Abstract

The development of integrated creative economy tourism is a crucial need for regions to increase their competitiveness. Activities are implemented through preparation and planning, surveys and data collection, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and dissemination and sustainability. The results of these activities indicate that creative economy-based tourism development has significant potential to drive regional economic growth and increase regional competitiveness, through the utilization of local culture, traditional wisdom, and unique natural potential. The creative economy strengthens the tourism sector through innovative local products, thereby expanding markets and strengthening cultural identity. The implementation of creative tourism creates interactive experiences for tourists while opening up spaces for local creativity. Digital transformation is also key to modern and efficient destination promotion and management, in line with global trends in technology-based tourism. Thus, the development of integrated creative economy tourism can be a sustainable strategy to strengthen regional competitiveness in the era of globalization.

Abstract

The empowerment of MSMEs was implemented to encourage business actors to adapt to technological developments through digital transformation and social media-based marketing strategies. The implementation of the activities was carried out through the stages of preparation, implementation, mentoring and implementation, as well as evaluation and reporting. The results of the activity showed that the digital transformation training for MSMEs successfully improved participants' understanding and skills in utilizing technology and social media. During the two months of implementation, there was a significant increase in participant capabilities, with the level of understanding of digital transformation increasing from 45% to 82%. In addition, the number of MSMEs that maintain structured financial records increased from 26.6% to 90%, reflecting a shift from traditional management patterns to modern, technology-based management. In terms of marketing, MSMEs were able to develop more professional visual content, implement storytelling strategies, and utilize paid advertising. As a result, the social media engagement rate increased from 1.8% to 6.5%, accompanied by an average increase in sales of 35%.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the financial sector encourages MSMEs to adopt cashless payment systems that are more practical, secure, and efficient. The Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) is a digital payment solution that combines various payment methods into a single QR code. This community service activity was carried out in Kotamobagu City with the aim of providing information about the implementation of QRIS to MSME players so that they can understand, access, and use it in daily transactions. The methods used included lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice using QRIS accompanied by intensive guidance so that participants could truly master the technical steps. The results of the activity showed that participants understood the benefits of QRIS in simplifying transactions, increasing financial transparency, and expanding business reach through more modern digital services. With this outreach, it is hoped that MSMEs in Kotamobagu can adapt more quickly to developments in digital financial technology while increasing their competitiveness in the technology-based economy era.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the readiness and innovation of Islamic Education teachers at SDIT Sunan Averroes Berbah Yogyakarta in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly in the learning process that aligns with the principles and approaches of the curriculum. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, the learning strategies, as well as the challenges and solutions faced by Islamic Education teachers at SDIT Sunan Averroes Berbah Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is field research, with data collection techniques through direct observation in the field and interviews with relevant parties. The results show that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum by the Islamic Education teachers at the school has been running well, especially in classroom learning that emphasizes a contextual and student-centered approach. Therefore, the performance of Merdeka Curriculum implementation among Islamic Education teachers needs to be continuously encouraged and intensively guided by the principal so that the curriculum objectives and student learning outcomes can be achieved as expected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui dan menganalisis Implementasi Kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok Di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Daerah Kabupaten Morowali Utara melalui empat indikator implementasi yang digunakan sebagai fokus penelitian. Metode penelitian yakni Peineiliitiian yang diilakaukan beirsiifat deiskriiptiif yaiitu untuk meingeitahuii atau meinggambarkan keinyataan darii keijadiian yang diiteiliitii seihiingga dapat meimudahkan peinuliis untuk biisa meindapatkan data yang objeiktiif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Implementasi Kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Daerah Kabupaten Morowali Utara ditinjau dari aspek komunikasi telah disosialisasikan ke seuruh pegawai dan stake holder terkait namun masih belum terlaksana secara maksimal. Pendayagunaan sumber daya kebijakan dalam Implementasi Kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Daerah Kabupaten Morowali Utara sudah cukup tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang menunjang pada pelaksanaan Implementasi PERDA Nomor 1 Tahun 2016. Namun pada aspek ketersediaannya fasilitas kawasan khusus bagi orang merokok belum tersedia sehingga dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan masih kurang maksimal. Sikap atau disposisi implementor dalam mensosialisasikan dan melaksanakan kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Daerah Kabupaten Morowali Utara, belum berjalan dengan maksimal, tidak konsistennya penegakan aturan larangan merokok di Kawasan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Daerah Kabupaten Morowali Utara baik bagi seluruh pegawai maupun tamu yang datang.