Abstract

The Go Digital Grow Financial program, implemented through the Community Service Program (KKN) in Sukaraja Village, Rajapolah District, aims to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in facing the digital era. MSMEs in this village still encounter several limitations, such as low digital literacy, limited market reach, and weak financial management. The program was carried out in several stages, including observation, training, digital marketing practices, and assistance in simple financial recording based on SAK EMKM. The results showed significant improvements in the ability of MSME actors to utilize e-commerce, create product catalogs, and manage online promotions. In addition, participants began to understand the importance of daily cash recording, separating personal and business finances, and maintaining discipline in cash flow management. This program has proven effective in boosting entrepreneurs’ confidence to expand their markets and establish more transparent financial management. However, challenges remain, particularly technological infrastructure limitations and the need for continuous mentoring.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap kader kesehatan mengenai pengendalian hipertensi dan kaitannya dengan penyakit jantung koroner melalui pemanfaatan media poster di Puskesmas Cimahi Selatan. Keterbatasan akses informasi pada situasi saat ini memengaruhi pola pencarian informasi pasien, sehingga diperlukan media edukasi yang efektif dan mudah dipahami. Poster yang dikembangkan telah digunakan sebagai sarana edukasi dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan kader. Sebanyak 49 kader kesehatan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan setelah edukasi. Pada pasien hipertensi, skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 63,90 menjadi 84,58 dengan peningkatan 32,35% dan p value 0,000. Pada kader kesehatan, nilai pretes sebesar 77,22% meningkat menjadi 84,08% pada postes, sehingga terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 6,86%. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa media poster efektif dalam mendukung edukasi pengendalian hipertensi.

Abstract

Character Building is a national education initiative in Indonesia that aims to develop and strengthen students' character. This program is designed to create individuals who not only excel academically but also possess strong integrity and are prepared to become responsible citizens. Character education involves developing the potential to cultivate positive behavior. If character education is implemented in all schools, it can help students become honest, polite, and responsible individuals who believe in Almighty God. One method to intentionally foster student character is through the introduction, understanding, and application of local values ​​or regional cultures, such as the Bugis culture with its meaningful Lontara script. One form of the Bugis Lontara script that is associated with wisdom and rich in values ​​and character is Pappaseng. Pappaseng contains great ideas, noble thoughts, valuable spiritual experiences, and considerations to guide students' current character behavior. Pappaseng is a Bugis cultural heritage in the form of messages, advice, or wisdom passed down orally and in writing by parents and wise figures of the past. Pappaseng contains noble values ​​such as honesty (lempu'), responsibility, courage, hard work, and respect for others and the environment, which function as guidelines for life for the Bugis people era.

Abstract

This article discusses Recognition of Learning Outcomes (RPL), also known as Recognition of Prior Learning, as a strategic initiative to bridge the gap between individuals' actual competencies acquired through non-formal, informal, and work experiences and formal higher education qualifications. Supported by Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Regulation No. 41 of 2021, RPL aims to provide academic recognition and expand access to education for experienced individuals, in line with the concept of lifelong learning. The implementation of RPL is closely related and integrated with the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach, where recognition is not based on the learning process, but rather on evidence of outcomes demonstrating competency equivalence with the Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) of the study program. However, this implementation faces challenges in Quality Assurance, which must be addressed through a strong institutional role, transparent, fair, and reliable assessment procedures, and the professionalism of RPL Assessors to maintain the credibility of recognition results and academic integrity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the replacement of lower resistor resistance values ​​(6 and 8 0hm) with rotations of 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 rpm has on battery charging, and to find out how much influence the replacement of higher resistor resistance values ​​(13 and 15 0hm) with rotations of 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 rpm has on battery charging. From the background, the regulator charging system is a system that is very much needed in four-wheeled vehicles to meet the needs of battery current when the engine is running, because when the engine is running, especially gasoline engines, it really needs battery current for the continuity of the system to work, the method used in this study is the literature study method and direct testing method as well as recording the results and analyzing them theoretically based on observations. The results obtained are experimental research on the resistor resistance value below the standard size, the charging voltage at 1000 rpm engine speed is above the battery voltage, if the engine speed is increased higher then overcharging will occur (excessive charging) then the battery will be damaged where the charging voltage at idle speed is sufficient for the battery voltage, and does not exceed the battery limit voltage when the rotation reaches 4000 rpm, which is 14.5 volts, while the battery limit voltage is 14.8 volts.

