Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of commitment, leadership and individual character on employee work motivation in the Provincial Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Service. South Kalimantan, this is indeed crucial and significant in achieving organizational goals, so as to improve the performance of employees in the SKPD environment in the South Kalimantan provincial government. This research method uses a qualitative method, using SPSS version 24, data and data sources obtained from independent variables, namely Commitment (X1), Leadership (X2) and individual characteristics (X3) and Work Motivation (Y). Data analysis techniques are carried out using Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, both Persial t Statistical Tests, F Stimulant Statistical Tests, Determination Coefficients and Reliability Validity Tests. The research results show that the implications of the research results show that commitment, leadership and individual characteristics can influence the motivation of employees of the Provincial Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Service. South Kalimantan, can increase employee motivation through organizational leaders who continue to encourage their employees by providing guidance and direction consistently and continuously.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and elucidate the impact of brand experience, brand love, and brand commitment on positive word-of-mouth for skincare users in Samarinda City. The study population comprised consumers who purchased skincare products from the Somethinc Offline Store SOGO Big Mall located in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. The researchers utilized a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling to select 120 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using partial least squares with SmartPLS Application version 4.0. The study's findings imply that Brand Experience exerts a favorable and substantial impact on positive word-of-mouth, while brand love also has a favorable and significant influence on positive word-of-mouth. Additionally, brand commitment is found to have a positive and significant impact on positive word-of-mouth.

Abstract

The Industrial Era 4.0 has brought disruptive technological innovation, crossing physical and digital boundaries completely, and changing the way people carry out daily life activities and at work. Technological breakthroughs create opportunities for economic, social and individual growth, but artificial intelligence (AI) will take over human jobs. Human resource development readiness is important to overcome every obstacle in the 4.0 era. The aim of this research is to describe human resource development strategies that face challenges in the industrial era 4.0. The type of research method is descriptive analysis. The results show that a successful HRD strategy involves more than education, coaching, training, institutions, opportunities and rewards. Human resource management must increase creativity, change a fixed mindset into a growth mindset, adapt to science and technology and make changes, create superior human resources and adapt to the influence of the new era entering the social era. 5.0.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether CSR affect firm value ang profitability, and whether CSR impact firm value through profitability. CSR disclosure is measured based on the Global Reporting Intiative (GRI) version 4, which is divided into three categories: economic, environmental and social, and is proxied in the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index (CSRDI). Firm value is measured using financial ratios such as Tobin’s Q ratio and Price Book Value (PBV) ratio. Profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). The population of this research are all of tobacco sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2023. The sample for this research is selected using purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 3 companies and 72 data points. This research using Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis model with t-test, assisted by SmartPLS software. The result of this research demonstrate that CSR has a signiricant impact on firm value, CSR significally influence profitability and CSR significantly affects firm value through profitability

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether green accounting has on effect on the profitability of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018-2023 period. Green Accounting is measured by environmental cost and environmental performance. Profitability is measured by financial ratios, namely Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE).The population in this research is all food and beverage. Subsector companies listed on the IDX. The sample was taken based on a purposive sampling technique and based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 7 companies was obtained with observations of 51 companies. The analytical method used is simple linier regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The research result show that green accounting has a significant effect on company profitability

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Profitability and Liquidity on Company Value. The independent variables (X) studied are Profitability (X1) and Liquidity (X2) with the dependent variable (Y) being Company Value (Y).The population used in this research is companies pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique which produced results samples totaling 35 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The tests used are normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, hypothesis tests, partial tests (t), simultaneous tests (F), and coefficient of determination.Based on the test results, it was concluded that partial profitability had no significant effect on company value, partial liquidity had a significant effect on company value, and simultaneous profitability and liquidity had a significant effect on company value in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies in 2018-2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether growth opportunity and profitability affect the value of cosmetic sub-sector companies listed on IDX for the 2018-2022 period. Growth opportunity is measured by GO or Total Assets (TA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). Profitability is measured by financial ratios, including Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). Company Value is measured by Price Book Value (PBV) and Tobins' Q.The population in this study is all cosmetic sub-sector companies listed on IDX. The sample was taken based on the technique purposive sampling and based on the predetermined criteria, a sample of 6 companies was obtained with a total of 8 companies observed. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) tool.The research results show that growth opportunity significant effect on company value. Profitability does not have a significant negative effect on company value. Growth opportunity and profitability have a significant effect on company value.

Abstract

This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The aim is to determine the influence of price (X1) and product (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y). Where the object of the research is the Acil Enor Canteen which is one of the School Canteens at SMA Negeri 13 Banjarmasin. The population is all students at SMA Negeri 13 Banjarmasin with a total of 713 people. Through the Slovin Formula, the sample size of this study was obtained for 88 students with an error rate of 10%. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with the Likert Scale and the purposive sampling method. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS 26 tool. The results of this study show that Price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at the Acil Enor Canteen, by 37.75%. Products have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at the Acil Enor Canteen by 63.23%. Then Price and Product have a significant effect together on Consumer Satisfaction at Acil Enor Canteen by 52,89%.
