Abstract

The world of education is currently facing a serious problem that occurs to students, namely bullying, which of course has a bad influence on them. This bullying affects the victim to the point of affecting their mental state, causing the perpetrator to act arbitrarily towards the victim. The perpetrator who carries out this action can endanger the physical and emotional health of the victim. The impacts on the victim can be sadness, stress, and mental health disorders, as well as increased anger, and the most deadly of bullying situations is suicide. The purpose of this activity is to educate the school community in general, and students in particular, about various forms of bullying, its dangers, and how to prevent it. Counseling, socialization, and games are used to involve students. Based on initial observations, it was found that 88% of the children, or 44 out of 50 children, had committed verbal bullying. During the activity, the children who were used as objects were fourth grade, fifth grade, and sixth grade, actively participated in activities that ultimately made them aware of the actions they had taken, namely bullying that had bad implications for other students so that they did not repeat it. This project is intended to teach children about different types of bullying behaviors to foster a peaceful and respectful school climate.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a diversity of ethnicities, religions, races and cultures. This diversity underlines the importance of Indonesian unity, which is contained in the third principle of Pancasila. In achieving this unity, heterogeneous Indonesian people must get along well, understand each other, respect each other and accept and appreciate differences. In this study, we used desk research-type literature to collect data from reliable sources, prioritizing literature search over other functions. This research strategy uses qualitative methods so that the data collected from the study findings can be conveyed in words. The diversity of religious communities is spread in various parts of Java, including in Truko Village, Kangkung Subdistrict, Kendal Regency. In Truko village there are various Islamic organizations such as Nahdhatul Ulama (NU), Muhammadiyah, Persis, and LDII, with the majority having a Nahdlatul Ulama background which is synonymous with traditional Islam. Polaman hamlet, Truko Village, Kangkung Subdistrict, Kendal Regency becomes an interesting thing about religious tolerance because in this hamlet NU and Muhammadiyah followers live in a harmonious atmosphere, and even harmony is also shown by Muslims and Javanese Christians. Adherents of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah can actually work together and do not see the different status of the religion they adhere to.

Abstract

Religious organizations have a very important role in developing education, especially in rural areas. Through the various educational programs and institutions they have established, religious organizations not only improve the quality of formal education, but also play a role in shaping the character and moral values of the younger generation. Therefore, through this article we will discuss the role of religious organizations in developing education in villages. This community service program is implemented using the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. ABCD was built based on the principles put forward by John McKnight and Jody Kretzmann who are also the founders of The Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) Institute. An asset-based approach helps communities see the reality of internal conditions and possible changes that can be made. In general, religious organizations have a very important role in basic education in Kranggan village. They not only provide access to education but also play a role in shaping children's character and personality through education based on religious values.
