Abstract

Siwalan is palm type plant, which one of the prime agricultural commodities in the Tuban Regency. Siwalan production has increased from year to year. Abundant production provides great potential for siwalan farmers and groups of siwalan processed enterprises for product diversification. Legen drinks and siwalan fruit are known as typical souvenir products of Tuban and are favored by local tourists. However, some problems related to product hygiene and low storage are becoming the challenges for the siwalan farmers. So far, technological innovation has not been implemented on the processing of legen or siwalan fruit. Furthemore, the marketing development is limited and has not been able to enhance the local community. The purpose of this activity was to examine the relationship between aspects of attitude towards food security with aspects of business performance and the importance of strengthening Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The results showed that there is no significant relationship between aspects of attitude towards food safety with aspects of business performance. The findings also confirmed that the food safety aspect was ignored, especially in legen beverage production process. Some producers added food additives to extend the shelf life of legen. Such practice influenced the taste of legen and the food security. Therefore, socialization and training related to GMP is a key factor for improving business performance and achieving sustainable development.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve Soft skills through Communication for job seekers training at PT Lintas Digital Makmur. The trainees are study group students currently in the third grade of vocational school. Those who are about to graduate and enter the world of work. The method of Service is divided into four stages: observing, planning, implementing, and evaluating. Based on the stages of activities that have been planned, community service activities are produced such as: (1) observing in the field to obtain information and analyze what needs are needed by students in their learning groups (2) Planning is the stage where preparing everything to support service activities, (3) implementing activities that have been planned, namely by providing direct training to students with lecture, (4) evaluating is an activity to distribute questionnaires containing questions in the form of google form. The conclusion from the results of this dedication is that this training is very helpful for students in preparing to enter the workforce. Presentations, discussions, and simulations make students confident and eager to be active in each session. As a result, students can understand and answer interview questions effectively. Therefore, similar training for other groups of job seekers is highly recommended in the future.

Abstract

This research is based on the problems that exist in schools namely the lack of student interest in learning mathematics and this requires an innovation of learning media used in schools during the teaching and learning process. This study aims to produce quality instrument validation that will be used in assessing mathematics learning videos based on the wondershare filmora software. This development research uses the Plomp model. The Plomp model consists of 3 stages, preliminary research, prototyping stage and assessment stage. The subjects of this research are 3 expert validators who are competent in their respective fields. This study uses instrument validity, practicality and effectiveness. The research data were collected using observation sheets, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are preliminary data analysis, data validity analysis, data practicality analysis, and data effectiveness analysis. the results of the assessment sheet of interview questions, observations and questionnaires using instrument validation state that these three things are in the very valid category, so that interviews, observations and questionnaires have been used to obtain data and information on the study.

Abstract

The success factors for Village Owned Enterprises (BUMLem) are human resource management. So far, the quality of human resources or managers working at BUMLem is generally still very low, this is indicated by the still low quality of products, limited ability to develop new products, slow application of technology, and weak business management. The purpose of this activity is to support the development and progress of existing businesses in Lembang in particular. The method in this service begins with initial research (initial assessment) of problems and helping problems is carried out with focus group discussion (FGD) activities both with BUMLem Batu Rumbu administrators, village heads and the local community. It is hoped that the results of assisting BUMLem management governance will increase community income. It is hoped that in the future BUMLem will be able to carry out functional governance management including human resource governance, production and marketing. BUMLem is able to be more mature and wise in responding and quickly finding solutions to any problems that occur when the business is growing.

Abstract

Ecobrick innovation becomes household furniture as an effort to tackle plastic waste and increase the income of scavenger wives. Antang Final Disposal Site (TPA) is one of the locations that has the potential for plastic waste pollution. Many efforts have been made to overcome over capacity in the Antang TPA, but until now the problem of waste accumulation has not been completely resolved. This Community Service activity aims to overcome the pile of garbage in the Antang TPA while increasing the productivity of the community, especially the scavenger's wives who only expect income from their husbands. Data collection methods were carried out through discussions, surveys, partner determination, pretest, training evaluation, direct practice of making ecobrick which were then innovated into household furniture, monitoring and posttest. The results of this training increased partners' understanding of ecobrick and how to manage waste into something useful by 100%, 91.67% of partners knew about making ecobrick, 83.33% of partners agreed to form entrepreneurship from the results of making ecobrick into household furniture. The training program for the use of plastic waste into a visionary innovation product in the form of household furniture with the ecobrick technique still needs sustainability training for more diverse products so that it can increase the quantity of products produced.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of promotion and product quality of Oppo on consumer buying interest. This research method uses quantitative methods with probability sampling techniques or random sampling of 100 people using gadgets. Instrument testing is carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests. The method of data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical tests and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis). The results of the research show that promotion has a significant effect and product quality has a significant influence on consumer buying interest. The conclusion of this study is that both promotion and quality have significant results on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity of the instrument used in ethnomathematics exploration research at the traditional house of Lontiok, Kampar Regency. The subjects of this study were 3 validators who are experts in their fields. This study uses validity instruments. The research data was collected using an interview validation sheet. Based on the results of the validation of the interview sheet using instrument validation, the validator stated that the interview sheet was in a very valid category, so that the interview sheet could be used to obtain data and information for research needs.

Abstract

Literasi Digital adalah program Kementerian Kominfo RI yang masuk ke dalam lingkup aktivitas peningkatan Digital Talent. Sejak 2021 Kominfo RI telah meluncurkan Program Indonesia Makin Cakap Digital yang menargetkan 50 juta warga Indonesia makin cakap digital hingga Tahun 2024 mendatang. Pengetahuan literasi digital menjadi semakin penting di era digital saat ini, terutama di kalangan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Program Gerakan Literasi Digital Sektor Pendidikan SMK dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital dengan efektif dan aman. Program ini melibatkan langkah-langkah seperti penyuluhan dan workshop tentang literasi digital khusunya 3 pilar seperti keamanan digital, kecakapan digital dan etika digital. Dengan program ini, siswa SMK dapat siap menghadapi tantangan teknologi di dunia kerja, mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi, memahami keamanan digital, menggunakan teknologi secara bijak dan etis, serta mengakses informasi dan sumber daya secara efektif. Program Gerakan Literasi Digital Sektor Pendidikan SMK akan memberdayakan siswa dalam menghadapi era digital dan memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi perkembangan mereka dalam lingkungan teknologi yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of tourism actors on Melasti Beach in Ungasan village, especially regarding the lack of knowledge of foreign language tour operators, including Russian. This community service activity provides tourism training in Russian which is carried out with a combination of foreign language training (Russia) and beach cleaning up. The method of implementing service activities in the form of Russian language training is carried out in several stages so that all the material is managed and utilized properly. The purpose of this activity is because many foreign tourists, especially Russians visiting Bali, require foreign language skills from tour operators, especially Russian. In recent years, the number of Russian tourists visiting Bali has increased, Russian tourists often do not understand English, so as a tourism treatment it is necessary to understand and learn Russian. From the results of the community service activities, it can be seen that the skills and mastery of the Russian language by Melasti Beach tour operators is increasing. The quiz results show that the service program meets the needs of partners and also benefits tourism industry players at Melasti Beach in Ungasan Village.
