Abstract

This research aims to find answers to why the Indonesian Government closed the Social Commerce Tiktok Shop. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative using case study and literature study methods. This research aims to find answers to the problem formulation from various literary sources from books, scientific journals and other relevant news media. From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that there are various reasons for the Indonesian government to close social commerce Tiktok shops, including violations in buying and selling activities at Tiktok shops such as predatory pricing, dumping and shadow banning which are detrimental to local MSME traders in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research will be a reference for future researchers regarding the Tiktok shop application with different variables.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of dividends per share and earnings per share on stock prices within the retail trade sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study employs a quantitative research method utilizing secondary data derived from financial documents or reports registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample consists of 4 companies selected using purposive sampling methods, and the data used comprises seven consecutive years of financial reports from 2016 to 2022. The data analysis techniques utilized include frequency distribution, classical assumption tests, and both partial and multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this research indicate that dividends per share have a significant partial influence on stock prices. Similarly, earnings per share exhibit a significant partial influence on stock prices. Moreover, the simultaneous testing of dividends per share and earnings per share demonstrates a significant combined influence on stock prices.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an important function in an organization to achieve its goals. In recent years, developments in information and communications technology (ICT) have brought about major changes in the way HRM is implemented. One of the innovations in HRM is the application of E-HRM (electronic human resource management). E-HRM is the use of ICT to support HRM functions. Implementing E-HRM can provide various benefits for organizations, such as increasing efficiency and effectiveness, increasing the quality of information, and increasing employee satisfaction. This research aims to examine the influence of implementing E-HRM on human resource behavior in Indonesia. This research uses a survey method with employee respondents from various companies in Indonesia. The research results show that the application of E-HRM has a positive influence on human resource behavior, namely: (1) increasing employee commitment, (2) increasing employee job satisfaction and (3) increasing employee performance

Abstract

The public service provided by the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) in Banjar Regency focuses on facilitating Hajj and Umrah services. With the continuous increase in the number of prospective Hajj pilgrims in Banjar Regency, it is essential to provide quality services. Employees need to exhibit behavioral competencies to address challenges in the current era, encompassing three aspects: employee behavior in communication and social skills, adaptability and task completion, and technological skills. This research aims to analyze employee behavior in enhancing the quality of Hajj and Umrah services in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 at the Ministry of Religious Affairs office in Banjar Regency. This qualitative research adopts a cross- sectional approach conducted over one month. Twenty respondents were selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected, transcribed, translated, and then subjected to directed content analysis to identify main themes. It is observed that employees' behavior in communication and social skills, as well as adaptability and task completion aspects, have been implemented effectively. However, the technological skills aspect is deemed suboptimal. There is a need for improvement in technological skills and a shift in mindset among employees to address the challenges of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze which variables have the most dominant influence on share prices in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2022. The research method used is quantitative secondary data originating from financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study was 30 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector and the sample in this study was 5 companies that had been selected using purposive sampling techniques and the data used was data used in financial reports for the period 2017 - 2022 consecutive years. The data analysis techniques used are frequency distribution and regression analysis. Linear analysis and multiple regression analysis were tested on SPSS 26..

Abstract

The aim of this research is to create acceleration in business development through financial institutions that are friendly to MSMEs. The specific objectives are to analyze the characteristics of MSME-friendly financial institutions in the wetland areas of Banjarmasin City, to identify the profile of MSME-friendly financial institutions in the wetland areas of Banjarmasin City, and to analyze business development through MSME-friendly financial institutions in the wetland areas of Banjarmasin City. The research method utilizes a quantitative approach with research instruments and is supported by in-depth interviews to map out issues and policies in MSME development as well as existing financial institutions in Banjarmasin City in credit disbursement and assistance to MSMEs. The research results are as follows: 1) Data processing results of productive business criteria with higher final weight values, and dominance compared to other aspects/criteria by experts, thus it can be concluded that productive business aspects/criteria can be considered as one of the accelerations in business development through MSME-friendly financial institutions in Banjarmasin City. Furthermore, financing pattern aspects/criteria with a final weight value of 23.7%, and financing schemes with a final weight value of 20.8%. 2) Data processing results of AHP using Expert Choice 11 show that the priority/alternative financial institutions with higher final weight values with a weight value of 31.7%, and dominant compared to other priority/alternatives by experts, thus it can be concluded that priority/alternative accelerations for development can be considered as one of the acceleration strategies for business development through MSME-friendly financial institutions in Banjarmasin City. Furthermore, priority/alternative accelerations for development with a final weight value of 26.6%, business management with a final weight value of 24%, and credit disbursement mechanisms with a final weight value of 15.7%

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of commitment, leadership and individual character on employee work motivation in the Provincial Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Service. South Kalimantan, this is indeed crucial and significant in achieving organizational goals, so as to improve the performance of employees in the SKPD environment in the South Kalimantan provincial government. This research method uses a qualitative method, using SPSS version 24, data and data sources obtained from independent variables, namely Commitment (X1), Leadership (X2) and individual characteristics (X3) and Work Motivation (Y). Data analysis techniques are carried out using Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, both Persial t Statistical Tests, F Stimulant Statistical Tests, Determination Coefficients and Reliability Validity Tests. The research results show that the implications of the research results show that commitment, leadership and individual characteristics can influence the motivation of employees of the Provincial Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Service. South Kalimantan, can increase employee motivation through organizational leaders who continue to encourage their employees by providing guidance and direction consistently and continuously.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and elucidate the impact of brand experience, brand love, and brand commitment on positive word-of-mouth for skincare users in Samarinda City. The study population comprised consumers who purchased skincare products from the Somethinc Offline Store SOGO Big Mall located in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. The researchers utilized a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling to select 120 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using partial least squares with SmartPLS Application version 4.0. The study's findings imply that Brand Experience exerts a favorable and substantial impact on positive word-of-mouth, while brand love also has a favorable and significant influence on positive word-of-mouth. Additionally, brand commitment is found to have a positive and significant impact on positive word-of-mouth.

Abstract

The Industrial Era 4.0 has brought disruptive technological innovation, crossing physical and digital boundaries completely, and changing the way people carry out daily life activities and at work. Technological breakthroughs create opportunities for economic, social and individual growth, but artificial intelligence (AI) will take over human jobs. Human resource development readiness is important to overcome every obstacle in the 4.0 era. The aim of this research is to describe human resource development strategies that face challenges in the industrial era 4.0. The type of research method is descriptive analysis. The results show that a successful HRD strategy involves more than education, coaching, training, institutions, opportunities and rewards. Human resource management must increase creativity, change a fixed mindset into a growth mindset, adapt to science and technology and make changes, create superior human resources and adapt to the influence of the new era entering the social era. 5.0.
