Abstract

Leadership is a universal attribute that can be found practically in many situations and all walks of life that involves communities and various different types of culture. Within this context, a Leader has the most important role in the area of organization related leadership, with a task and role to determine the success and or failure of the organization he or she is leading. So the question that needs to be asked within this context is, what kind of Leader and leadership that is relevant in leading an organization in the XXI Century for the Millennial Generation? In order to answer this question, this article is given the title Human Capital 4.0 Leader and Global Leadership in the Millennial Era, outlines an idea that leadership and Leaders that is relevant for the Millennial Era is the type of leadership that gives an example of a Leader who is also an entrepreneur, have the qualification and understanding in the area of Human Capital 4.0, where these ideas will be discussed further within two main topics, which is: First, A Leader Who Also an Entrepreneur, and Two, Global Leadership and a Human Capital 4.0 Leader in the Millennial Era.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK: Kepemimpinan adalah gejala universal yang dapat ditemukan di segala tempat, dan semua waktu, dalam semua bentuk masyarakat dan kebudayaan. Dalam kaitan ini, Pemimpin memiliki tempat yang utama dalam kepemimpinan, dengan tugas dan peran yang menentukan keberhasilan atau kegagalan organisasi yang dipimpinnya. Dalam hubungan ini dipertanyakan, kepemimpinan dan Pemimpin macam apa dan macam bagaimana yang diperlukan dalam memimpin organisasi pada Abad XXI bagi Generasi Milenial? Abstract

This study was aimed to investigate the implementation of Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model applied by Christian religious education teachers in improving grade 7 students’ learning creativity at SMP 3 Sipoholon. The participants were 23 junior high school students. Observation sheet was used to collect data. The following data analysis was conducted, namely data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion. The result of study revealed that students’ learning creativity has increased in the first cycle, reached 26.96%. It was applied 64% of the expected and was in the sufficient category. In the second cycle, students’ learning creativity reached 64.35% and had increased 37.39%. it was applied 80% of the expected and was in the strong category. Finally, students’ learning creativity in the third cycle reached 80,87% and had increased 16.52%. It was applied 96% of the expected and was in the stronger category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model can improve the creativity of Christian religious education learning among junior high school students.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Jigsaw oleh Guru PAK Untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Belajar Siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Sipoholon. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VII yang berjumlah 23 siswa, dan objek penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw. Dalam pengambilan data, teknik yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari data hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I kreativitas belajar siswa mencapai 26,96%, pada siklus II kreativitas belajar siswa mencapai 64,35% mengalami peningkatan 37,39%, dan pada siklus III kreativitas belajar siswa mencapai 80,87% mengalami peningkatan sebesar 16,52%. Untuk penerapan model pembelajaran jigsaw yang diterapkan oleh guru PAK mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I diterapkan 64% dari yang diharapkan dan berada pada kategori cukup. Pada siklus II diterapkan 80% dari yang diharapkan dan berada pada kategori kuat. Pada siklus III diterapkan 96% dari yang diharapkan dan berada pada kategori kuat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw oleh guru PAK dapat meningkatkan kreativitas belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen di kelas VII SMP Negeri Negeri 3 Sipoholon, Kecamatan Sipoholon T.P 2017/2018 dan mencapai 70-90% dari yang diharapkan.Keywords: Cooperative jigsaw learning model; student learning creativity; students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peranan Guru PAK dalam meningkatkan  komunikasi yang efektif kepada siswa kelas XI SMK negeri I Siatas Barita Tahun Pembelajaran 2017/2018. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Data tersebut diolah sesuai dengan kaidah teknik deskriftif. Seluruh siswa Kelas XI sebanyak 280 orang menjadi objek penelitian, dengan sampel 15% dari jumlah populasi yang dilakukan secara acak atau random sehingga didapat sampelnya sebanyak 42 orang dan sebagai bahan uji coba angket 10 orang diluar responden. Instrumen yang digunakan angket tertutup yang terdiri dari 25 item yang disusun sendiri oleh penulis, validitas angket diuji dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment Pearson diperoleh rhitung rtabel (0,689 -0,941)  0,632) sehingga instrumen valid dan reliabilitas diuji dengan menggunakan rumus Alpha. Uji coba menyatakan angket valid dan reliabel dengan tingkat reliabilitasnya 0, 995 terdapat pada korelasi  tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis data diperolah hasil bahwa “Peranan Guru PAK sebagai Komunikator dalam Meningkatkan  Komunikasi yang Efektifkepada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri I Siatas Barita Tahun Pembelajaran 2017/2018 berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai 3,29, dengan demikian hipotesa penelitian diterima.Kata Kunci : guru PAK, komunikasi yang efektif

