Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess the influence of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) on profit fluctuations. This study utilizes a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, focusing on 8 companies within the transportation and logistics sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. Data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression techniques with panel data, analyzed through E-Views 12 software. The findings reveal that Return on Equity has a positive and significant impact on profit changes when considered individually. Conversely, both the Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio exhibit a negative and significant effect on profit changes. Collectively, these three variables are shown to significantly influence the company's profit changes. The distinctiveness of this research is found in its thorough examination of the transportation sector during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering new perspectives on the industry's financial resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the representation of family dysfunction in the film Aku Tak Membenci Hujan and its implications for conceptual understanding in family guidance and counseling. Employing a qualitative approach with film analysis as a cultural text, the study is grounded in Murray Bowen’s Family Systems Theory. The analysis focuses on dysfunctional relational patterns within the family system, including a lack of affective support, unresolved relational conflicts, and avoidance of emotional communication, which contribute to the emergence of emotional cutoff and identity fragmentation in the main character. The findings reveal that emotional cutoff is portrayed as an individual coping strategy in response to chronic anxiety within a dysfunctional family system; however, it is maladaptive, as it reinforces emotional distance and inhibits relational healing. Furthermore, family relational dysfunction contributes to a low level of differentiation of self, reflected in the character’s difficulty separating emotional reactivity from rational functioning. These findings underscore that individual psychological problems cannot be understood independently of broader family system dynamics. This study offers important implications for family counseling practice, particularly emphasizing the need for a systemic approach in addressing relational conflicts and psychosocial trauma experienced by individuals.

Abstract

Learning motivation in this study plays an important role in an individual's academic success. The KIP-Kuliah scholarship can influence learning motivation and help evaluate the effectiveness of the program, as well as encourage students to achieve higher academic performance. This study aims to determine the influence of the KIP-Kuliah scholarship on the learning motivation of students in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of Muhammadiyah Maumere. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires. The sample consisted of 65 students who received the KIP-Kuliah scholarship from the 2021–2022 academic year. Data analysis techniques included prerequisite tests and statistical analysis tests. The results showed that the KIP-Kuliah scholarship had a positive and significant influence on students' learning motivation. The t-test results showed a t-count value of 7.083, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.669, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to transform teachers’ instructional planning through training on lesson plan development and authentic assessment grounded in deep learning pedagogy. The program was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Tambusai Utara, Rokan Hulu Regency, on 19–20 November 2025 and involved 33 teachers from grades X–XII. A collaborative training and mentoring approach was employed, including brainstorming sessions, lectures, group discussions, and hands-on practice in developing instructional plans and performance-based assessment rubrics. Data were collected through observations of the training process, document analysis of the lesson plans and assessment rubrics produced by participants, and activity documentation. The results indicate a shift in teachers’ perspectives from an administrative to a pedagogical orientation in instructional planning. Teachers demonstrated improved ability to design more contextual, coherent, and competency-oriented lesson plans, as well as to integrate authentic assessment and formative feedback into instructional design. The training also contributed to enhanced assessment literacy and strengthened teachers’ roles as learning designers within deep learning–oriented instruction.