Abstract

The training on household economics and family financial management aims to improve well-being. The program encompasses preparation, participant outreach and recruitment, training implementation, mentoring and monitoring, and program evaluation. The results indicate that the training on household economics and family financial management successfully improved participants' financial literacy, particularly in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes regarding financial management. Participants were able to prepare budgets, record cash flows, and plan savings and emergency funds. Furthermore, behavioral changes occurred, such as reduced consumer spending and wiser debt management. Positive impacts were seen in improved family well-being through more controlled spending, reduced reliance on loans, and increased family harmony. However, challenges such as unstable income, consumer habits, and lack of family support require continued mentoring to ensure the training's sustainability.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai “Akibat Hukum Kenakalan Remaja” dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMA Negeri 7 Tanjungbalai mengenai berbagai bentuk kenakalan remaja, faktor penyebab, serta konsekuensi hukum yang dapat ditimbulkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang melibatkan pengamatan awal, penyampaian materi, diskusi, serta penilaian pemahaman siswa setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Materi sosialisasi disusun berdasarkan empat pokok utama, yaitu faktor penyebab kenakalan remaja, dampak yang ditimbulkan, strategi penanggulangan, dan akibat hukum yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai batasan perilaku yang termasuk kenakalan remaja, termasuk tindakan seperti perkelahian, bullying, pengerusakan, pelanggaran ITE, dan penyalahgunaan narkotika yang memiliki implikasi hukum meskipun dilakukan oleh anak di bawah umur. Siswa juga mulai memahami pentingnya pengawasan diri, kehati-hatian dalam bermedia sosial, serta peran keluarga dan sekolah dalam membentuk perilaku yang bertanggung jawab. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan sosialisasi ini efektif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran hukum sejak dini dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih luas kepada siswa mengenai risiko perilaku menyimpang, sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah preventif dalam menekan angka kenakalan remaja.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam senantiasa menghadapi tantangan dalam membangun kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tidak hanya unggul secara profesional, tetapi juga berkarakter religius dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiritual Islami. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Pelatihan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik yang religius dan berkarakter Islami. Tujuan kegiatan adalah memperkuat kapasitas guru dalam mengelola kinerja secara efektif dengan berlandaskan prinsip manajemen Islami, yang menekankan kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, komunikasi harmonis, dan etos kerja berbasis nilai spiritual. Metode yang digunakan adalah Community Based Research (CBR) yang menempatkan komunitas sebagai mitra setara dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek kedisiplinan, komunikasi, serta kesadaran guru dalam mengintegrasikan nilai Islami dalam kinerja sehari-hari. Selain itu, terbentuk forum guru Islami sebagai pranata baru dan muncul kepemimpinan lokal yang memperkuat solidaritas komunitas sekolah. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadinya transformasi sosial di lingkungan pendidikan Islam yang mampu menjawab tantangan global dengan solusi berbasis nilai spiritual.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the religious values ​​applied in PASKIBRA extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Banjarmasin as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors that accompany it. This study is included in the type of field research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were supervising teachers, trainers, and grade XII students who actively participated in PASKIBRA extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Banjarmasin. Research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the religious values ​​applied in PASKIBRA extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Banjarmasin are divided into four forms of values, namely worship values, moral values, discipline values, and exemplary values. The supporting factors for the implementation of religious values ​​in the PASKIBRA extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Banjarmasin include students' self-awareness of religion, adequate school facilities and infrastructure, and support from the school. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the implementation of religious values ​​in the PASKIBRA extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Banjarmasin include limited time for activities, lack of structured planning, and limited supervision from supervising teachers and trainers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning approaches, disciplinary culture, and character development strategies in elementary education in Japan and Indonesia through a comprehensive literature review. Using a literature review research design, data were obtained from national and international journals, academic books, educational organization reports, and relevant previous research findings from the past ten years. The findings indicate that Japan has successfully implemented active, collaborative, and contextual learning integrated with school routines, thereby shaping students' character through direct experience. In contrast, Indonesia, which has adopted a competency-based curriculum, still faces challenges such as pedagogical consistency, disparities in teacher quality, and a weak school culture that supports active learning and character education. In terms of discipline, Japan implements an approach based on collective responsibility and self-regulated behavior, while Indonesia is still in the transition process towards positive discipline that focuses on strengthening social-emotional competencies. Gap analysis reveals differences in the integration of learning, character, and school culture that impact the effectiveness of elementary education in both countries. This study presents a novelty in the form of mapping the state of the art that shows the relationship between learning approaches and character development in an international comparative context.
