Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat dan Riset Pendidikan is a journal on Faculty of Education. Jurnal JERKIN: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat dan Riset Pendidikan is under the auspices of the Faculty of Education, Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai. The journal is registered with E-ISSN: 2961-9890. Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat dan Riset Pendidikan is published four times a year in September, December, March and June. Abstract

Business growth in Indonesia has resulted in an increase in civil disputes, particularly those resulting from breaches of business agreements. Many small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) experience difficulties accessing legal services due to financial constraints and limited legal knowledge. In this context, Legal Consultation and Aid Institutions (LKBH) play a strategic role in providing legal assistance and ensuring access to justice. This study uses a juridical-sociological method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that LKBH's role in handling business breaches includes litigation and non-litigation assistance, legal consultation, and mediation. The main obstacles faced by LKBH include limited human resources and operational funds. This study recommends strengthening LKBH's capacity through institutional support and synergy with the government and business actors.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah ampas tapioka sebagai bahan baku briket energi alternatif merupakan inovasi ramah lingkungan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan warga Desa Cijujung, Kecamatan Sukaraja, dalam mengolah limbah menjadi produk bernilai jual sekaligus mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif partisipatif melalui penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat secara signifikan, dengan rata-rata pemahaman naik dari 65,78% menjadi 96,37%. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa briket Cassafire dengan berbagai varian—briket original, aroma terapi, dan pengusir nyamuk—yang memiliki potensi pasar menjanjikan. Inovasi ini terbukti tidak hanya mengurangi limbah ampas tapioka, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha baru, memperkuat perekonomian lokal, dan mendukung konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Decubitus ulcers are wounds caused by prolonged pressure on the skin, in patients with limited mobility. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between Define and Measure on the prevention of decubitus ulcers in patients with physical mobility disorders at Undata Regional General Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. Method: This study is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach, using an analytical observational design. The population in this study were 52 nurses in the Bougenville ward, ICU, and ICVCU. The sampling technique used was Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Research Results: The results of the study from 52 respondents showed that there was no significant relationship between nurses' Define and the prevention of decubitus ulcers in patients with impaired physical mobility (Monte Carlo test, p = 0.051), there was a significant relationship between nurses' Measure and the prevention of decubitus ulcers in patients with impaired physical mobility (Monte Carlo test, p = 0.007). Conclusion: It was concluded that the nurse's Measure factor was significantly related to efforts to prevent decubitus ulcers, while the Define factor did not show a significant relationship. Suggestion: Nurses are expected to improve their understanding and application of the Define and Measure aspects in decubitus ulcer prevention. In general, increased knowledge, training, and ongoing evaluation are essential to optimize decubitus ulcer prevention efforts in patients with impaired physical mobility.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the strategies implemented by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in developing an adaptive curriculum that meets students’ diverse needs at MI Grobagan Surakarta. This research employed a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results reveal that adaptive curriculum development is designed to align learning activities with students’ characteristics and learning needs. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum provides flexibility for teachers through phased learning structures that allow adjustments in learning outcomes. Additionally, the madrasah develops local Islamic content such as Hadith Arbain and Tahfidz to strengthen students’ religious character. The curriculum development process is participatory and collaborative, involving the principal, teachers, foundation, and school committee. Institutional support includes the provision of technology-based learning facilities and periodic evaluation of teacher performance. Overall, the implementation of the adaptive curriculum has a positive impact on students’ motivation and learning engagement, encouraging more active, contextual, and student-centered learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis teknologi dalam pengelolaan laporan keuangan UMKM sektor makanan di Kota Bandung, khususnya bagi anggota Paguyuban I’m Food Creator Community (IFCC). Banyak pelaku UMKM yang masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dan mencampurkan keuangan pribadi dengan usaha, sehingga sulit untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan mengambil keputusan strategis. Program pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya akuntansi serta penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK yang dikembangkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu UMKM menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis teknologi ini meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan, memperbaiki transparansi laporan, serta meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya laporan keuangan yang akurat. Sebagian besar peserta merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengelola keuangan usaha mereka dan lebih siap mengakses sumber permodalan. Program ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan literasi keuangan, yang mendukung keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan UMKM di sektor makanan. Diharapkan, penerapan teknologi ini dapat mempercepat transformasi UMKM menuju pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih modern dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the effect of career development coaching on teacher performance through a meta-analysis approach. The research was conducted using a systematic literature review of 10 relevant scientific articles, which were examined to identify key findings related to teacher performance. The selected studies consisted of indexed international journals, accredited national journals, and national publications that met methodological standards. The results of the meta-analysis indicate that career development coaching has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Career development programs are proven to enhance professional competence, work motivation, job satisfaction, and the effectiveness of instructional implementation. Several studies also reveal that motivation and job satisfaction function as additional variables that strengthen the relationship between career development and teacher performance. Career development coaching is a strategic factor that consistently contributes to improving teacher performance. Structured, sustainable, and teacher-oriented career development programs are capable of enhancing professionalism and the overall quality of learning.