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya. The method used is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 237 students and a sample taken of 25% so that the sample for this research is 59 students using Random Sampling techniques. The instrument used in this research used a closed questionnaire of 33 questions, of which 20 questionnaire items were for variable X and 20 items were for variable Y which had been tested on 33 students outside the research sample. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya. 1) Test the relationship between rcount > rtable, namely 0.574>0.226; 2) Significant test tcount>ttable, namely 5.292>2.021; 3) Determination test, namely 32.94%; 4) The regression equation is obtained from Y ̂= 14.91+0.69X ; 5) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable = (α= 0.05, dk numerator k = 19, dk denominator = n-2 = 59-2 = 57) namely 27.87> 1.40. Thus Ha, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the team quiz type active learning strategy on the active learning of Christian Religious Education and Character Education of class The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence of the team quiz type active learning strategy on the active learning of Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Raya Simalungun Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 159 people. The sample was random (random sampling), namely 40% of the total population minus 30 questionnaire test respondents, namely 40% x 129 people = 52 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.555>rtabel=0.297 and tcount=4.718>ttable=2.000 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the team quiz type active learning strategy and students' active learning in Christian Religious Education and Character. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test shows that the magnitude of the effect is 30.80%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=22.284>Ftable=3.15 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model on the learning motivation for Christian Religious Education and Character Education of class V students at SD Negeri 3 Pasar Pangururan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model on the learning motivation for Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class V students at SD Negeri 3 Pasar Pangururan for the 2023/2024 academic year. Quantitative and descriptive research methods. The population of all class V students at SD Negeri 3 Pasar Pangururan for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 62 people. This research is population research. The research instrument is a closed number. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value of rcount=0.561>rtable=0.254 shows that there is a positive influence between the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model and students' motivation to learn Christian Religious Education and Character. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test shows that the magnitude of the effect is 31.47%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=26.756>Ftable=3.15 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of the Use of Audio Visual Media by Christian Religious Education and Character Education Teachers on the Learning Activity of Grade IX Students at SMPN 4 Siborongborong in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive inferential data analysis. The population was all grade IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong totaling 206 people and a sample of 34 people was determined using the Purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 32 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Use of Audio Visual Media by Christian Religious Education and Character Education Teachers on the Learning Activity of Class IX Students at SMPN 4 Siborongborong in the 2024/2025 Academic Year as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.851> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 34) = 0.339. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 9.167> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 32) = 2.036. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Ŷ = 10.02 + 0.80X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 72.4%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 84.334 > 1.79. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of personality competence of Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers on the moral development of class V students at State Elementary School No. 030286 Parsaoran, Dairi Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. Hypothetically, there is a positive influence between the personality competence of Christian Religious Education teachers and Characteristics on the moral development of class V students at State Elementary School No. 030286 Parsaoran for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method uses a quantitative and descriptive approach. The population of all class V students at State Elementary School No. 030286 Parsaoran for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 36 people. This research is population research. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value of rcount=0.559>rtable=0.329 shows that there is a positive relationship between the personality competence of Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers and the moral development of class V students at State Elementary School No. 030286 Parsaoran for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. b) The regression equation has an influence of 31.25%. Yˆ = 50,13 + 0,51X . c) The determination test determines the magnitude of the research. It concludes that there is a positive influence of the personality competence of Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers on the moral development of class V students at State Elementary School No. 030286 Parsaoran for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of the Mastery Learning model on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education of Class XI Students of SMK Negeri 1 Siborong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive inferential statistical research method. The population is all class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Siborong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, totaling 367 people and a sample of 56 people is determined, which is 15% of the population. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 40 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Mastery Learning model on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education of Class XI Students of SMK Negeri 1 Siborong Borong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.525> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 56) = 0.226 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 4.529> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 54) = 2.000 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="19","48"+0.70X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 27.5%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount> Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=22, dk denominator=n-2=56-2=54) which is 20.49> 1.39. Thus Ha, namely there is a positive and significant influence of the Mastery Learning learning model on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education of Class XI Students of SMK Negeri 1 Siborong Borong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the Project Based Learning learning model in increasing the learning creativity of Christian Religious Education for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Purba. The method used in this research is an inferential descriptive quantitative method. The population was all class VIII students from class VIII-1 to VIII-6 who were Protestant Christians, totaling 155 people and a sample of 39 people was determined using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 34 items, namely 16 items for variable proven by data analysis as follows: 1) positive relationship test obtained value rxy = 0.488 > rtable(a=0.05,n=39) = 0.316 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y, and the value rxy 0.488 if classified into the correlation coefficient is in the medium category. 2) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of t = 3.397 > t table (a = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 37) = 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha says there is a positive relationship and the significance of the Project Based Learning model in increasing the Learning Creativity of Christian Religious Education for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Purba was accepted and H0¬ which said there was no relationship was rejected.
