Abstract

This study aims to describe the religious values ​​applied in PASKIBRA extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Banjarmasin as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors that accompany it. This study is included in the type of field research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were supervising teachers, trainers, and grade XII students who actively participated in PASKIBRA extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Banjarmasin. Research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the religious values ​​applied in PASKIBRA extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Banjarmasin are divided into four forms of values, namely worship values, moral values, discipline values, and exemplary values. The supporting factors for the implementation of religious values ​​in the PASKIBRA extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Banjarmasin include students' self-awareness of religion, adequate school facilities and infrastructure, and support from the school. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the implementation of religious values ​​in the PASKIBRA extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Banjarmasin include limited time for activities, lack of structured planning, and limited supervision from supervising teachers and trainers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning approaches, disciplinary culture, and character development strategies in elementary education in Japan and Indonesia through a comprehensive literature review. Using a literature review research design, data were obtained from national and international journals, academic books, educational organization reports, and relevant previous research findings from the past ten years. The findings indicate that Japan has successfully implemented active, collaborative, and contextual learning integrated with school routines, thereby shaping students' character through direct experience. In contrast, Indonesia, which has adopted a competency-based curriculum, still faces challenges such as pedagogical consistency, disparities in teacher quality, and a weak school culture that supports active learning and character education. In terms of discipline, Japan implements an approach based on collective responsibility and self-regulated behavior, while Indonesia is still in the transition process towards positive discipline that focuses on strengthening social-emotional competencies. Gap analysis reveals differences in the integration of learning, character, and school culture that impact the effectiveness of elementary education in both countries. This study presents a novelty in the form of mapping the state of the art that shows the relationship between learning approaches and character development in an international comparative context.

Abstract

The chassis is the main structure that supports the entire load of a vehicle, making static strength evaluation essential in the development of three-wheeled electric vehicles. This study aims to design and analyze a chassis structure made of aluminum alloy 6061-T6 using the Finite Element Method (FEM) in ANSYS Workbench software. The simulation was carried out under vertical loads ranging from 0 – 600 kg, equivalent to forces of 0 – 5884 N. The analyzed parameters included equivalent stress (Von-Mises), total deformation, and safety factor (FoS). The simulation results show that maximum stress increased from 20.96 MPa under no load to 285.71 MPa under an overloading condition of 600 kg. Maximum deformation reached 7.25 mm, while the FoS decreased from 3.95 at no load to 0.29 at 600 kg. The FoS values of less than 1, even under the normal load of 200 kg, indicate that the initial chassis design does not meet safety criteria. This study highlights the necessity of design modification, particularly in the front cross members, to ensure that the chassis structure can safely withstand operational loads.

Abstract

In terms of potential, the people of Palas Village mostly depend on the agricultural sector, industrial employees and fisheries in the river basin (DAS). One of the local potentials that is quite prominent is the existence of a Fishing Park on the banks of the Siak River (SUSI). With 6 floating houses and 2 fishing boats, it can improve the decent life for partners by seeing changes in their increasingly improving economic growth so that the sustainability of this program can be carried out in such a way. Implementation in the form of intensive implementation and assistance to produce mobile-based floating house empowerment products. The activities that have been carried out are the manufacture of 5 floating houses for a size of 2x2 meters and 1 unit with a size of 3x5 meters, as well as one unit of fiber boat made from new with a 7.5 Hp engine and repair of 1 unit of 20 Hp capacity boat, as well as the installation of a 100Wp solar panel lighting system and financial management and asset management training have also been carried out as well as social media-based marketing training.

Abstract

This research analyze the influence of influencers and content marketing on purchasing decisions through students’ purchase intentions on the Shopee platform, with a focus on the use of Shopee Video as a digital content marketing medium. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to students who actively use Shopee Video, allowing the collected data to represent the behavior of young consumers who are familiar with short-video content.The findings show that influencers and content marketing have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, which subsequently increases purchasing decisions. These results emphasize that credible influencers and appealing video content can strengthen consumer enhance interest, and encourage purchasing behavior. Furthermore, the study provides insights into how content characteristics, influencer communication styles, and short-video consumption patterns influence consumers’ psychological processes, from attention to purchasing actions. Therefore, the results of this study can be utilized by businesses to optimize more effective digital marketing strategies that align with current consumer behavior trends.

