STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan. This training is important to add insight into scientific writing techniques in this case writing scientific articles in scientific journals. The partner's problem is that there are still many students who find it difficult to compile or make good scientific articles. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to make it easier for students and increase their understanding because they will not be separated from writing scientific papers. The implementation of this activity is hybrid (online and offline) and uses lecture and practice methods or accompanied independent assignments for several weeks. The participants who participated in this training were 76 students. This training was welcomed enthusiastically by partners, namely students from 3 (three) universities in Indragiri Hilir Regency. This service activity shows its success, it is proven that there are several students who have succeeded in collaborating in writing scientific papers in the form of journal articles that have been successfully published in several unaccredited and accredited national journals. This means that the proof of performance from the results of this assisted self-assignment is the achievement of the success of this activity. Furthermore, it is recommended to conduct continuous training to hone students' abilities in writing and creating scientific papers.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is currently very rapid, almost every field of human life is dealing with information and communication technology, such as the social, political, cultural and economic fields; including in buying and selling transactions of society to be faster, easier and safer. People who want to buy their necessities of life only trade on digital or application-based. Based on the activities that have been carried out, namely training through digital marketing workshops for business actors, it can be concluded that this community service activity has been successfully carried out in a useful manner and in line with the goals of community service. This success is evidenced by the enthusiasm of business actors through an interesting question and answer process

Abstract

The beach is an interesting place as a place to do activities outside the home. The beauty of the beach must always be maintained so that comfort can still be obtained for everyone who visits it. The beach becomes a comfortable place if it is kept clean. East Pohgading Village is a place for tourism activities such as marine tourism, supporting facilities and white sandy beaches that are in great demand by tourists to visit. Public awareness, especially beach visitors at Kerakat Timur Pohgading Village, will maintain the cleanliness of the beach area and there is a need for public awareness in disposing of garbage in places that are not scattered around the beach. This community service activity aims to inspire visitors and traders on Kerakat beach to care about the environment. A well-maintained environment will be a good legacy for the next generation. Survey The results of the on-site research show that visitors understand waste and dispose of waste in its place.

Abstract

The increase in the number of accidents is caused by human error. The aim of the cadets' activities as agents of the Indonesian Youth Road Safety Warrior is to receive and continue driving safety material through campaign activities. The method is direct socialization. The target of the campaign is 35 students from State High School 1, Kediri, Tabanan-Bali. Before implementation, cadets took part in driving safety training in Sidoarjo, accompanied by instructors from Astra Honda Motor and Bali Land Transportation Polytechnic Lecturers. Furthermore, the material is distributed through driving safety campaigns. Material includes inspection, equipment, body posture when driving, and accident factors. The implementation of the campaign takes the form of providing a pretest, material, posttest, and practice in the field. The results obtained showed that the cadets were able to receive and transmit the driving safety material well. The students' enthusiasm was visible, and there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores using the Wilcoxon test. Increasing student understanding is an indication of the success of the cadets' role as Indonesian Youth Road Safety Warrior agents.

Abstract

Pembelian Sapi secara kolektif sebanyak 7 orang per ekor sapi yang akan dijadikan hewan qurban di tahun 2023 (1444 H) ternyata mampu meningkatkan keikutsertaan masyarakat RW014 dalam berqurban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan cara yang ditempuh DKM Al Muhajirin Perumahan Cileungsi Hijau dalam meningkatkan keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam berkurban. Metode yang dilakukan adalah descriptive kualitatif . Didapatkan hasil bahwa keikutsertaan masyarakat Perumahan Cileungsi Hijau RW014 dan sekitaranya dalam berkurban Sapi dan kambing di tahun 2023 meningkat 62% dibandingkan keikutsertaan Masyarakat di tahun 2020. Tercatat warga yang ikut serta dalam berqurban ditahun 2023 sebanyak 124 orang berupa 14 ekor Sapi (setara dengan peserta qurban 98 orang) dan 26 ekor kambing yang setara dengan peserta qurban 26 orang

