Abstract

Islamic boarding schools with culture and learning activities that hold Sufistic and humanitarian values or humanism have the role of preparing cadres who have the mission of agents of change and agents of rahmatan lil alamin. This article aims to describe and analyze Sufistic values and a sense of brotherhood with the principles of humanism through religious activities and culture at the Al-Ikhlas Lumajang Islamic boarding school, Lumajang Regency, East Java. Data collection techniques were carried out utilizing observation, interviews and documentation studies.
