Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which entrepreneurial characteristics influence business success through innovation. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population in focus is the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors in Malang City. A total of 97 MSME actors were selected as samples using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, and the results were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial characteristics influence business success through innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the determinants of internal factors consisting of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to deposit Ratio (FDR) and bank size of Islamic banking in Indonesia on bank credit resilience as described through Non-Performing Financing (NPF) during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. The sample of this study is 11 Indonesian Sharia banks that are actively operating nationally, which is determined by purposive sampling. As a result, there was simultaneously a significant influence between the variables CAR, FDR and bank size on NPF with a determination coefficient value of 47.6%. Partially, CAR and FDR had a significant effect, while bank size did not have a significant effect on NPF

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the inventory accounting system at PT Bumi Teknik Semesta, a company facing significant challenges in inventory management. These challenges include reliance on manual recording methods, frequent overstock and stockout issues caused by discrepancies between computer data and physical stock, and the lack of employee training on inventory procedures. This research adopts a case study approach, utilizing secondary data analysis and interviews with employees involved in inventory recording processes. The findings reveal that manual recording methods lead to data inaccuracies, which disrupt inventory availability. Moreover, the lack of employee training exacerbates inefficiencies in inventory management. This study recommends implementing a computerized flowchart to replace the manual method. The implications of this research suggest that the company can adopt the proposed system to improve data accuracy, streamline processes, and address persistent overstock and stockout problems effectively

Abstract

This research aims to determine the payroll system using Web Salary at the Surabaya Religious Court and to analyze whether the payroll accounting system at the Surabaya Religious Court has been implemented effectively and efficiently so that it does not hinder employee performance. Before using Web Salary, the Surabaya Religious Court processed payroll using the GPP (desktop) application. The payroll system process using Web Salary is a transition from using the GPP Application (desktop) so it requires adjustments in the process. The research used by the author is descriptive qualitative research. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the payroll system using Web Salaries at the Surabaya Religious Court is effective and efficient, and in accordance with the provisions regulated by the government. The Web Salary payroll system is more profitable, because it can be accessed anywhere and anytime. So this can make it easier to process salaries. Apart from that, it can also minimize salary calculation errors, because double checking has been carried out before being submitted to the KPPN. Using Web Salary also minimizes fraud or fraud committed by the financial management department, because each section already has separate user access from the others in processing salary data. This research is useful information for writers and agencies (Surabaya Religious Court employees) regarding the payroll system.

Abstract

The Influence of Instagram Social Media Marketing, Brand Awareness on Purchasing Decisions (Nhunu Shop Sorong Consumer Study). This study has the following formulation: 1). Does Instagram Social Media Marketing have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Nhunu Shop in Sorong City?; 2). Does Brand Awareness have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Nhunu Shop in Sorong City?; 3). Do Instagram Social Media Marketing and Brand Awareness simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Nhunu Shop in Sorong City?. This study aims to determine the influence of Instagram social media marketing (X1) and brand awareness (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) of Nhunu Shop consumers in Sorong City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method with a population of 749. Sampling uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and sample criteria focused on consumers who shop more than once as many as 374 so that the number of samples in this study is 193 samples. The results of this research analysis indicate that the Instagram social media marketing variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y), the brand awareness variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). The Instagram social media marketing and brand awareness variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

The company planning proces requires quality employee performance through the implementation of effective and comprehensive strategies so that company goals can be achieved successfully. To achieve this, talent management and career developmet are nedeed to improve employee performance. This research aims to ideentify and analyze the influence of talent management and career development on employee performance in the Bappeda of Simeulue Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach where the data used os in the form of numbers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a likert scale of 1 to 5 which was filled in by employee who had been identified as informans. The research location was at Bappeda Simeulue Regency.With a total 88 respondents for 6 months. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method , namely taking samples from the intire populaion. The data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS 20 sofware. Based on the results of the analysis, it is proven that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performanc and career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

A good organizational culture and accompanied by the opportunity to be able to develop a career will make employees have a strong motivation to improve their performance. The purpose of this study is to test the variables of organizational culture and career development on employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency KPU Office. The research method is quantitative descriptive, the population is all employees at the Jeneponto KPU Office as many as 18 people who are also the research sample. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study (1) Organizational culture obtained a t-value of 2.492 with a significance of (0.025 < 0.05). Furthermore, (2) the career development variable obtained a t-value of 2,815 with a significance of (0.013 < 0.05) and (3) the Ministry of Agriculture, simultaneously, the variables of organizational culture and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F value is calculated as 48.554 with a significance level of 0.000 where this significance value is smaller than the significance level used 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This shows that these two variables together have a significant influence on employee performance.

erja karyawan, diantaranya masalah keterampilan kerja, disiplin kerja dan karakteristik individu. Begitu juga pada karyawan UMKM Dressbali Konveksi, keterampilan kerja, disiplin kerja dan karakteristik individu merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Adanya perhatian dan temuan mengenai permasalahan keterampilan kerja, disiplin kerja dan karakteristik individu dalam upaya untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebagai sampel sebesar 31 orang responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keterampilan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UMKM Dressbali Konveksi. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UMKM Dressbali Konveksi. Karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UMKM Dressbali Konveksi.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically determine the relationship between financial literacy, pocket money, lifestyle, gender and level of education and financial management behavior. This research was conducted by taking a sample of UPP Accounting students in Rejang Lebong Regency, Curup City. The theory used in this research is the TPB theory. The number of samples selected was 60, with research results namely that financial literacy, lifestyle, gender and education level did not have a partial relationship with financial management behavior. Meanwhile, pocket money has a partial relationship with financial management behavior. However, simultaneously the five variables, namely financial literacy, pocket money, lifestyle, gender and education level have a relationship with financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of Creative Self-Efficacy (CSE) as a mediator in the relationship between Transformational Leadership (TL) and Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) within food and beverage SMEs in Malang City. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing structured questionnaires distributed to employees and managers. Data were analyzed using multiple regression and mediation analyses. Results indicate that TL positively and significantly influences IWB both directly and indirectly through CSE. The findings demonstrate that transformational leaders not only inspire employees to innovate but also enhance their confidence in generating creative ideas. The model exhibits excellent fit indices, reinforcing the validity of these relationships. Practical implications include the need for leadership development programs and organizational initiatives that foster CSE to drive innovation. This study contributes to the literature on leadership and innovation in SMEs, particularly within the food and beverage sector.
