Abstract

Production costs are one part of determining the basic price of Products from the Thumbprint Crispy Gut business as well as knowing the price determination and being able to determine how much return on capital has been spent so as to generate a profit. This crispy intestine business is also a business that cannot be separated from the problem of achieving profits and returning capital. The aim of this research is to find out the extent of profits achieved from the thumbprint crispy intestine business. The method used is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach, you can also use research to calculate the cost of production and collect costs that have been incurred for the food business. The results of this research show that the crispy intestine business experiences stable financial conditions and can even achieve maximum results. These costs that have been incurred should be used as an element in calculating the cost of production. It would be best for Crispy Thumbprint intestine business owners to maintain and improve their business as best as possible and innovate if they want their business to survive.

Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and startup sectors. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected from a number of MSMEs and startups to analyze the factors that influence the adoption and success of CRM implementation. The findings show that limited resources, lack of knowledge about the benefits of CRM, and dependence on technological infrastructure are the main challenges in adopting CRM systems. However, CRM has also been found to have great potential in increasing customer retention, developing more suitable products, and expanding into new markets. Practical implications of these findings include recommendations for appropriate resource allocation, employee training, and more effective digital marketing strategies. The contribution of this research lies in a deeper understanding of CRM implementation in the context of MSMEs and startups as well as practical guidance for improving business performance through effective CRM strategies.

Abstract

New cafes have the challenge of keeping visitors coming back. The return of visitors is a form of the cafe's acceptance of visitors. By using the S-O-R Stimulus, Organism, Response framework in the form of an experiencescape measured by hospitality components, social components, sensory components, and functional components to influence revisit intention. The sample for this research was 251 visitors who came at least once to 4 new cafes (less than 3 months) in 2 cities in East Java. Using multiple linear regression analysis shows that the hospitality component, social component, sensory component and functional component have a significant effect on revisit intention. These results show that new cafes must emphasize an impressive experiencescape for visitors so that it will generate revisit intention.

Abstract

Information about relevant costs is an important thing that companies always need in making the right decisions. One of the main factors in the failure experienced by a company is management errors in making decisions. The aim of this research is to analyse decision making (produce yourself or buy from outside) of the Sari Rasa Jember Souvenir Shop. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection methods used in this research include interview and observation methods. The analysis method used is relevant cost analysis. The results of the analysis show that companies must make their own semi-finished products because they can provide cost savings which usually increase company profits compared to companies having to buy semi-finished products from other parties. Suggestions to company management are that companies should apply relevant costs in making decisions to make their own or buy semi-finished products in calculating relevant costs.

Abstract

Abstract Jus Sandra, is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which operates in the field of serving food and drinks which is currently developing in Pontianak. In this juice business, the problem lies in using inappropriate basic ingredients which can cause less than optimal profits. This research was conducted with the aim of formulating solutions to problems in optimizing profits for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from the Sandra Juice business. The simplex method is a way to solve linear programming cases where repeated mathematical procedures are carried out to test corner points so that the optimal solution is found. The data used in this research are the results of Jus Sandra's business interviews. Based on the simplex linear method program, optimization calculation results were obtained including the amount of juice production being 25 glasses per day, so that a maximum profit of IDR 500,000 was obtained.

Abstract

In this research, the author intends to examine the financial performance of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia by calculating ratio analysis which includes the operating cash flow ratio, total debt ratio, and the ratio of cash flow to the company's net profit. The author used a qualitative descriptive research method in this research. . The object of this research is the financial reports for the last five years. Through this research, the author obtained results, namely a decrease in several ratios in 2023 which was caused by several factors.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana PT. Kepuasan di tempat kerja, pelatihan SDM, dan budaya kerja semuanya berdampak pada produktivitas karyawan SAM. Alat ukur dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah skala likert. Empat puluh responden dijadikan sampel untuk penelitian ini dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengujian data meliputi penggunaan pengujian regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis SPSS 20, pengujian kualitas data, dan pengujian asumsi klasik. Terdapat beberapa kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini, antara lain sebagai berikut: Produktivitas karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kepuasan kerja, dipengaruhi secara negatif dan tidak signifikan oleh pelatihan SDM, dan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh budaya kerja. Selain itu kepuasan kerja, pelatihan SDM, dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pekerja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of training, human resource development, and organizational culture on the performance of managerial employees. This study uses a quantitative method and a Likert scale for measurement. The population used in this research consists of managerial employees at the regional office III of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV in Pekanbaru City. The sample of this study is 108 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to managerial employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV in Pekanbaru City using a purposive sampling technique. Data testing employs validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and termination tests with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of managerial employees, human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of managerial employees, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of managerial employees

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of service quality variables, location and hospital image on the decision to visit patients at Ngimbang Regional Hospital. This research used quantitative research involving 160 patients from the relevant regional hospitals. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 26, the data sources used come from primary and secondary data. The results of the analysis show that the variables of service quality and location influence the decision to visit patients at Ngimbang Lamongan Regional Hospital. Meanwhile, the hospital image variable has no influence on the decision to visit patients at Ngimbang Lamongan Regional Hospital. This research has limitations because it was only conducted at Ngimbang Lamongan Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Rapid growth and development has occurred in coffee shops in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Bento Kopi Godean branch is one of the coffee shops that continues to survive and develop when many coffee shops are currently established. The strategy to win the competition with competitors is to create and maintain customer loyalty. This study is to determine the effect of price, service quality, and location on customer loyalty of Bento Kopi Godean branch. This type of quantitative research uses a purposive sampling method and a sample size of 100 respondents distributed via Google Form. Data analysis used SmartPLS software version 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it states that price has a t-statistic of 4.087 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, service quality has a t-statistic of 2.079 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.036 < 0.05, and location has a t-statistic of 2.3352 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.019 < 0.05. It is concluded that price, service quality, and location have a positive and significant effect partially on customer loyalty of Bento Kopi Godean branch.