Abstract

Perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia menuntut penerapan standar akuntansi yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, khususnya dalam transaksi berbasis akad ijarah. PSAK 407 disusun sebagai pedoman dalam pengakuan, pengukuran, penyajian, dan pengungkapan transaksi ijarah agar laporan keuangan lembaga keuangan syariah bersifat transparan, akuntabel, dan sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan PSAK 407 dalam praktik keuangan bank syariah serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (literature review) dengan menganalisis berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, standar akuntansi, serta fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa secara konseptual PSAK 407 telah memberikan kerangka kerja yang lebih jelas dalam akuntansi ijarah, terutama terkait pengakuan pendapatan dan perlakuan aset ijarah. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan kendala berupa perbedaan pemahaman sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan sistem digital, serta inkonsistensi dalam pengungkapan laporan keuangan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, penguatan sistem operasional, serta harmonisasi kebijakan internal agar penerapan PSAK 407 dapat berjalan secara optimal dan konsisten sesuai prinsip syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the theory of motivational leadership and its relevance within the context of Islamic educational leadership. The discussion focuses on fundamental leadership concepts, modern and traditional leadership theories, motivation in leadership, and the application of Path Goal Theory in Islamic educational institutions. The method employed in this study is a literature review, drawing on scholarly books and national and international journal articles related to leadership, motivation, and Islamic educational management. Data were analyzed using a descriptive-analytical approach to obtain an in-depth understanding of the relationship between motivational leadership, Islamic values, and educational performance. The findings indicate that motivational leadership in Islamic education is not solely oriented toward academic achievement but also emphasizes character building as well as moral and spiritual development of learners. Educational leaders who are able to integrate Islamic values such as trustworthiness (amanah), justice, consultation (shura), and exemplary conduct are proven to enhance teachers’ and students’ motivation, foster a positive organizational culture, and improve performance and learning quality. Furthermore, the application of Path Goal Theory provides a strategic framework for Islamic educational leaders to adapt their leadership styles to the needs and characteristics of their followers. This study confirms that motivational leadership grounded in Islamic values is a relevant and strategic approach to improving the quality and effectiveness of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the concepts, strategies, and implications of the integration of Islamic religious values in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning on health material at the elementary school level. This descriptive qualitative study was conducted at SD Negeri 3 Karangcengis with PJOK Teachers, PAI Teachers, and students as subjects, collecting data through triangulation methods (observation, interviews, and documentation studies) and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The results show that this integration focuses on the internalization of two dominant values: Thaharah (cleanliness) and Tawazun (moderation/balance), which are implemented through consistent modeling strategies and reinforcement of spiritual narratives by teachers. The key finding is a significant increase in students' discipline and personal responsibility for their health, because the intrinsic spiritual motivation that arises from the internalization of values is proven to be much more effective as a mediating factor, successfully bridging health knowledge to concrete actions (healthy living behavior) that is sustainable. Therefore, this study concludes that the integration of religious values is an effective holistic learning strategy and proposes a new theoretical modification that emphasizes the role of spiritual motivation as a key driver of healthy behavior change in elementary school-aged children, supporting the strengthening of the eight dimensions of the graduate profile.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of mastering Fiqh materials for students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) department as future educators. The main focus of this study is to equip students with practical skills, specifically in the procedures for caring for the deceased (tajhiz al-janazah) and the marriage contract (aqad nikah) process, to minimize religious practice errors in society. The implementation method was carried out through Community Service (PKM) activities involving stages of planning, socialization, theoretical delivery, direct practice (demonstration), simulation/role play, and evaluation. The results showed a significant increase in student competence. Evaluation data indicated that the ability to practice the funeral prayer increased from 40% to 85%, while the ability to practice the marriage contract increased from 45% to 88%. It is concluded that integrating theoretical material with direct practice is effective in improving pedagogical competence, self-confidence, and the readiness of PAI students to teach Fiqh materials applicably in the field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi matematis, penalaran matematis, dan analisis matematis terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa SMA. Koneksi matematis merupakan keterampilan penting dalam pembelajaran matematika yang memungkinkan siswa untuk menghubungkan berbagai konsep matematika dengan situasi dunia nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain regresi linier berganda. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 01 Tanjung Raja, dengan sampel sebanyak 106 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes yang mengukur komunikasi matematis, penalaran matematis, analisis matematis, dan koneksi matematis, yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penalaran matematis dan kemampuan analisis matematis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa, sedangkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,855, yang berarti bahwa 85,5% variasi kemampuan koneksi matematis dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen tersebut. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan matematika dengan lebih menekankan pada penguatan kemampuan penalaran dan analisis matematis siswa, serta kontribusi teoretis dalam memperkaya

Abstract

Stunting pada balita dimulai sejak bayi masih dalam rahim ibu, dan gejalanya akan muncul setelah bayi berusia 24 bulan. Jika terjadi pada periode golden age, stunting dapat berdampak serius. Untuk mencegah stunting pada anak, edukasi kesehatan tentang stunting dan demonstrasi makanan bergizi diperlukan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan camilan yang sehat dan kaya nutrisi. Salah satu makanan yang bergizi tinggi ini adalah tempe, yang merupakan sumber protein nabati lokal dan memiliki potensi yang besar untuk diolah menjadi makanan yang disukai anak-anak. Di Desa Lambangan, Kecamatan Wonoayu, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya memulai program kerja dengan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan Puding Tempe, yang merupakan camilan sehat yang berasal dari bahan pangan lokal. Program ini melibatkan sosialisasi gizi, demonstrasi pembuatan Puding Tempe, dan pendampingan warga dalam proses pengolahan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa warga lebih memahami manfaat tempe untuk mencegah stunting, belajar membuat puding dari tempe, dan memiliki rencana untuk membuat sendiri. Diharapkan inovasi ini akan menjadi langkah berkelanjutan dalam mencegah stunting dan membantu keluarga menjadi lebih sejahtera.
