Abstract

Active, creative, innovative, and enjoyable learning strategies through cognitive, affective, and psychomotor reinforcement are well-known strategies in the education field since 2002. The research problems are as follows: (1) How is the learning organization strategy? (2) How is the learning delivery strategy? and (3) How is the operational learning strategy of active, creative, innovative, and enjoyable learning through cognitive, affective, and psychomotor reinforcement in Islamic religious education subjects based on life skills at madrasahs in Islamic boarding school environments? This research uses a qualitative approach with research locations at two madrasahs around Al Falah Putri Islamic Boarding School in Ampel Wuluban. The results show that the delivery strategy of active, creative, innovative, and enjoyable learning includes all teaching and learning programs aimed at enhancing the activeness of teachers and students. The operational and organizational strategies of both madrasahs involve treating students to develop independence, courage to express ideas, and learning evaluations oriented toward subjects and students. Strategi pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan melalui penguatan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik merupakan strategi yang telah dikenal dalam bidang pendidikan sejak tahun 2002. Masalah penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana strategi pengorganisasian pembelajaran? (2) Bagaimana strategi penyampaian pembelajaran? dan (3) Bagaimana strategi operasional pembelajaran dari strategi pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan melalui penguatan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik dalam bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis life skill di madrasah lingkungan pondok pesantren? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di dua madrasah sekitar Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putri Ampel Wuluban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penyampaian pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan meliputi seluruh program proses belajar mengajar yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan guru dan siswa. Strategi operasional dan pengorganisasian di kedua madrasah memberikan perlakuan kepada siswa untuk memiliki kemandirian, keberanian mengemukakan ide, serta evaluasi pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada mata pelajaran dan siswa.

Abstract

With advances in science and technology today, computers are now used in companies, agencies, and educational institutions. However, the problem experienced by the "Al Falah" Islamic Boarding School for Girls, Kepel Ampel Wuluhan, is the difficulty in reporting student learning outcomes, which still uses a manual model. Information technology must be able to transform the old management system (manual) into a computer-based system (modern) to make institutional management better, effective, efficient, and accountable. Seiring kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini, komputer kini digunakan di perusahaan, instansi, dan lembaga pendidikan. Namun, masalah yang dialami oleh Pondok Pesantren "Al Falah" Putri Kepel Ampel Wuluhan adalah kesulitan dalam pelaporan hasil belajar siswa yang masih menggunakan model manual. Teknologi informasi harus mampu memberikan perubahan dari sistem manajemen lama (manual) ke sistem berbasis komputer (modern) agar manajemen lembaga menjadi lebih baik, efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of Kopontren (Islamic boarding school cooperative) in community economic empowerment programs through loans and savings for community stores/minimarkets, as well as utilizing a cyber café for the surrounding community. The goal is to achieve welfare for both the community and Kopontren, where Kopontren plays a strategic role in enhancing business as a member of Islamic cooperation and managing savings from bank capital effectively. However, some community members believe that Wonosobo Kopontren has yet to provide optimal services and business support for residents. This research employs a case study approach at Kopontren An-Nuur Wonosobo, using actual data from interview techniques and direct observation. Additionally, library references are used as research material. The findings indicate that the success of Kopontren An-Nuur's loan and savings program offers a solution to develop businesses run by community members, empowering Wonosobo villagers to become partners of Kopontren An-Nuur. Thus, a Kopontren business model emerges through improved loan and savings programs to enhance services, cyber café operations, and distribution to minimarkets, which is expected to inspire stakeholders and cooperatives (Kopontren) in the field. Dalam penelitian ini, Kopontren membahas peran Kopontren dalam program pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pinjaman dan tabungan untuk toko/minimarket masyarakat, serta penggunaan warnet untuk masyarakat sekitar pesantren. Tujuannya adalah mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat dan Kopontren, di mana Kopontren memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan usaha sebagai anggota kerja sama Islami dan pengelolaan tabungan yang baik dari modal bank. Namun, terdapat sebagian masyarakat yang berpendapat bahwa Kopontren Wonosobo belum mampu memberikan pelayanan dan layanan usaha yang maksimal bagi warga. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus di Kopontren An-Nuur Wonosobo dengan data aktual melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung. Selain itu, digunakan juga referensi kepustakaan sebagai bahan penelitian. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan usaha Kopontren An-Nuur dalam program pinjaman dan tabungan dapat memberikan solusi untuk mengembangkan usaha yang dijalankan anggota masyarakat, sehingga mampu memberdayakan warga Desa Wonosobo menjadi mitra Kopontren An-Nuur. Oleh karena itu, muncul model program usaha Kopontren melalui peningkatan pinjaman dan tabungan untuk memperbaiki layanan, warnet, serta distribusi ke minimarket, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi pihak terkait dan koperasi (Kopontren) di lapangan.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are institutions capable of producing human resources that are independent, knowledgeable, and morally upright. The management of Islamic boarding schools aimed at community empowerment requires conceptual and strategic operational efforts to produce qualified human resources who can compete in the globalization era. This research focuses on three procedures: planning, actuating, and controlling at the Bustanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Puger Jember for student empowerment. The objectives of this study are to understand and describe the planning, implementation, and supervision of student empowerment at the Bustanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Młokoręjo Puger Jember. Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga yang dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang mandiri, berilmu, dan berakhlak mulia. Manajemen pondok pesantren yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat memerlukan upaya operasional yang konseptual dan strategis agar mampu menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan kompetitif di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tiga prosedur, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan di Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Ulum Puger Jember dalam pemberdayaan santri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan pemberdayaan santri di Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Ulum Młokoręjo Puger Jember.

