Abstract

This research examines the role of family quality time in dealing with children with special needs (ABK) from the perspective of John 9:2-3. Based on analysis of the text, this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with library study methods to collect and analyze data from various relevant sources. The results of the discussion show that children with special needs are God's initial creation, and there is a need for a deep understanding of human diversity and rejection of stigmatization related to children's conditions. In this context, the role of the family is very important in supporting, protecting and treating children with special needs with appropriate love and respect. The perspective of John 9:2-3 shows that the physical or mental condition of children with special needs is not the result of sin, but is an opportunity to demonstrate God's power and demonstrate God's love and deep concern for children. Therefore, implementing the role of family quality time involves several approaches, including giving full attention when together, involving children in family activities, and reading and meditating on the Bible together. So, this approach has great potential to promote the well-being and development of children with special needs, as well as strengthen healthy and inclusive intrafamilial relationships. Thus, the role of family quality time in dealing with children with special needs is important morally and spiritually, as well as in forming a strong foundation for children's growth and happiness in the family context.

Abstract

It was found that there were still many irregularities in school financial management which resulted in the school financial system being unsystematic. The aim of this research is to find out how the school financial transparency system works to create a smart school with a management system with good integrity based on the construction of Christian education. The research method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results show that if financial transparency can be implemented well, many parties will benefit and schools will gain good accountability. It is hoped that with this research, more schools will be able to implement school financial transparency.

Abstract

Humans are social creatureswho need interaction with other people to build their lives. Shared life emphasizes love that comes from God. People are not only involved in certain communities, people must also be more involved in the life of the Church. Their involvement in Church life is about how they actively participate in strengthening their spiritual bond with God. The advancement of digital technology in society has caused many people to utilize modern technology in carrying out catechetical activities because of the importance of building society’s faith in the digital era. Learning catechesis with various new services, both for the general public and small groups, will facilitate and encourage their ability to understand technology and their faith in God. Catechesis is a systematic and planned process in pastoral activities, catechesis has its own goal, namely to maintain, develop and mature the faith of the people through a systematic and planned teaching process so that people will increasingly live in the fullness of their faith in Jesus Christ and live according to his will (cf. CT. arts 20-21). The experience of using social media generally provided benefits for who felt they gained insight and were strengthened in the religious identity of the people. People see social media as a means to apostolic role with various spiritual content.

Abstract

Christian religioun education regarding values ​​and ethics must be able to guide and develop the character and ethical values ​​according to what is taught in the Bible, for students at school have the right foundation from an early age. The method used is an analytical method that analyzes problems using qualitative methods with a study approach. This research relates to data or written material that is appropriate to the topic of discussion. Christ's character education method given to children is not just theoretical, but as parents directly and automatically become teachers who must teach noble values ​​in the family and provide and share role models for children to emulate. Character education is a system of instilling and developing character values ​​in children which includes knowledge, awareness or will, and actions to implement these values, both towards God, oneself, others, the environment and nationality so that they become virtuous human beings.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the role of digital media as a supporter of Church mission services. Digital media is utilized as one of the facilities for church services and digital media is also a challenge for every church. An optimistic attitude is a real attitude that needs to be instilled and carried out by every church as an effort to improve and achieve service goals and quality. Descriptive qualitative method is a research method through literature research used by the author in conducting research. Literature studies are used by the author as a target to provide a sense of awarness and optimism for the progress of media in the world and the church in seeing and making an opportunity not a threat. The results of the discussion and research provide input to a pastor and every congregational leader in a church regarding what things must be improved and improved optimally to utilize digital media that is and continues to develop in supporting church services and spreading the gospel throughout the world.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the Problem Based Learning Method on the learning activity of Christian Religious Education and Ethics students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Pagaran for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence of the Problem Based Learning method on the learning activity of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pagaran for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative method with an inferential descriptive type, with a population of all grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pagaran totaling 176 people with a sample of 35 people. The data collected by a closed questionnaire was 45 items. The questionnaire trial was carried out to 30 students at SMP Negeri 3 Pagaran, and so on the questionnaire was valid and reliable. The results of the analysis of the value of rcal=0.486> rtable=0.334 and that tcal=3.655> ttable=2.042 show that there is a relationship between the Problem Based Learning method and the learning activity of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pagaran Academic Year 2023/2024 and obtained a simple regression equation, namely Ŷ = 32.44=0.34X. The hypothesis test was obtained Fcal > Ftable, which was 12.96 > 1.62, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the Problem Based Learning Method on the Learning Activity of Grade VIII Students of SMP Negeri 3 Pagaran for the 2023/2024 Academic Year of 23.61%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the personality competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning discipline of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sidamanik in the 2023/2024 academic year. Quantitative research method with inferential statistics, because the research conducted is a sample study and the results are applied to the population. The population is all class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sidamanik who are Protestant Christians, consisting of 185 students and a sample of 46 people was determined using random sampling. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of the data analysis study obtained: a) Test of influence rcount = 0.399 > rtable = 0.291; b) Significance test tcount = 2.904 > ttable = 2.021; c) Regression equation Ŷ = -1.0477327 + 1.15131265X; d) The coefficient of determination test shows that the effect is 15.9%; e) Hypothesis test obtained Fcount = 8.35 > Ftable = 3.23 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the personality competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning discipline of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sidamanik in the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the positive and significant relationship between the PAK Teacher Personality Competition and Ethics and Student Behavior in grade V of SDN 173551 Laguboti for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population is the entire class V students of SD Negeri 173551 Laguboti which totals 54 people and this study is a population study. Data was collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 39 items, namely 19 items for variable X and 20 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between teacher personality competence and the behavior of grade V students of SD Negeri 173551 Laguboti for the 2023/2024 academic year, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) A positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0,559 > rtabel(a=0,05,n=54) = 0,226 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) A significant relationship test obtained a value of tcal thitung= 4,856 > ttabel(a=0,05,dk=n-2=52)=2,000 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Thus Ha is accepted and H0¬ which says there is no relationship is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of the Mastery Learning model on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education of Class XI Students of SMK Negeri 1 Siborong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive inferential statistical research method. The population is all class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Siborong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, totaling 367 people and a sample of 56 people is determined, which is 15% of the population. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 40 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Mastery Learning model on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education of Class XI Students of SMK Negeri 1 Siborong Borong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.525> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 56) = 0.226 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 4.529> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 54) = 2.000 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="19","48"+0.70X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 27.5%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount> Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=22, dk denominator=n-2=56-2=54) which is 20.49> 1.39. Thus Ha, namely there is a positive and significant influence of the Mastery Learning learning model on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education of Class XI Students of SMK Negeri 1 Siborong Borong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Contextual Learning on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education in grade V of SD Negeri 173551 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with the statistics of the Pre-Experimental The One Shot Case Study. The population is all grade V students of SD Negeri 173551 Laguboti which totals 54 people and a sample of 48 people is determined using the Slovin formula. Data was collected with a questionnaire of 30 items. The results of data analysis showed that there was an influence of Contextual Learning on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education in grade V of SD Negeri 173551 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The analysis requirements test is t table = 2.021 > t cal = 3.022 > t table = 2.021. It is known that the tcount value is in the area of rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Contextual Learning on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education in grade V of SD Negeri 173551 Laguboti for the 2024/2025.
