Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of the Scaffolding Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and self-efficacy on the internalization of tawazun (balance) values in Nahwu learning at Madrasah Aliyah. Tawazun, representing the balance in life, was integrated through understanding Arabic sentence structures such as the relationship between mubtada’-khobar and fi’il-fa’il. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were tenth-grade students of MA Mambaus Sholihin Gresik, selected through purposive sampling. Research instruments included a self-efficacy questionnaire and a tawazun value questionnaire. Data were analyzed using MANOVA tests. The results showed that the application of the Scaffolding PjBL model significantly improved students' understanding of Arabic sentence structure and increased their awareness of balance values in everyday life. Moreover, students’ self-efficacy contributed positively to strengthening the impact of the learning model on the internalization of those values. These findings recommend the use of contextual and reflective learning models to enhance student character development through Arabic language education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach can improve the mathematical problem-solving abilities of students at SMP Negeri 31 Medan. This study is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The subjects in this study were 28 students of class VIII-3 SMP Negeri 31 Medan. Based on the results of the study, an increase was obtained from cycle I to cycle II. Judging from the average value of the mathematical problem-solving ability test in cycle I, it was 53.22, while the average value of the mathematical problem-solving ability test in cycle II was 78.45. As well as the results of the initial test that had been carried out, 3 students (10.71%) were successful in completing the mathematical problem-solving ability test. In the test cycle I, 11 students (39.28%) succeeded and cycle II, 24 students (85.71%) succeeded in completing the mathematical problem solving ability test. Based on the results of observations that have been carried out, it was obtained that the management of learning carried out by teachers by implementing Problem Based Learning with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) Approach experienced an increase in cycles with an average of 3.07 (good) to an average of 3.48 (good) in cycle II. In addition, student activities during learning increased where in cycle 1 with an average of 2.33 with a less good category to 3.05 with a good category in cycle II. This proves that the use of Problem Based Learning with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) Approach can be applied to improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Penerapan Konseling Individu Dengan Teknik Cinema Therapy Untuk Mengurangi Perilaku Agresif (Studi Kasus Klien “B” di Lapas Perempuan Palembang”. Penelitian ini berujuan untuk yang pertama mengetahui bagaimana perilaku agresif klien “B” dan yang kedua melihat tahapan konseling individu dengan teknik cinema therapy bisa untuk mengurangi perilaku tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menekankan pada pentingngnya pengalaman subjektif seseorang. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 2 orang yaitu Klien “B” sebagai sumber data primer dan satu orang lagi sebagai sumber data sekunder yang menjadi sumber informasi dari klien “B”. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode obervasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan perjodohan pola dan pembuatan eksplanasi serta analisis deret waktu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource training on employee performance at the Sipakatallasa Savings and Loan Cooperative in Makassar City. The population in this study consists of all employees of the cooperative, totaling 35 individuals. The sampling technique used is total sampling, resulting in 35 respondents. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that, based on the t-test, training has a positive and significant effect on performance. The simple linear regression model shows that training is a factor that positively influences good performance; therefore, adequate training must be provided before good performance can be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of PBI model assisted by Lumio media on mathematical problem solving skills of VII grade students of MTs N 2 semarang. This study used a pre-experiment approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The results showed a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected. In addition, the average pretest result was 25.08, while the average posttest result increased to 85.40. thus, it can be concluded that the application of PBI model assisted by Lumio media has an effect on students’ mathematical problem solving ability.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh teknologi digital terhadap perkembangan Bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Studi Pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini remaja yang sudah mengerti dengan teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan bahasa. Artinya, disini terlihat bahwa semakin majunya perkembangan teknologi digital maka semakin luas perkembangan Bahasa Indonesia di kalangan remaja.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms, processes, and roles of institutions and religious leaders in the transformation of Islamic education among the Samin community in Blora, Central Java. The Samin community is known as a traditional group that upholds honesty, simplicity, and peaceful coexistence. The research employs a qualitative ethnographic approach, using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Findings show that the transformation of Islamic education within the Samin society occurs gradually and through acculturation. The process begins with socio-cultural engagement by religious figures and continues with the introduction of Islamic values that align with the Samin way of life. Over time, the community has accepted both formal and non-formal Islamic education, such as TPQ and elementary school, and has actively participated in religious activities. This transformation is not only individual but also structural, as respected community leaders become bridges between local culture and Islamic teachings. These findings highlight the importance of a humanistic, dialogical, and culturally sensitive approach in implementing Islamic educational transformation within indigenous communities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in-depth how the community of Kwangenrejo Village, Kalitidu District, Bojonegoro Regency, fosters harmony and religious tolerance in a multireligious society. Using a descriptive qualitative method and an ethnographic approach, data was collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document studies to capture the social dynamics comprehensively. The findings reveal that harmony in Kwangenrejo Village is formed naturally and deeply rooted in the daily lives of the community. First, social interactions such as mutual cooperation, helping one another, and cross-religious visits during religious holidays reflect tangible harmony. Second, the process of building harmony is supported by an inclusive informal educational environment, such as children's involvement in their respective religious activities. Third, values of moderate Islamic education, such as tasamuh (tolerance), tawazun (balance), and ukhuwah (brotherhood), serve as a crucial foundation that fosters openness, mutual respect, and the promotion of peace amidst diversity. These findings affirm that interfaith harmony can be realized through collective awareness, values-based education, and social practices in daily life.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic education in strengthening religious harmony in Kapuan Village, which maintains social harmony despite its religious diversity. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Islamic education is applied through madrasah, recitation, curriculum with multicultural values, and interfaith dialog. It serves not only to transmit religious teachings but also to foster social cohesion and interfaith interaction. Supporting factors include active religious leaders, deliberative culture, and cooperation programs, while challenges involve stereotypes and prejudice. The study concludes that Islamic education significantly contributes to harmony and can be a model for other multicultural communities.