Abstract

In this research on English learning styles and strategies, the researcher focuses on two key variables: learning style as a general approach in language learning, and learning strategies as specific behaviors or opinions employed by individual learners to enhance their language skills. The analysis reveals that the preferred learning style among students at Nashrullah Islamic Boarding School is visual. Consequently, their favored learning strategies also align with activities involving visual engagement. Thus, it can be concluded that students' learning styles influence their learning outcomes through the activities and strategies they adopt. Dalam penelitian tentang gaya dan strategi belajar bahasa Inggris ini, peneliti memfokuskan pada dua variabel kunci, yaitu gaya belajar yang merupakan pendekatan umum dalam pembelajaran bahasa, dan strategi belajar yang merupakan perilaku atau pendapat khusus yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing pembelajar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasanya. Dari hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa gaya belajar yang lebih disukai oleh mahasiswa yang tinggal di Pondok Pesantren Nashrullah adalah model visual. Sehingga, strategi belajar yang lebih mereka sukai juga mengarah pada aktivitas-aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan penglibatan visual mereka. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya belajar mahasiswa memengaruhi hasil belajar mereka melalui aktivitas dan strategi belajar yang mereka lakukan.

Abstract

A complex poverty problem requires global and coordinated attention from all components. It is connected with the poverty issues of society, especially the people of Sempol, whose income mostly comes from working in the coffee and strawberry fields of PTP XII. The method used in this research not only describes poor women but also aims to uncover the meaning behind poverty. This research employs a qualitative method conversed with the symbolism paradigm. The study concludes that the majority of women in Sempol Village have a dual role as workers and housewives responsible for household chores and child-rearing. Being a dual-role woman is not easy. Several problems arise and must be faced by these women. The efforts they make while working outside as plantation workers at PTPN XII to address childcare issues include utilizing their limited time to provide guidance and advice as much as possible. To care for their children, they are assisted by school teachers in the morning and religious teachers in the afternoon. Furthermore, some women also rely on siblings or other relatives to take care of their children. Masalah kemiskinan yang kompleks membutuhkan perhatian global dan terkoordinasi dari semua komponen. Hal ini terkait dengan masalah kemiskinan masyarakat, terutama masyarakat Sempol yang sebagian besar pendapatannya berasal dari pekerjaan di kebun kopi dan stroberi PTP XII. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tidak hanya mendeskripsikan perempuan miskin, tetapi juga ingin mengungkap makna di balik kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang berparadigma simbolisme. Dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas perempuan di Desa Sempol memiliki peran ganda, yaitu sebagai pekerja dan ibu rumah tangga yang bertanggung jawab atas rumah tangga dan pengasuhan anak. Menjadi perempuan berperan ganda bukanlah hal yang mudah. Ada beberapa masalah yang muncul dan harus dihadapi oleh perempuan tersebut. Upaya yang mereka lakukan saat bekerja di luar sebagai buruh kebun di PTPN XII dalam menghadapi masalah pengasuhan anak adalah dengan memanfaatkan waktu terbatas mereka untuk memberikan bimbingan dan nasihat sebisa mungkin. Untuk mengurus anak-anak mereka, mereka dibantu oleh guru sekolah di pagi hari dan guru agama di sore hari. Selain itu, sebagian perempuan juga memanfaatkan saudara atau kerabat lainnya untuk mengurus anak-anak mereka.