Abstract

This study responds to epistemological criticisms regarding the validity of esoteric exegesis (ishari), which is often viewed as subjective and detached from the authority of the revealed text. The primary objective of this study is to analyze the construction of ontological truth and the epistemological validity of metaphysical knowledge in Tafsir Sahl al-Tustari. Using a qualitative-library method with a philosophical-hermeneutic approach, this research examines the concepts of Al-Haqq, Haqiqa, and letter symbolism. The results indicate that Tustari defines truth not merely as logical correspondence, but as a living ontological reality. In-depth analysis reveals that the validity of this exegesis rests on the epistemology of Fahm (divine understanding), which requires a dialectical integration between tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul) and absolute obedience to Sharia. Furthermore, Tustari's metaphysics is proven to function as a systematic "spiritual science" through the mechanism of "Soteriological Semiotics," where symbols of letters and light are interpreted as ontological codes for salvation. This study concludes that Tustari's metaphysical knowledge possesses transformative validity that bridges rationality and spirituality, the verification of which is objectively measured through ethical transformation (akhlaq) and the certainty of faith (yaqin) of the interpreter.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam aktivitas perdagangan dan hubungan hukum antara pelaku usaha dan konsumen. Meskipun memberikan kemudahan dan efisiensi, praktik e-commerce juga menimbulkan berbagai persoalan hukum yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM), khususnya hak atas privasi, keamanan data pribadi, hak memperoleh informasi yang benar, serta hak atas perlindungan dan keadilan hukum. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara HAM dan e-commerce dari perspektif hukum di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan menelaah peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan, seperti UUD 1945, Undang-Undang tentang Hak Asasi Manusia, Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen, dan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi hukum di Indonesia telah memberikan dasar perlindungan HAM dalam praktik e-commerce, namun dalam implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti lemahnya pengawasan, rendahnya literasi digital, serta meningkatnya kejahatan siber. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan regulasi, penegakan hukum yang efektif, serta tanggung jawab bersama antara negara, platform e-commerce, dan masyarakat untuk menjamin perlindungan HAM di era digital.

Abstract

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to explore the application of interactive games in science learning at SDN Roja 1 and to examine their impact on students’ interest and understanding. The implementation of interactive games in science learning shows that students are able to increase active engagement, foster learning motivation, and better understand scientific concepts in a more concrete and enjoyable way. Furthermore, game-based learning encourages positive attitudes among students, such as cooperation, curiosity, and self-confidence in the learning process. Therefore, interactive games can be considered an effective alternative learning medium for science education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between sixth-grade students' metacognitive English learning strategies and their basics of grammar mastery at SDN 4 Gelumbang. The study utilized a quantitative correlational design with a sample of 33 students drawn from a population of 146 learners. Data were gathered via a metacognitive instructional strategy questionnaire and a fundamental grammar assessment. The findings indicated an average and statistically significant advantageous link between the application of metacognitive English learning strategies and students' proficiency in fundamental grammar. The findings showed that the application of metacognitive methods significantly contributes to improving student grammatical competence at the elementary level. The study advocates for English teachers to incorporate metacognitive strategy training into their strategies for teaching to enhance learner independence and enhance educational outcomes.