Abstract

This study investigates teachers’ strategies in implementing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and examines its effects on classroom climate and students’ socio-emotional development in Grade VI of SD Negeri Nyalindung 2. Employing a qualitative descriptive design, the report is produced from examining files, questions and answers and observations. The results show that three key strategies—emotional reflection, collaborative learning, and jointly formulated classroom agreements—contributed to improved emotional regulation, empathy, interpersonal skills, and responsible decision-making among students. Moreover, the classroom climate became increasingly supportive and inclusive, characterized by reduced minor conflicts, greater openness in communication, and more positive peer interactions. These findings highlight the pedagogical significance of integrating Social Emotional Learning into classroom practice, suggesting that Social Emotional Learning fosters not only individual socio-emotional competencies but also a psychologically safe learning environment that enhances students’ engagement. Overall, Social Emotional Learning constitutes an essential instructional approach for promoting students’ socio-emotional well-being and strengthening character formation in primary education.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter Islami pada anak usia dini merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan moral dan spiritual yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dengan fokus asistensi mengajar di TK ABA 5 memberikan peluang bagi mahasiswa untuk berkontribusi langsung dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya melalui kegiatan Taman Pendidikan AlQur’an (TPQ). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran mahasiswa dalam pembentukan karakter Islami anak usia dini melalui kegiatan TPQ di TK ABA 5. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki peran sebagai fasilitator, dan motivator dalam kegiatan keagamaan yang meliputi pembelajaran membaca iqra, hafalan asmaul husna, praktik ibadah, serta pembiasaan akhlak mulia. Dampak kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran mahasiswa sebagai asisten pengajar mampu meningkatkan ketertarikan anak dalam mempelajari nilai-nilai Islami, sekaligus membangun sikap disiplin, jujur, dan toleransi sejak dini. Penelitian ini menguatkan pentingnya kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan dan mahasiswa dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter berbasis agama di lingkungan TK. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mendukung pengembangan program KKN MBKM yang lebih inovatif dan berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter anak.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) remains one of the most significant public health problems in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of a mixture of papaya seed (Carica papaya L.) and sweet orange peel (Citrus sinensis L.) extracts as a botanical larvicide against Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. A quasi-experimental study was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design with five treatments and four replications. Three concentrations (1%, 1.5%, and 2%) of the mixed extract were tested with observation for 12 hours. The mortality rate of larvae increased with the concentration: 1% (30%), 1.5% (67.5%), and 2% (100%). ANOVA and Duncan tests confirmed significant differences (p<0.05). The synergistic action of flavonoids, saponins, tannins, papain, and limonoids enhanced larval mortality, indicating the potential of plant-based larvicides as an eco-friendly alternative to synthetic chemicals.

Abstract

Interfaith marriage remains a complex legal issue in Indonesia, especially regarding its registration under population administration law. Despite constitutional guarantees of religious freedom, interfaith couples face legal uncertainty due to normative disharmony and legislative gaps. The issuance of Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) No. 2 of 2023 prohibits judges from granting court decisions for registering interfaith marriages, previously seen as a legal alternative. This study employs a normative juridical method with descriptive-analytical specifications using library research. The findings show that SEMA No. 2 of 2023 restricts interpretations of Articles 35(a) and 36(1) of Law No. 24 of 2013, limiting administrative access and creating legal uncertainty. Although SEMA lacks formal legal hierarchy, its impact is significant. The persistence of interfaith marriages reflects a disconnect between constitutional rights and rigid legal norms. Thus, regulatory reform is urgently needed to align interfaith marriage registration with constitutional principles and administrative justice

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the legal protection for creators regarding the use of Creative Commons-licensed works under the Indonesian Copyright Law (Law No. 28 of 2014) and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law as amended by Law No. 1 of 2024. In practice, Creative Commons licenses are often misunderstood as a complete waiver of copyright. However, violations of license terms, such as failure to provide attribution or unauthorized commercial use remain legally enforceable. This study uses a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and case-based approaches. The findings indicate that Creative Commons licenses are legally recognized as valid non- exclusive agreements under Indonesian law. Legal protection for creators is enforced both preventively and repressively, while the synergy between Copyright Law and ITE Law forms a comprehensive legal framework for addressing copyright infringements in the digital realm