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine how the purchase of Maybelline lip products is influenced by Augmented Reality (AR) Virtual Try On and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), particularly among students at public universities in Medan City. This research is motivated by the rapid development of digital technology, which has transformed the way consumers interact with products. The study employed a quantitative associative approach, using a questionnaire as the instrument for data collection, with 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results of the analysis demonstrate that AR and E-WOM have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously, contributing 57.5% to the variation in purchasing decisions. This research underscores the importance of digital communication and interactive technology in shaping modern consumer behavior.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to assist Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kotamobagu in utilizing social media as a tool for product marketing. The background of this activity lies in the fact that many MSMEs still rely on conventional marketing methods, which limit their market reach. The implementation methods included socialization, training/workshops, technical assistance, and monitoring and evaluation. A total of 20 MSME participants from various business sectors were actively involved in this program. The results indicated an increase in participants’ knowledge of digital marketing, improved skills in creating business accounts and promotional content on social media, and an expansion of market reach through digital platforms. In conclusion, this program successfully enhanced the skills and competitiveness of MSMEs in facing the challenges of the digital economy era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pesan dakwah melalui podcast Islami terhadap perubahan sikap keagamaan pendengar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan media digital, khususnya podcast, sebagai media alternatif dalam menyampaikan pesan keagamaan di era modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan menelaah berbagai hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah. Tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi topik dan masalah, pengumpulan sumber literatur, seleksi literatur berdasarkan kriteria relevansi dan kualitas, analisis isi terhadap temuan penelitian, hingga penyusunan sintesis untuk menarik kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa podcast Islami memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam membentuk dan memperkuat sikap keagamaan pendengar. Faktor utama yang mendukung efektivitas pesan dakwah melalui podcast adalah fleksibilitas waktu, kemudahan akses, gaya komunikasi yang lebih santai dan interaktif, serta relevansi tema yang dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Podcast Islami juga berperan dalam memberikan pemahaman keagamaan yang lebih kontekstual bagi generasi muda, sekaligus menumbuhkan kesadaran religius di tengah derasnya arus informasi digital. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kualitas penyampaian pesan, konsistensi konten, dan kredibilitas narasumber menjadi aspek penting yang menentukan keberhasilan dakwah melalui podcast. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa podcast Islami merupakan media yang potensial dan strategis dalam upaya dakwah digital, sekaligus mampu menjawab tantangan perubahan perilaku keberagamaan masyarakat modern.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi belum optimalnya pemanfaatan ekosistem mangrove di Kelurahan Kawal, Kecamatan Gunung Kijang, yang selama ini bergantung pada sektor perikanan dan pertanian yang rentan. Sebagai solusi, program ini memperkenalkan diversifikasi ekonomi melalui pemanfaatan daun mangrove (Rhizophora apiculata) dan bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea) sebagai bahan baku teh herbal fungsional. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai potensi, manfaat, serta cara pengolahan tanaman pesisir ini kepada masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu Majelis Ta'lim dan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE).  Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kesadaran masyarakat akan potensi lain dari tanaman pesisir. Diharapkan program ini dapat menjadi langkah awal untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, membuka peluang usaha baru, serta memberikan solusi inovatif untuk diversifikasi ekonomi dan penguatan ketahanan ekonomi berbasis lingkungan khususnya di kelurahan Kawal.

Abstract

Seis Cafe & Public Space in Medan City is a business that prioritizes innovation in both design and service. Work performance is an essential aspect in maintaining service quality. This performance is influenced by various factors, including leadership style, work motivation, and employee participation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and participation on work performance at Seis Cafe & Public Space in Medan City. This study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The research sample was taken using a total sampling technique consisting of 30 respondents. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. Data analysis techniques included classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that leadership style, work motivation, and participation have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on work performance. The coefficient of determination indicates a very strong relationship with an R value of 0.932, while the adjusted R square shows that the independent variables contribute 85.4% to employee performance, with the remaining 14.6% influenced by other factors outside this study.