Abstract

This study is conducted based on these following three things: (1) the learning process in schools overly prioritizes cognitive aspects that lead to convergent thinking patterns and processes, while the process of creative thinking, affective, and psychomotor aspects receive less attention; (2) the increasing advances in technology and the growing population alongside limited natural resources demand creative adaptability and the expertise to find solutions creatively; (3) the finding of less creative individuals in Indonesia, which causes high unemployment rates as people heavily rely on existing jobs without the ability to create their own. This study uses a qualitative approach with Madrasah Aliyah Ma’arif Ambulu Jember as the research area. The informants include the principal, teachers, staff, and students. Data collection methods involve observation, interviews, and documentation. Systematic data analysis begins with data reduction, verification or data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is ensured through source triangulation. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan tiga hal berikut: (1) proses pembelajaran di sekolah terlalu mengutamakan aspek kognitif yang mengarah pada pola dan proses berpikir konvergen, sementara proses berpikir kreatif, aspek afektif, dan psikomotorik kurang mendapat perhatian; (2) kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat serta peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan keterbatasan sumber daya alam sangat menuntut kemampuan adaptasi kreatif dan keahlian dalam menemukan solusi secara kreatif; (3) temuan tentang kurangnya kreativitas orang Indonesia yang menyebabkan banyak pengangguran yang sangat bergantung pada lapangan kerja yang ada, sementara mereka tidak mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Madrasah Aliyah Ma’arif Ambulu Jember sebagai lokasi penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, staf, dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara sistematis, dimulai dari reduksi data, verifikasi atau penyajian data, hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber data.

Abstract

The development of human resources, especially teachers in Islamic educational institutions, is a necessity to survive in the era of globalization. Teachers are a crucial component and the key to the success of the learning process in schools. The quality of a school is often associated with the quality of students and teachers, who interact directly with students in the classroom. Teacher quality development is directed toward creating professional educators with high work ethics and a strong commitment to values imbued with the spirit of worship. However, the current reality still highlights concerns about the low quality of Islamic education teachers due to unclear development directions. Therefore, a proper, reliable, and comprehensive teacher resource development strategy is needed to achieve the desired goals. Pengembangan mutu sumber daya manusia, khususnya guru di lembaga pendidikan Islam, merupakan suatu keharusan untuk tetap bertahan di era globalisasi. Guru adalah komponen penting dan kunci keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Mutu sebuah sekolah sering dikaitkan dengan mutu siswa dan guru, yang berinteraksi langsung dengan siswa di kelas. Pengembangan mutu guru diarahkan pada pembentukan pendidik yang profesional, beretos kerja tinggi, dan berkomitmen pada nilai-nilai ibadah. Namun, realitas saat ini masih banyak mengeluhkan rendahnya mutu guru pendidikan Islam karena arah pengembangannya belum jelas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pengembangan sumber daya guru yang tepat, andal, dan komprehensif untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create a learning atmosphere and process so that learners actively develop their potential to possess spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills needed for themselves, society, nation, and state. The development of life skills education, which includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills, is an activity aimed at shaping students' creativity. Pendidikan merupakan upaya sadar dan terencana untuk menciptakan suasana belajar serta proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya, sehingga memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan bagi dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara. Pengembangan pendidikan kecakapan hidup yang mencakup keterampilan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor merupakan kegiatan dalam membentuk kreativitas siswa.

Abstract

Language reflects one’s character. A person’s character, attitude, or personality can be identified through their speech. The use of soft, polite, gentle, systematic, orderly, clear, and straightforward language reflects the speaker’s decency. The better a person chooses words, phrases, sentence structure, and intonation in communication, the better their personality, and vice versa. The Islamic boarding school community adheres to cultural rules and possesses strong Islamic education. There is always social interaction in communication between students and Kyai, Bu Nyai, Ustadz, and staff within the boarding school environment. Students always respect and maintain good relationships with Kyai and Bu Nyai as a reflection of their obedience in applying Islamic values. Bahasa mencerminkan karakter seseorang. Karakter, sikap, atau kepribadian seseorang dapat dikenali melalui tutur katanya. Penggunaan bahasa yang lembut, sopan, santun, sistematis, teratur, jelas, dan lugas mencerminkan kepribadian penutur yang berbudi. Semakin baik seseorang memilih kata, frasa, struktur kalimat, dan intonasi dalam berkomunikasi, semakin baik pula kepribadiannya, dan sebaliknya. Masyarakat pesantren adalah masyarakat yang taat pada aturan budaya dan memiliki pendidikan Islam yang baik. Selalu ada interaksi sosial dalam komunikasi antara santri dengan Kyai, Bu Nyai, Ustadz, dan staf di lingkungan pesantren. Santri selalu menghormati dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan Kyai dan Bu Nyai sebagai bentuk ketaatan dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam.