Abstract

Kematian ibu disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor risiko yang terjadi dimulai dari fase sebelum hamil yaitu pada wanita usia subur yang mengalami anemia, obesitas, tuberculosis, kurang energi kronis, dan lain–lain. Berdasarkan Riskesdas tahun 2018 didapatkan data bahwa persentase ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia sebesar 48,9 %. Dari jumlah persentase anemia pada ibu hamil mengartikan bahwa sekitar 5 dari 10 ibu hamil di Indonesia mengalami anemia. Tujuan penyuluhan ini yaitu Ibu hamil mengetahui manfaat mengkonsumsi makanan gizi seimbang untuk mencegah terjadinya anemua selama proses kehamilan. Metode penyuluhan ini menggunakan media PPT, leaflet, banner, demonstrasi makanan gizi seimbang dan kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan. Hasil kegiatan yang didapat dari kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan di Posyandu Edelweis yaitu sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan 18% ibu hamil memahami dengan baik tentang gizi seimbang untuk pencegahan anemia. Setelah diberikan materi terkait Gizi seimbang terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil yaitu terdapat 88% ibu memahami terkait Gizi seimbang. Untuk mencegah terjadinya anemia pada ibu hamil selain disebabkan karena kekurangan zat besi diharapkan tenaga kesehatan lebih rutin memberikan penyuluhan mengenai gizi seimbang dan konsumsi tablet Fe. Ibu hamil juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadarannya untuk mengkonsumsi makanan dengan gizi seimbang dan tablet Fe minimal minum 90 tablet Fe selama hamil.

Abstract

Pasca pandemi Covid-19, saat ini masyarakat mulai back to nature sebagai alah satu upaya menjaga kesehatan agar tidak rentan sakit. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan berbagai sektor terdampak seperti pendidikan. Anak-anak sekolah mengalami dampak nyata akibat pandemi Covid 19 sehingga pemebalajaran yang diterima kurang maksimal. Masyarakat yang telah menyesuaikan diri setelah masa pandemi terutama anak-anak yang telah kembali menerima pembelajaran tatap muka perlu mendapatkan edukasi terkait dengan kesehatan. Fenomena mengkonsumsi obat tradisional dimasyarakat perlu diedukasi kepada anak-anak disekolah. Upaya pemberian edukasi tentang obat herbal maupun obat modern dapat dilakukan disekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang dengan melakukan penyuluhan tentang penggolongan obat herbal dan obat modern. Abstract

This qualitative research aims to explore the impact of Indonesian children's song singing activities at RA Uswatun Hasanah, Sumedang, on the character formation of young children. This activity focuses on introducing Indonesian children's songs which contain moral messages and positive values. In this activity, the researcher also described the atmosphere and reactions of the children when participating. The research results show that this activity has great potential in helping build the character of young children in an interactive and meaningful way. The children responded positively to this activity and felt they knew more about Indonesian songs and their meanings. In conclusion, the activity of singing children's songs at RA Uswatun Hasanah has a positive impact in introducing Indonesian cultural values, fostering a sense of togetherness, and building children's characters such as the greatness of God, a sense of humility, recognition of numbers and colors, safety, love. affection, as well as social interaction. Future research can further explore the long-term impact of this activity on the character formation of young children and other aspects that may be affected.

Abstract

Technology-based learning media is one of the important things in learning Mathematics and Science in schools. It aims to create a fun, creative and innovative learning atmosphere so as to increase student motivation and learning outcomes. One of the learning media for Mathematics and Science that is often used is the GeoGebra application, which is the application of Mathematics in the study of geometry and algebra. However, previous data and research show that there is still a lack of mastery of Mathematics and Science teachers in using the software, especially in the location of service partners, namely in Darunnajah elementary, junior high, and high school schools, Jakarta. Therefore, the service proposed to carry out service in the form of training on the use of the GeoGebra application for teachers as a solution to these problems. The service activities ran smoothly, both in terms of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This is shown by the results of a two-way evaluation between service and service partners. Participants are able to answer and practice directly the material presented in the evaluation session. In addition, based on the answers to the satisfaction / approval questionnaire, the participants' satisfaction with the activities carried out reached a fairly high average, reaching 87.80%.

Abstract

Abstrak Artikel berusaha mengulas pendampingan belajar bahasa Arab dengan metode lecture pada masa pandemi di MI NU Thoriqotus Sa’diyah di Desa Colo Kabupaten Kudus. Penelitian menyimpulkan: bahwa ketika pandemi virus Covid 19, pembelajaran bahasa arab bagi anak-anak MI NU Thoriqutus Sa’diyah di desa colo kab kudus mestilah tetap diadakan meski dengan banyak keterbatasan. Anak didik tidak hanya bisa mendapatkan transfer ilmu pengetahuan dari guru saja, akan tetapi bisa memperoleh wawasan lewat buku-buku lain, diskusi bersama teman-teman dengan handphone ataupun dengan secara tatap muka bisa namun harus berjaga jarak. Hal ini sangat bermanfaat guna mengatasi kejenuhan peserta didik dimana mereka banyak waktu luang saat pandemic covid 19. Penelitian merekomendasikan, diperlukan dukungan kebijakan, komitmen tinggi dan pandangan dari pihak sekolah ataupun orang tua agar proses pembelajaran dapat tetap dijalankan dalam berbagai situasi. Starategi dan meode yang sesuai diperlukan guna memastikan proses belajar tetap berjalan dalam berbagai keadaan.
